And that thread was either the end of the second one, or the third one. I can't remember which. I believe it was before Speed was dosed with morphine, because Carly wasn't there yet... Anyway who knows.

As for the chapters, thanks for the reviews! :D

I of course, believe both parties are right as well, because frankly they can't be doing this all the time if they have a kid. *sigh* We shall see what happens. I will be back in...Five hours. :)

Carly: *looks up*

Katie: *grabs Speed* Commitment? You're talking to ME about commitment?

Speed: *turns around*

Katie: I can't believe you. All those times you cheated on me, and you feel the need to preach to me about commitment.

Speed: *stares at Katie*

Katie: Well? Answer me.

Speed: Why? You want me to say I'm sorry?

Katie: That word doesn't mean anything to you.

Speed: I don't think this is the best time to be talking about this.

Katie: Why not?

Speed: Because it's not.

Katie: I think this is the perfect time. You know why? Because if you die in here, I won't give a damn.

Speed: How flattering.

Katie: I hope you burn in hell. *walks away*

Everyone: *stares at Speed*

Speed: *nods* Alright.

Delko: You're not going to talk to her?

Speed: Why?

Delko: To fix things.

Speed: There's one thing you need to know about Katie. You have to give her time to cool down.

Delko: Ah. So when she's cooled down, what are you going to say?

Speed: I think I've said enough.

Katie: *walks back, hugs Speed*

Speed: *looks at Eric*

Delko: I see what you mean.

Katie: I'm sorry.

Speed: Don't worry about it.

Katie: Really? You're not going to tell me it's not your fault, and you loved them?

Speed: Actually I have a feeling that would make things worse.

Katie: *slaps Speed*

Delko: Alright so let's get out of here.

Speed: Yeah come on.

Down the hall

JC: Are we there yet?

Carly: We've barely walked twenty feet.

JC: Yes but it seems like a hundred.

Katie: Hey is that a light up there?

Speed: Yeah.

Delko: You think it's an exit.

Speed: Maybe.

Fire breaks out inside room

Carly: *screams*

Speed: *stops walking* Okay...I think we went the wrong way.

Beams start to fall

Delko: Come on, let's get back this way.

Speed: *ducks*

Beam falls

Katie: Are you okay?

Speed: I'm fine. *grabs Katie* Walk faster.

Katie: I am walking faster.

Speed: Well you're not fast enough.

Fire breaks out

JC: AH! I'M ON FIRE!

Carly: No you're not.

JC: Well that was close.

Speed: *stops walking*

Delko: *stops walking* Oh my God.

Wall of fire is seen

Speed: *looks around* Great, we're surrounded.

Katie: How do we get out?

Speed: I don't think we can.

Katie: *backs up slowly* Okay that fire is getting awfully hot.

Delko: What's your plan now Matlock?

Speed: Well Katie did want me to burn in hell. I guess this is close enough.

Katie: I didn't mean it literally.

I didn't mean! I take it back! I take IT BACK! lol. But I loved how I questioned Tim about commitment because he's not exactly a saint when it comes to that. Ok...were surroned by fire...that can NOT be good. lol. And Geni I swear you know me so well. You do have to give me time to cool down or you'll only make it worse. Teehee. Anyways great update and update soon lol.

Crime lab, building pieces start to fall

Katie: *screams*

Delko: *pulls Katie*

Beam falls

Starts to rain again, lowering the flames

Speed: Run!

JC: *coughing*

Carly: *crawls across floor* JC, you alright?

JC: *nods*

Speed: *looks up* ERIC MOVE!

Roof collapses

Delko: *covers head*

Speed: *looks around* Katie? KATIE!

Katie: *under a table* Yeah!

Speed: Are you alright?

Katie: *pushes table* I just had two tonnes of cement and lab equipment fall on me. How do you think I am?

Delko: *holding his leg* I'd say we have about five minutes before this building becomes a pile of rubble.

Speed: Anyone know a way out?

Jess: We can go through the fire.

JC: Oh yeah good idea. Let's burn to death too.

Roof materials fall

Carly: *flinches*

Sparks fly

Carly: There's too much smoke, I can't see!

Jess: You're not the only one.

Katie: Okay let's move out that way.

Delko: Yeah, good idea.

