I love Austin! I loved his whole "anti-Vince" reign back in the years. I loved it when he sprayed Vince and his lackeys with a whole tank of beer!

Well, maybe some of them smoke and drink; never know. Yes, I know that my Carmine smokes. It's ok to drink and smoke once in a while, to me, but if you get addicted then I may have to crack your skull.

Bleh, WCW was alright, but WWE and ECW are better.

Stone Cold rocks, and we all know it...

I was browsing through my WWE Best of 2004 magazine, and it had an ad for The Rise and Fall of ECW DVD and one of the special features included Rey Mysterio Jr. vs. Psicosis. And CaptainMiracle51, you mentioned that Rey came from WCW, not ECW... Is it me? Or am I missing something here?

Anyway, I'm gonna try to get all the tracks from the Wreckless Intent CD and get it on ITunes. I already have my favorite ("Boyaka 619" by P.O.D).

* * *
Erm, for real? My fave WWE couple Melina and Nitro are in the Raw roster? Whoa... and for the Draft....

* * *

 I am so downloading tracks from the Wresckless Intent CD now... I'm starting with Orton's theme. I have it, but at some point, it's cut in half.

I know you did mentioned iTunes a bit earlier on in your post, but when you mentioned the word download a few paragraphs down there is no mention of iTunes, so in future if you mention them both in the same paragraph so it's a bit clearer (i.e I am so downloading tracks from the Wresckless Intent CD now... from iTunes). Thanks :)

OMG, last week on Raw Heyman said that Angle got drafted into ECW! I'm not sure who's from Raw but I'm putting my money on RVD.

And Ashley's in SD! At least Trish is still on Raw.

Oh, so Rey WAS in ECW, but he probably got bought out by Bischoff in WCW, just like many other ECW stars. I just remember him from his WCW days when he lost his mask. The pictures you posted were from WCW, as I could tell from the logo and from the TBS bug at the top of the picture.

I kind of find it weird that Angle would go to ECW, because he led the anti-ECW SmackDown charge last year, not to mention the Raven/Sandman crucifixion incident he witnessed at ECW in 1997. Although I think Angle would make a great fit in ECW as I think it will be more action-oriented, which suits Angle perfectly.

Yeah, wasn't Angle like the one who lead the WWE team to victory during the time of the Alliance?

I'd love to see Angle in ECW; I know he'd be really good in it.

Yey! We have a new Diva in the SD roster. Well, Ashley probably replaced Melina.

OMG!!! Michelle McCool is back in WWE!!! Whoa! More Divas with attitude are in the SmackDown! roster. But, my two faves are Ashley and Kristal.

And how dare Booker make Lashley hail him. Ahem...

* * *

I was watching Judgment Day last night and it was awesome! Even if the main event was the one I truly watched. Rey did his own "lying". He baseball slide into JBL's you-know-where when the ref wasn't looking and when JBl accused Rey... all Rey had to was... well... lie...

* * *

Whoa... Kurt being drafted from SmackDown! to ECW (and beat the heck out of Mick Foley) is interesting. And RVD back in ECW... surprise, surprise. I wasn't even surprised myself when I checked the website.

Melina and Nitro in Raw, eh? Well, brace yourself for Melina, Doreen. She yells and I hate that! Like I said before, I put the TV on MUTE!!!

At least these two don't show gross PDA like Edge and Lita. Aw, shucks! Now the only love team in SmackDown! are Booker T and Sharmell.

About me downloading the entire Wreckless Intent tracks, ooh, WWE.com's sneaky. You download it and when you play it, you'd have to be registered to their subsciption. I gotta find a way to get these songs (buying the album's my last resort).

So, did the draft Mick Foley and Paul Heyman have already serve as this year's Draft Lottery,or no? Coz I am wanting a Draft this year.

Hey... here's an info you may not have known (don't call me miss info woman): Carmine shares the same birthday with Funaki (in a Japanese accent), SmackDown!'s #1 announcer...

