It was a sexual discrimination and unfair labor practices suit against CBS written after Carmine whined about having to run across the roof in that one episode (the name of which escapes me at the moment) in 100 degree heat with inadequate breaks. The sexual discrimination part of the suit alleged that he was treated differently on the basis of gender because if Melina had been required to run across a roof in scorching temperatures, she'd surely have been clad in a miniscule cami-tank. However, because of Carmine's gender he was required to wear a tank top, a button down shirt and a blazer. I demanded that his breasts receive screen time equal to Melina's and that he be compensated for his pain and suffering. :lol:
