Lab Technician
I might even consider framing this quote.sarahvma said:
True. It was a stupid poll.
Yeah, definitely.Yeah - the simple fact that funding was cut kind of says that the writers either had nowhere to go with it, OR one of their consultants said, "That position doesn't exist - what the hell are you talking about?"
What I also remembered after I left for work this morning - Cath has her own office. She has had one since before she became a supervisor, too (you remember her complaining about it in VLV?). So that must mean she's always had some kind of seniority.I think her seniority automatically means that IF there's more than one case, she'll usually get to head it.
Definitely. I've said that for ages, really.I think Catherine is still being paid like a Supervisor right now even if she doesn't really have the title - or, actually, and this would be the perfect situation, if Grissom and Catherine were co-supervisors, Cath could do all the paperwork and Grissom could spend all of the time in the field, as he wants to.
And it seems, this season at least, that he's spending a ton of it there.
<3333OR that his feelings run so deep that he doesn't want her to know, so he PRETENDS not to like her.
Basically a case of "I want everyone to feel bad for ME! *stompy foot/pouty face*"I think she wanted him to take her side. Ecklie had taken her side, and he was leaning towards firing. I don't believe that deep-down she WANTED Sara to get fired, but I do think she felt Sara should have been punished with more than a heartfelt hand-hold (even though she didn't know that that was the 'action' Grissom took, I think she could tell he didn't exactly yell at her).
So... no. She didn't want to fire Sara, but she wanted people to admit that she'd been the one who had had wrong done to her.
...arson suspect's mistress?Okay, fine. I'll bite.
I really need to see that movie...*SHOCKFACE*. That's it. I'm getting Oskar Schindler to make a shitlist.
You know, I actually kept a 20 in there yesterday. Hah. Not a whole billfold, though Found it, didn't have any pockets...I'm telling you, it's so handy. Hahah.Uh-huh. Yeah. He was checking out the 20 billfold stuck in her ample "pockets".
Oh no you didn't.It wasn't THAT good.
Okay, now, onto the ep:
I really REALLY liked it. All of it. I loved the music, I loved the whole 'Chapter' thing, I loved Dave's "no brainer" line, I LOVE that he's FINALLY going to get married...But because this is a thread about GSR...First - teacher Grissom? AWESOME. It made me sad initially when I realised they cut the moment between Warrick and Grissom about women being a handful, but when the Vegas Chainsaw Massacre rolled around? Nothing else mattered - le sigh. Grissom reeling at Sara's adorable "dull speaker" line, him getting all bug-eyed/freaked out when she came at him with the chainsaw? Awesome. Anyone think Brass knows about GSR? Oh and also, it'd be funny if Al's tub comment to Catherine was because he'd noticed Grissom's more cheerful manner lately, but was under the assumption of GCR instead (funny in that, it would be awesome to see the comedy of errors before he finds out the truth there)
Good theory, if not for the fact TT was filmed first.Subtle, but sweet GSR this week. I think part of why it wasn't as thick as the last two weeks was because the actors were easing back into it, deciding where their characters stood as far as how lovey their relationship was.
Anyway, this season ROCKS.