I have a survey and answer honestly and please give a reason:

Rey Mysterio: With the mask? Or without the mask?

Hmmm... I'll think about this...

News from the WWE vs. ECW Head to Head show: Randy Orton is now on RAW and is facing Kurt Angle in ONS. He is back from his suspension, although from what I heard, his attitude hasn't gotten better. Also, Big Show is now in ECW. I really don't know what they would do with him in ECW, as he seems to be more of an entertainer, although he can actually wrestle. I don't know what other names they will bring over, but I think they will probably sign Jeff Hardy and reunite him with his brother Matt in ECW. I am trying to think of other names that fall under the "Creative has nothing for you" banner and could work out in ECW rather than getting the Johnny Ace "We wish you luck in all your future endeavors" special.

And, on a sad note, John "Earthquake" Tenta has died of cancer. I remember watching his feud with Hulk Hogan back in the late '80s, when he was actually getting pushed by the WWE, as well as his not as memorable run as Golga of the Oddities.

Aw man, RIP, John "Earthquake" Tenta. :(

ECW has a great line-up! I might switch over to ECW; but it'll be better if I'm a fan of both.

RIP in John "Eathquake" Tenta. You will be missed.

Randy Orton moving to Raw doesn't mean I'll be all of a sudden the Raw-Maniac. I'm supposed to be SmackDown Manic here, right? Besides, this serves as therapy for me. Remember my crazy infatuation for Randy Orton? Hell, I even called it Infatuation Gone Wild in my journal. The only time I'll be a Raw-Maniac is when Rey Mysterio will be drafted. I admit, I still watch Raw once in a while, but we all know I'm a SmackDown! fan, and a future ECW-maniac!! C'mon, with Kurt as part of the roster! I am so there!

* * *

Yey! The Miz is finally and officially part of the SmackDown! roster! Even when I first saw Miz in his little videos, messing around the WWE headquarters in Conneticut, he seemed to be like... well, he reminded me of the old rat in Greg Sanders we all knew and love. Now, thank God his part of the roster!

I thought about, I like Rey with the mask. Beacuse it's the Rey Mysterio I know. Sure, he looks good without it, but what's the point of being Rey Mysterio without the mask? Coz if you translate it to English, Rey Mysterio means "King of Mystery", and for many, it's a mystery what he looks underneath that mask.

I have a survey for you guys, then:
Who do you think has the best smile in WWE?

It's just a random question that popped into my mind, and I'm interested in your opinions.

(Sigh) Okay, I went through all my WWE picture my files, and looking at them, I'd say Rey Mysterio has the best smile. Why? His smile is all natural. A guy who's happy and just making the best out of what he has. When Kristal asked Rey how he would feel if Kurt beat him for the World Title, Rey just said (with the same humble smile): "Well, Kristal, it would've been well worth it". That's why I like Rey as World Champ. He became more humble than ever. He didn't come up with nicknames such as "King of Kings" or he's not all "The Champ is Here!", no, he isn't like that.

About Rey and the mask, he lost the mask while working in WCW in a match. Mexican luchador tradition states that if you lose your mask in a match, you lose it FOREVER. Even if you go to another promotion. When Juventud Guerrera wrestled in SmackDown before he got fired, he wrestled without a mask. That is because he lost it in a match against "Lionheart" Chris Jericho in a WCW match. (I remember The Rock's classic line to Jericho when he entered the WWF: "You think you impress The Rock, because a month ago you were beating up on some jabroni named Juventud?!?", where Jericho was yelling "I got his mask!")

There has been a rumor of Rey joining ECW, although that was squashed at the SmackDown tapings, when Rey rejected the offer to go to ECW. Although I believe that all the smaller wrestlers will now go to ECW. During WWE vs ECW show yesterday, Joey Styles made a great point on how ECW gave chances to the smaller, more skilled wrestlers, while the WWF was pushing talentless hack juiced-up bodybuilders like Lex Luger and The Ultimate Warrior (the p***k). In fact, I have been saying that the WWE seems to prefer the muscular guys with little talent (i.e. the suspended Chris Masters) over the skilled, smaller guy. I hope that ECW will be an outlet for these smaller guys to showcase their talents.

