Mac/Lindsay--All Dressed Up and Ready to Dance

CSI Files: There's a really great dynamic on screen between your character and his.

Belknap: I didn't watch the show that much last year and I heard little bits and pieces about how they wanted to lighten it up a little this year. So I think Lindsay is a bit like a little guardian angel coming in and trying to keep it light with Mac, tickle him a little bit.

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! :D :D and Anna mentioned that she wanted to see Lindsay have love interest. :D

lol did anyone notice how he turned away when Danny Carried Lindsay? Jealous much?

Was Mac there for that scene? I missed that he was! I am sure Mac is pretty confident in her affections. Neither seems like the unfaithful sort, or the type to try to make the other jealous. I think he saw Danny carrying her for what it was: one colleague helping another with a theory.

I don't think Mac was in that scene. If you are talking about the guy standing beside them and handed Lindsay the extra weight, that wasn't Mac. He sure looked like him but it wasn't.

Yeah, I didn't spot Mac in the scene either, but I didn't really look at the third guy. I assumed Mac was back at the lab.

I don't think it would have been inappropriate for Mac to carry her. It would have totally been cute.

Although Anna does seem to be rooting for a D/L pairing, I love the comment she made about how Lindsay is Mac's "guardian angel." I think she was totally spot on about that, and he really does lighten up and change around her! It's so cute. :D

i swear I saw him there. i'll find a cap later. Busy right now. :)

I loved the gaurdian Angel line!

I'm wondering who did the interview....

Maybe Mac was busy, and that's why he couldn't help. Too busy setting up for a romantic candlelit dinner for two in his apartment. ;)

I think Mac is confident not only in Lindsay's affections, but in Danny's devotion to him. He wouldn't need to be there and no doubt he was making reservations for a romantic dinner with soft candles in the background. He probably enlisted Danny to keep her busy while he was on the phone. Probably a call to the florist as well.

I wonder how many times Lindsay has been back to hear Mac play at the club? Probably weekly, nightly, whateverly. Then thay can catch a late dinner. Maybe I should finish my fic and stop having flights of fancy in here.

Hey guys. I know it has been awhile since I have been in here. I just wanted to come in and show my Mac/Lindsay love. I still feel like I am cheating cause I am also a Danny/Lindsay and Mac/Stella fan. lol. Does anyone know of any good Mac/Lindsay stories that I could read?

^Nothing wrong with multi-shipping! A bunch of us do that. :D

There was some cute M/L stuff in last night's rerun! I love how Lindsay teased Mac about the girl who was coming on to him. You could tell she found it pretty funny because Mac is so not the type to go for that kind of play. Mac wouldn't mind a girl making the first move, but I don't see him responding to those kind of come ons. Luckily, Lindsay doesn't seem the type to proposition him in that way... ;)

Though, don't you wonder who Mac's date to the roller derby was? I wonder if it could have been Lindsay. I mean, she could have done some reading on it and invited Mac along... :D  ;)

Thanks Adams_girl thanks for the story links. Does anyone know when these stories will be updated or where I can find more stories about them?

lol no problem. I wrote Whole again. I'm working on a sequel. Probably porn. Breaking the silence was wrtitten by JDonne. You'd have to ask her (him?) about more chapters.

and thank god! lol That girl was so annoying. "OK I get it, you think he's hot. So does everyone else. Get in line woman."

hmm so the Opera/Gala thingy would have been a second date?

:D

^JDonne is out of town right now, but I'm sure she'll update when she returns. I know she's really into the story. It's so beautifully written, too, and really captures the connection between Mac and Lindsay. :D

I'm thinking it's definitely possible. :D Roller derby, opera...where else do you think Mac and Lindsay would go on their dates? It seems like she's kind of reintroducing him to the city, getting him to experience it all over again, through new eyes. I bet he's loving every minute. :D
