completely, totally, 100% agreed. i mean, you certainly wouldn't like to see grissom all giddy and flirty all of the sudden. it's just grissom. and every time we'll actually get a flirty response from him, it'll be more precious. i don't complain, people. my ship is canon. if i was still Kessom or Snickers or god knows what i'd have reasons to think about angst. right now, i'm all happy, and i want to stay happy.

I completely agree. Sara calling Grissom 'Gil' would just be plain weird to me. I guess since she's always called him Grissom or Griss, calling him Gil would be way too much of a change. I don't want their whole way of interaction to be flipped upside down just because they're dating now. I'm not saying that's how it would be like, but I don't know, it would just be weird. Grissom, Griss, or That Guy With The Bugs and Something Else is perfect for me.

ALL I'm saying is that there were SOOOO many problems for GSR explaining why they couldn't be together that at some point, whether it be through Ecklie or just them talking, they do have to address them.

I'm also not necessarily saying it'll be about them fighting, but like I said - they can't date normally. Sure, they're not normal people. But every now and then don't you think Grissom would want to take her to dinner? Kiss her in public?

They can't really do that.

I mean, they know more than anyone that cameras are everywhere in Las Vegas, and spies for attourneys during important plot points. lol.

But it's more that, if they're friends with cops, chances are that in LV, cops are going to be around quite a bit.

So... I don't see it as them having a problem with each other, because that was never really their issue. I do see the weight of having to keep it private kind of encroaching on their happiness.

I totally agree with you on this. The pressure of their clandestine affair will have to take its toll at some point. At first, it may be exciting but eventually, they're going to get exhausted from all the sneaking around and lying. Especially when they're not actually doing anything wrong. It's not like they're cheating on anyone. However, they'll be made to feel like its wronga nd the only person they can discuss it with is each other. So, at some point, it's likely that they'll at least blow off some steam with each other. I'd actually like to see that. Mostly, because I'd like to see them make up afterwards.

What do you guys think of the idea of Grissom calling Sara something new, though? Is it too Film Noir/X Files for him to start calling her Sidle? I dunno, it would be nice to see some sort of new dynamic between them. So far it's really good, and yeah, it is different in a way, but hmm...I guess it would just nice to see more difference coming from his side rather than mostly hers.

I don't want to see them get all angst-y already. That would suck. I'd have to yell at them. And then I'd cry cuz I don't want them to break up. I just want Grissom and Sara to have a good relationship and then one day show up at work with rings on and BOOM the secrets out and they don't care if they get fired and everyone hates them, at least they're together. That's love, right there. I think I'll write a fanfiction about that....yeah, I will.