Also with Rey, I don't know if the WWE is trying to bury him while he is the champion. He gets booked to win the big matches, and is a good story as an underdog, but when he is fighting in non-title matches, he gets put in a squash match the other way? The worst part of it is that when he loses these matches, the losses are clean. Maybe that is one of the reasons that some fans are starting to turn on him?

Yeah, you know, it sucks and makes look like a bad champ that he loses non-title matches (Rey). What's the reason behind Masters' suspension?

Whatever WWE says, I'm a Rey fan...

Speaking of Rey:
I thought about posting the lyrics to Rey Mysterio's original song (featured in the album WWE ORIGINALS), I luv this song. But, to understand the most part, I had to use my Encarta Dictionary Tool and translate some Spanish words to English. Point of the song: There are difficult things in life we endure, but you gotta belive in yourself and never doubt in you. Be proud of your culture, and have a pire soul... and according to Rey Mysterio, it's a serious message. (Yes, I got that from the song by translating it.)

Crossing Borders Rey Mysterio lyrics
Artist: Rey Mysterio
Album: Other Songs Lyrics
Title: Crossing Borders

Life is hard man la vida es dura
Gotta believe in yourself sin duda
No es chiste, es mi cultura
Si yo puedo con alma pura
Rey Mysterio con mensaje serio
De su television straight to your stereo
Cada persona tiena suenos in order to
Move ahead you gotta cross the border

They must have thought I was just a little mocoso
And all them haters said "No eres talentoso"
Mirame,yo soy misterioso
Un mejicano con talento genioso
Puedo hacer cosas you can't believe
Tu sabes what I have up my sleeve
De verdad yo se los diseno
para realizar mis suenos
Tengo la cualidad de oro
And I can move con la fuerza de toro
De la costa o este con poder de mente
Represento San Diego y Tijuana de frente

Life is hard man la vida es dura
Gotta believe in yourself sin duda
No es chiste, es mi cultura
Si yo puedo con alma pura
Rey Mysterio con mensaje serio
De su television straight to your stereo
Cada persona tiena suenos in order to
Move ahead you gotta cross the border

I was born in Califas soy Americano
Pero mi vida es cien porciento Mexicano
I reminisce my school days back in San Diego
When I told them my dreams me dijeron que no puedo
I had to believe creir en mi mismo
To cross all kinds of border yo estaba listo
'hey Rey' tu eres pequeno

But I knew I could do it porque era mi sueno
I love Tijuana and I love San Diego but I had to go yo hasta luego
So I can show my skill a mi gente mi raza
Now a days everybody knows my name que pasa

Life is hard man la vida es dura
Gotta believe in yourself sin duda
No es chiste, es mi cultura
Si yo puedo con alma pura

Rey Mysterio con mensaje serio
De su television straight to your stereo
Cada persona tiena suenos in order to
Move ahead you gotta cross the border

Words in this song that appear in the Filipino language:

-duda
-cultura (spelled as"kultura" here)
-talento
-genioso (spelled as "henyoso" here)
-para
-porciento
-porque (in English: Just because--that's if you translate it from Filipino)

I think that Masters got suspended for failing a drug test. Oh well, he wasn't a really good wrestler anyway, he wasn't over with the crowds at all.

Watching ECW One Night Stand, I really miss the kind of crowds that ECW brought in. In the WWE, you hear some chants during matches, or during promos, but the chants you hear are tame compared to the ones that the crowd came up with during ONS. Cena and Orton got excoriated by the crowd; when Cena tried to throw his shirt into the crowd as per his usual mannerism, the crowd threw it back. Everytime he tried throwing his shirt into the crowd, the crowd would throw it back, some guy even spit on it and wiped his butt with it before throwing it back. Everytime he tried one of his moves, the crowd would chant "Same Old Sh**" or "You Can't Wrestle". Orton, during his match with Kurt Angle, would crawl out of the ring, leading the crowd to chant "P***y!" Those are probably some of the tame ones, the rest I cannot write on here myself, go to the Wikipedia of One Night Stand 2006 to find some of the crowd chants.

