Catherine Family issue

Part Thirty-Five
After Dinner Catherine take Kevin home then Lindsey, Catherine go shopping to find Lindsey a dress to wear that work. They find a white empire waist sun dress that has tiny pink rose on it that Lindsey fall in love with so they buy that for her to wear on her Saturday wedding. After they finish shopping Catherine take Lindsey home.

Catherine: Lindsey, work on some homework then go to bed early and get a good night sleep.
Lindsey: Ok, I think I might take a nap for a hour or so. Then get up and do my homework.
Catherine: (feel Lindsey forehead) you a little warm, but it that could just be because you been going all day without take a rest.
Lindsey: coughs, I know and that, Do you think I should take some Tylenol?
Catherine: no not right now you not run that hot, but take you temperature when you get up from you nap.
Lindsey: ok

Let pick the dress bag up and goes into her bedroom and put in her closeted then get into bed and pulls her bedspread up and goes to sleep. Catherine get ready for work, then walk into Lindsey Bedroom. Catherine sit down on the edge of Lindsey bed and feel her forehead and is relieve to see that she is no long run warm. She does wake her up, she just let Lindsey sleep. Catherine get up and walk out of her daughter bedroom. She say good night to Kevin then leave for work.
 
Part Thirty-Six
Catherine walk into the crime lab, and head to her office. She then take a sit at her desk.. Catherine know she need to meet Gil, Sarah, Warrick, Nick and Greg in the break room for assignments, but she does not care. She still try to take in the news that Kevin and Lindsey throw at her. She happy that Kevin and Lindsey are in love and they want to rise the baby together and get marry. But she still feel that Lindsey take everything to fast, she only fifteen years old. She will only turn sixteen for a month and three weeks when the babies are born. Catherine look up to see Sarah stand at her office door.

Sarah: You miss case assignment you are with me on a 417 Family Disturbance/ 419 Dead Body.
Catherine: Sorry, Mind somewhere else tonight.
Sarah: Lindsey not doing any better?
Catherine: no, she doing better. But she and Kevin are get marry on Saturday.
Sarah: they are both only fifteen going on Sixteen on June 4.
Catherine: I know that and so do they but they want to be a family.
Sarah: do you sign the form for her to get marry and do Kevin Mom and Dad Sign his form?
Catherine: yeah, How Sofia doing today?
Sarah: Ok, Helen (Gil Mom) get here to eat some soup broth and she was able to keep it down. She still run a high fever there.
Catherine: let get going

Sarah, Catherine head to the locker room and grab they kit. Then head out to the park lot and get into a suv and head out to the scene. They get to the scene and see the a women sit on the couch cover in blood hold a hug knife; which is also cover in blood. Jim Brass walk up to Catherine and Sarah.

Jim: her husband dead body is lay on the floor of they five year old daughter bedroom. Sarah I want you to take the bedroom, the daughter still sit on her bed and I can’t get her to leave the room. I think maybe if you process the scene and talk as you work the scene you could get her to talk or maybe come out of the room.
Sarah: ok
Jim: Catherine I want you to Process the Mother.
Catherine: ok.
 
Part Thirty-Seven
Two hours later at P.D. Sarah and Catherine are talk to the mother who stab her husband to death in front of they five year old daughter. Mrs. Penbreak is stare into space.

Catherine: why did you stab you husband in front of your daughter?
Mrs. Penbreak: because I could not take him abuse me or my daughter anymore.
Sarah: So you Stab him twenty times in the heart in front if your five year old daughter.
Mrs. Penbreak: he was going to sexual assert her.
Sarah: so you take a huge knife and stab him, when you could of left with her doing the middle of the night. You do know that she now in shock and will not talk to anyone, and she just sit and stare into space. By stab your husband to death you left her with no one to live with, since you or your husband had no other family and now she going to have to go into foster care, do you know what happen to children in foster care.
Mrs. Penbreak: no
Sarah: Let see some children are rape, some end up with break bones from physical abuse, they are not love and sometime the foster parents have some many children they can give them the time they need. You screw up your daughter live she going to go to school and be call the girl that watch her mother stab her father to death in front of her and add the bad thing that could happen to her in foster care plus the abuse from her father she never going to be able to put out of her mind it will be with her for the rest of your live.
Catherine: Jim Arrested him.

Catherine grab Sarah arm and let her out of the room and out to the suv. Sarah get into the passenger seat and Catherine get into the driver seat.

