I'll admit that I was pissed when I went to WalMart last night to buy Players and they didn't even carry it. No matter, I'll move across the street and rent it from Hollywood Video! I was originally supposed to get it from Netflix, but damnit, Columbus Day sucks and the mail was all screwed up and I couldn't wait till Friday to see this. :lol:
This must have been a higher power telling me not to waste my money and to just rent it. I'm SO glad I didn't find this to buy it, because I couldn't make it through the hour and a half. My undiagnosed ADD was killing me and I just could not deal with this movie last night. Like MrsG said, very amateur, crappy editing, not enough Carmine, etc. She did fib about one part though! I don't know if she got a censored version for the elderly and faint of heart (
), but I seem to remember a shirtless scene where he was telling Mac about the girl he was with, his girlfriend, I suppose with the 'awesome red velvet dress'. :lol:
I haven't watched the whole thing...and tonight isn't looking good either since CSI:NY is on and I'd rather watch that, obviously.

No, no, no way that's gonna happen. *shakes head* But I am gonna watch that scene again because if he was shirtless and I didn't notice, I'm gonna kick my own ass. :lol: Watching that scene again is okay though because I didn't really understand all of his incoherent babble about how great the sex was anyway. I was too distracted by the fact that the character allegedly had some rockin' sex and the viewer gets robbed of the pleasure of watching.

NO! He was wearing a blue shirt there! This was during his little 'flashback' or inside scene, whatever you want to call it. While he was telling him about the sex, they showed him and his womanly friend laying in bed and she was manhandling his chest. The Locker Room on page 2??? What's happening, ladies? I realize we all like to look at Danny (hence the popularity of the picture thread ), but discussing him is fun, too! :lol:
So what do you guys think of Danny in season three? I'm a bit worried by the inconsistancies in his character. I love mercurial, hot-tempered Danny, and also liked it when he was sympathetic to Shane in "Hung Out to Dry." But seeing him chase Lindsay in "Love Run Cold" was bizarre. Not because I'm not a fan of the relationship (I'm not, but that's neither here nor there), but because it was so out of character and really (I felt) did a disservice to his character.
What do you guys think?