Speed: *starts coughing*

Katie: *turns around*

Speed: *falls to knees*

Katie: Tim?

Delko: *grabs Katie* Come on, this place is going to collapse, we don't have time.

Katie: I'm not leaving without him!

Delko: MOVE IT!

Katie: *looks back*

Speed: *coughing*

Delko: Katie, MOVE.

Katie: *runs*

Delko: *turns back* Speed, you okay?

Speed: *coughing*

Delko: Weren't you taught to stay low during fires? Come on.

Exit

Horatio: *runs over* Girls? Girls!

Katie: Over here!

Calleigh: *runs over* Are y'all okay?

Carly: Eric and Speed are still inside.

Horatio: *takes off shades, throws them* I'm going to go get them.

JC: Are you crazy? The building is going to collapse.

Horatio: Get outside. *runs in*

Calleigh: Come on. *grabs JC*

Inside

Horatio: *runs over* Eric, come on.

Delko: H?

Horatio: *points* Run as fast as you can out that way.

Delko: What about Speed?

Horatio: I'll take care of him. Go.

Delko: *runs*

Horatio: *runs over* Speed, let's go.

Speed: I-I c-ca-

Horatio: *grabs Speed* Come on.

Speed: *falls down*

Horatio: Speed you need to get up. Come on, get up.

Speed: *coughs* T-Tell Katie, I-

Horatio: You can tell her yourself, come on. *grabs Speed*

Pieces of metal fall

Speed: H! *pushes Horatio*

Pieces of metal smash into the floor

Horatio: *looks at Speed*

Speed: *looks at Horatio*

Horatio: Let's go.

Speed: *nods*

Outside

Everyone: *looking at building*

Crime lab collapses, debris flies everywhere

Horatio: *looking at blueprints* Alright the bombs were in these four locations, correct?

Speed: Yeah. One in the ballistics lab, three upstairs.

Horatio: So we're dealing with pros.

Speed: *looks at Horatio*

Horatio: Where's everyone else?

Speed: They're all sitting in the ambulances.

Calleigh: *walks up* It's going to take days to get all the components out of here.

Horatio: Alright, take your time.

Calleigh: *shakes head* This is a tragedy.

Speed: Yeah no kidding, they blew up years worth of evidence.

Calleigh: ...All my guns are gone.

Speed: You're concerned about your guns? *coughs*

Horatio: *tilts head* You sure you don't want to go to the hospital?

Speed: I'm fine.

Calleigh: Horatio, I swear I didn't have any idea Trevor would do something like this.

Horatio: Did he tell you he was going to do anything else?

Calleigh: No.

Horatio: Okay.

Speed: *looks up*

Paramedics give Lori to Katie

Speed: I'll collect as much evidence as I can inside.

Horatio: Wait until hazmat clears the scene. There were toxic materials in there. Calleigh, find any remaining uncontaminated evidence, and transport it to the Medical Examiner's building.

Calleigh: Will do. *walks away*

Horatio: *sigh* I ruined my shades.

Speed: I'm sure you can get some new ones.

Horatio: I suppose.

Katie: *walks over* Someone wanted to say hi.

Lori: *waves*

Speed: *sigh*

Katie: ...What?

Speed: *grabs Lori*

Katie: *watches*

Speed: *hugs Lori*

Lori: *smiles*

Katie: ...Should I leave you two alone?

Speed: *hands Lori to Katie* I should get back.

Katie: What do you mean?

Speed: I have to go help Calleigh and Eric process.

Katie: *frowns*

Speed: ...I'm sorry. *walks away*

Katie: *sigh* Sure.

Lori: Daddy's a CSI.

Katie: *rolls eyes* Yeah I know kiddo.

How cute! lol Ah man, sorry I haven't been replying.......I have about .0000009 seconds to get on the computer on tuesdays because of my schedule, it's horrible. Not to mention I'm sick, so I'm getting to bed earlier then usual. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't have played in my game today, but I scored so no one cares :p

anyway, the chapters were great Geni, you always keep me on my toes, and it always turns out great :D! And Katie, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE your banner, it's so cute!

Calleigh: *looks down at floor* You alright?

Speed: I'm fine.

Speed: *looks around* No.

Speed: As far as she's concerned, that was nothing more than motion sickness.