Catherine: Sarah let go get something to eat and talk, I think it time we talk about what happen in your past that made you go off like that.
Sarah: ok

Catherine pulls the suv into Jack Dinner and they head inside and take a sit at they normal table. Sarah look at Catherine and they is tear roll down her face. Catherine sit down next to her.

Catherine: Sarah what happen in your childhood that cause your to be like this?
Sarah: I watch my mom stab my father to death in front of me in my bedroom at the age of twelve years old. A social work take and put me into foster care, when I went back to school I was know as the girl who watch they mother stab her father to death. I was bounce around from foster home to foster home till I finish high school and start at Harvard. In some of the home I was sexual abused, in some I was physical abuse. In one of the house I was sexual and physical abused. I was also never love in any of the foster family.
Catherine: I’m so sorry.
Sarah: can you take me back to the lab, so I can tell Grissom I’m going to take the rest of the night off.
Catherine: Do you want me to drop you off at home?
Sarah: thanks that be nice, here are suv key hand then to Gil when you get back to the lab and will you clock me out?
Catherine: yeah

Catherine and Sarah head back out to the lab suv and Catherine take Sarah home. Catherine watch Sarah go into the house then head back to the lab. Once home Sarah tell Helen she is going to take a long shower then get some sleep. Catherine get back to the lab and head to the locker room first and clock Sarah out. She then walk to Gil office.

Gil: where Sarah at?
Catherine: the case we was work was to much like when her mother stab her father to death. She ask be to take home so I did. Her the keys to your suv, I already clock her out.
Gil: ok, she tell you about her mother.
Catherine: yeah, I understand her a lot better now.
Gil: Catherine can you be in charge the rest of the night, I want to go home and be with Sarah.
Catherine: sure

Gil head to the locker room and clock out then head home. Catherine goes to her office and work on the paperwork for the case her and Sarah on so they could close it.
 
I don't know if I think she had it quite that bad but it's popular with writers. Anyway I'm glad they caught the guy.

Part Thirty-Eight
Saturday morning Lindsey look in the mirror at herself one last time to see how she look in her white sun dress that had pink rose on it. She then walk out the door and walk in to the room at the tiny wedding Chapel. She walk down the alley and up to Kevin who take both of Lindsey hands. Catherine and Kiven sister Katie sit and watch Kevin and Lindsey get marry.

Father Tom: Kevin Spring do you take Lindsey Willows to be your wife.
Kevin: yes I do
Father Tom: Lindsey Willows do you take Kevin Spring to be your husband?
Lindsey: yes I do
Father: you may now kiss eachother.

Kiven pull Lindsey close. He warp his arm around her and they kiss eachother. Then the two of them walk down the alley and out of the room. Catherine and Katie fellow them out of the room. The four of them head over to the Sky Room restaurant to have a early dinner and celebrate Lindsey and Kevin wedding. After they finish eat Catherine driver them back home. Catherine goes and lays down to take a nap because she has to work that night. Lindsey, Kevin start look through baby catalog of babies nursery items and mark the stuff they want for the babies rooms. Katie is also sit at the table and is work on her homework so she can stay caught up. So she can finish school on time with her class.
 
Part Thirty- Nine
That night when Catherine get to the crime lab the first place she goes is her office she put her purse in the bottom drawer and lock it. She then look at her desk and see two notes. She the pick the first note up and see that it say that she in charge for the night, because Gil Grissom was not able to make it in to work. She then read the second note which just tell her Sofia would not be back to work till next Saturday. Catherine then notice the case assignments that are also lay on her desk. She pick the case assignments up and walk to the break room. Walk up to the table and set the assignments down on the table.

Catherine: Sarah why is Gil not here tonight?
Sarah: He wear out and has a migraine, so he call in sick.
Catherine: just check. Nick, Greg, Warrick you are on 445 Explosive Device. Sarah you are with me on a 415A Assault or Battery with a Gun/ 417 Family Disturbance.
Sarah: I max out on over time, so I’m stick in the lab tonight.
Catherine: Ok, Then Greg you are with me tonight.
Greg: ok.
Catherine: Sarah catch up on any paperwork you are behind on!
Sarah: ok.

With that Greg, Nick, Warrick and Catherine head out of the break room and go get they kits and then head out to the park lot and Nick and Warrick get into one suv and Greg and Catherine get into another suv and head out to they crime scene. Catherine and Greg get to there scene and see Mrs. Davis lay on the floor with a gun shoot to the head. Catherine pull her cellphone out and Dial Sarah cellphone number.