RVD is the new WWE champion, and he will christen the belt the new ECW World Heavyweight Title. I knew he would have to win, lest the crowd of 3000 at the Hammerstein Ballroom burn that building down if Cena won. There was a great sign that someone broght in saying "If Cena wins, we riot!"

Oh, and one huge travesty of the entire night was that The Sandman came out to some generic music. Like I said earlier, the greatest wrestler entrance is The Sandman entering to "Enter Sandman" by Metallica. If you saw last year's One Night Stand on DVD or a rebroadcast, they replaced the music on that one as well. Go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBdA-3zcv_g for the original entrance from last year, with "Enter Sandman" playing. Notice that EVERYONE in the audience is singing along.

Oh, and the Rey Mysterio-Sabu match ended in a no-contest, which kind of defeats the purpose of ECW, but I guess they wanted to protect both wrestlers. However the spot that ended the match was just absolutely sick. Sabu performed a triple-jump springboard DDT through a table onto the arena floor. In other words, Sabu ran across the ring, jumped onto a chair, jumped from the chair to the top rope, jumped from the top rope to a standing Mysterio, grabbed his head, and without his feet touching the table, DDT'd Mysterio through the table onto the floor. I found out later that both wrestlers were fine after that insane move, but, to quote the fan reaction, "HOLY S***!" You might be able to find highlights from this and other matches on YouTube.

Oh, man... ECW... I am so renting that RISE AND FALL DVD. I agree, Masters isn't exactly what I'd call a "professional wrestler" but he got him because he's an entertainer.

* * *

I really think WWE is flushing their selves down the toilet. It's like a lose racket. Viewers who prefer ECW rather than WWE; Wrestlers suspeneded here and there; Talents that aren't focused on wrestling anymore.

It's like they focused more on their E as in Entertainment rather than 2nd W for Wrestling. They get someone let's say, The Great Khali, who I would say isn't even a wrestler, just a big guy who could knock you out with one blow with his bare hands. True wrestlers: Those who could really use the real wrestling moves. Someone who knows what the certain moves (Suplex, STF, Neck-Breaker, Spine Buster, Power Throw, Body Slam, Full Nelson, Scissor Head, Spear, etc.) and use them or modify them. Those are real wrestlers.

Professional-Wrestling is losing its real meaning and purpose, know what I mean?

I have pix from ONS, and that sign you mentioned CaptainMiracle51, it's here...

I mentioned Rey had the best smile (IMHO) in pro-wrestling, right?

I was surfing through an archive and came across this Raw news, well a lot of things like protests against the government were going on when Raw came here, and this is what I came across with:
http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/archive/overseascrisis

Hell, a few weeks before that, a stampede that killed 70 or more happened during a taping of a game show. That day still haunts me of the animosity...

I agree, Masters isn't exactly what I'd call a "professional wrestler" but he got him because he's an entertainer.

No, I think they got him because Johnny Ace thinks that what the fans of professional wrestling want to see is steroided-up, muscle-bound donkeys who have no talent in the ring and no charisma.

After "One Night Stand", the first ECW show on SciFi Network was a huge disappointment. Hell, that's saying it nicely, it sucked big time. It just reeked of WWE Creative. It seemed like they were trying to push the WWE wrestlers more. Also, the show, which was supposed to be shown live, was put on tape delay because of the rather non-family-friendly chants during One Night Stand. Joey Styles, before the show started, asked the audience not to make the risque chants, one to appease the network, and two because there were a lot of families in the stands to watch SmackDown. That is one reason I don't think ECW works when it is combined with SmackDown, the ECW fans can't be their raucous selves. In ECW-specific shows where it is the main bill, there aren't any families there, so you will hear chants, some profane some not, but they last throughout the entire match.
