Re: Horatio/Yelina #8: Waiting A Lifetime For A Moment Like
I never thought about it that way. Really good point, it seems very likely. He's so ascetic when it comes to Y.
You know, I think that: yes it would be weird at first, and would definitely take a lot of getting used to, but then I think one would stop thinking about it and just be happy that your loved ones are happy. Eventually one just accepts things, it's only weird if you think it's weird. Does that make any sense?
drgnldy, no I'm not stressed. He's back because I'm excited about my nephew who was born this monday.

Oh another great H/Y moment there Lucy. If I'm not mistaken it's from 'Body Count', when Y tends to H's wound. Somehow I found the last scene with H washing his wounded hand in the salty sea water very poignant. To me, it was almost like the man likes to inflict physical pain on himself to mask the emotional pain he carries around with him inside.
Perhaps that's also why he keeps Y at arm's length cos he wants to deny himself the pleasure of being with her. (sorry I didn't mean that in the naughty sense :devil

But I wouldn't want that to ever happen in my family!