Sarah: Sidle speck
Catherine: Hi Sarah can you look in to see if a Mrs Davis even filed any charges against her Husband Mr, Davis.
Sarah: sure I will get right on that and call you back as soon as I find anything out.
Catherine: Thank

They hang up and Catherine start help Greg process the scene.
 
* I know it short but I need to think about what I want to write next.

Part Forty
Catherine is process the inside of the house and Greg is process the outside of the house. They have been work for about a hour when Catherine cellphone start ring. She take it off her hip and see it Sarah cellphone phone number, she flip it open and take the call.

Catherine: Willows here
Sarah: Catherine I look into what you ask, Mrs. Davis file five reports of physical abuse against her husband this since September of 2006 and she had a restrain order against him he could not be with in a three hundred yards bear her or they son and daughter.
Catherine: Ok, Sarah can you walk over to the coroner lab and get photo of Mrs. Davis body and any bruise and collect any evidence off the body .
Sarah: Sure I can do that. But Mrs Davis son and daughter ok?
Catherine: yeah, Jim Brass call Mrs Heart (Mrs Davis mom), they was stay at they grandma Heart house for the weekend because they mom was not feel good.
Sarah: ok
Catherine: I talk to you when I get back to the lab.
Sarah: see you then.

Catherine put her cellphone back on her hip and then walk over to Jim Brass. He look at Catherine as she walk up to him.

Jim: What do you need Catherine?
Catherine: Put a wire out on Mr. Davis car, and have a uniform officer pick him up and bring him into P. D. He a suspect in his wife murder. She file five report of physical abuse against him in the last year and she has a restrain order against him.
Jim: I go out to my car and call that in right away.
 
Part Forty-One
Sarah walk into the coroner lab and over to the examine table Mrs Davis body is lay on. Dr. Robbins walk up next to Sarah as she take the picture of the body. After she take the last picture she look at Dr. Robbins.

Dr. Robbins: as you can see there is no evidence on the body that you can collect. But they is bruise all over the body. I have not get the bullet out yet but when I have I sent it over to Bobby Dawson right away.
Sarah: the case of dead was the bullet there?
Dr. Robbins: as far as I can tell yeah, I sent my report over when I have it done.
Sarah: ok.
Dr. Robbins: Sarah is everything alright, you are really quiet tonight?
Sarah: I just max out on over time and I can go out to the scene.
Dr. Robbins: it more then that Sarah!
Sarah: I’m a little tire and worry about Gil he call in sick tonight, he said he had a migraine, but he look really pale when I went up stair to say good bye and he would not let me kiss him.
Dr. Robbins: I’m sure if he tell you it was a migraine that all it is Sarah. Want to stay and help me with the autopsy?
Sarah: Sure, I have nothing else to do.
.
Meanwhile back at the crime scene, Greg walk into the house hold a evidence bag with a gun in it. Catherine Stand up and walk over to Greg and look at the gun that in the bag.

Catherine: I wonder if that the gun that was use to shoot Mrs. Davis
Greg: I find it lay on the step of the play house; which is not a save place to leave a load SIG 9mm
Catherine: no it not.
Greg: I test it for blood and it cover in blood, they also fingerprint on the gun to.
Catherine: they are probable the husband fingerprint.
Greg: Are you almost done here. I’m finish outside.
Catherine: yeah, I am done in here let gather the evidence up and load it into the back of the suv. Then head back to the lab.

Just then Greg cellphone start ring. He look at the call ID and see it Sarah number. Greg flip his phone open and take the call.

Greg: Sander here
Sarah: the three bullet from the victim head look like they come from a SIG 9mm, I’m take them to Bobby Dawson right now to find out for sure.
Greg: I find a SIG 9mm at the scene, that was cover in blood.
Sarah: let see it match the bullet.
Greg: I’ll bring right to Bobby when Catherine and I get back to the lab.
Sarah: I meet you and Catherine in the park to get the evidence and take inside and check in, because you two need to go P.D. and talk to Mrs. Heart and the Divas daughter and son, they are already at P.D. wait for you.
Greg: ok.

Greg hang up and fill Catherine in on the talk he just had with Sarah. They get back to the lab and hand Sarah all the evidence and then get back into the suv and head over to P.D. Sarah walk inside and check in the evidence. She then goes and give Bobby the SIG 9mm, and take the DNA evidence to Wendy.
