Ew. Avril. :lol: But I'm not going to that side of my story.

Aw, my testimonial did that? :lol: I'll read it maybe tomorrow when I'm more free.

I'm really more of the hardcore Linkin Park fan... long story...

I think that JR being fired last year was a Ratings Stunt. C'mon, think about it. What would firing someone do to your ratings? It would sky rocket, right? Same thing made me think about Bischoff. I think he's still Raw's GM, but because the fans don't like him, he's more of, behind the camera. Again, firing Bischoff was probably another Ratings Stunt for Vince McMahon. Imagine, firing one of the most hated characters in the WWE, in a live audience... people would buy tickets to see it live, right? People would tune in to their TVs, and that would make WWE more money. It made me think, are we being duped... by Vince McMahon?

It's time to name drop, once again! This time, list off your favortie entrances and why you like (or love) them...

Well, if I'd name drop my own...

Randy Orton-(sigh), for 30-90 secons, one of my fantasy's fulfilled. I love the song, I love Orton, and I love The Pose (you know what I'm talking about)...
It's like he's saying "Feast your eyes upon me" or "Behold me". When my sister was trying to make a conclusion of that pose, she said that it was like Orton was saying "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... BEHOLD ME!!!", and Jerry Lawler said it himself at Backlash 2004, Randy has a physique of a model. At a No Holds Barred match against Cactus Jack (at the said PPV event), when Mick was setting up a bed of barbed wires and was about to slam Randy Orton into it, Jerry was like "You're not gonna slam his beautiful body in it, are you?!". Uh, okay, I'm talking too much (clears her throat), anyway, I like Orton's entrance... (blushes furiously and wipes her brows)

Kurt Angle-If his opponent's in the ring, Kurt chants "You Suck" along with the crowd, pointing at his opponent; but if he goes first, they chant "You Rock". I love his entrance, coz if I dislike his opponent, I chant along the "You Suck" chant.

Rey Mysterio-He pops out and it suits him coz he's light--he could fly higher. I remember Randy mocking that entrance... saying, "I don't need a fancy entrance". Fancy, but effective. (In Carlito's accent) Now that, that's cool.

Rob Van Dam-I dunno why, but I love what he does when they mention his nime.

Eddie Guerrero-especially if he comes out in a low rider.

Batista-I remember an animated avatar of his entrance that says "Everybody dance now" and I now brand it The Batista Dance.

Kane and Big Show's-I love the fire... ;)

I was watching SD (the ep after Orton's "Ankle Injury"), and there was a dude in the audience that had a banner that said "ORTON GOT SCREWED", and I was wondering to myself, "Has he been living under a rock or what? Did he miss the memo?", then they someone by the other side had a banner that read "Why Orton, Why?".

I thought to myself:"People, here's a fact: RANDY ORTON SCREWED RANDY ORTON...". Plain and Simple...

* * *

Since I'm representing SD here, here's an update:
The Gymini def. Scotty 2 Hotty & Funaki
Mark Henry def. World Heavyweight Champion Rey Mysterio (Non-Title Match)
WWE Tag Team Champions MNM vs. Paul London & Brian Kendrick (Match Never Began)
Finlay def. Chris Benoit (King of the Ring Tournament Match)
Booker T def. Gunner Scott
Kid Kash vs. Super Crazy vs. Nunzio (No Contest)

When it comes to King of The Ring, I'm all bets on a Lashley.

That's the result so far ^. GOOOOOOOOOO LASHLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oooh, I'm gonna with KotR. :D

Fave entrances and why I love them? I already listed down my fave entrances (I think) so here's one answer to represent why I love it; because I love it! Isn't it that simple? :lol:

Guess I should do my part for Raw, eh? Yea, JR got back but I didn't realise it till they showed the camera to the broadcasters! I was like "OMG, it's JR!!!"

I don't get it; Raw still doesn't have a GM. Ah well. Here are the results for Raw anyway. I'll be taking a leaf outta your book, TG14.

Matt Striker def. Carlito (DQ)
Women's Champion Mickie James def. Maria
Spirit Squad def. WWE Champion John Cena & Shawn Michaels
Mick Foley def. Edge and Tommy Dreamer (Hardcore Triple Threat Match)
Intercontinental Champion Rob Van Dam def. Shelton Benjamin, Chris Masters and Charlie Haas (Fatal Fourway Tornado Match)
Big Show vs. Kane (no contest)
Umaga def. two locals (Handicap Match)

I'm liking Carlito more and more. Love his entrance, love his theme song, love the hair! He's just adorable.

And I'm really looking forward to Kane's new movie, See No Evil. Looks really cool.

Too bad for See No Evil... coz it's landing on the same opening as The Da Vinci Code, and I have been *waiting* for it in a long time.... -GOOOOOOOO LASHLEY_ <- Er, Pardon that.

Did you know that Umaga means "morning" in Filinpino? No reason, really, just sharing facts...

I miss Batista in SD...

Here's a pic from a recent SD ep when Henry and Mysteio faced off in a non-title match:

We have a new guy in the SD roster named The Great Khali and I swear, he needs subtitles!!! The guy opens his mouth and I'm always thinkin' to myself: "Say what?", but I gotta agree with Tazz, he's a freak of nature!!! Beating the hell out of 'Taker on his first appearance. And on his official debut match, his opponent Funaki experienced the worst beating in his career...

Nah, SNE is showing a day after DVC. But I can't watch both as I'll be having my exams. *mutters to self*

I find Mickie James' entrance to damn annoying. I hate it.

Mickie James needs help from Jerry Springer... and you can quote me for that...

I dislike her... A LOT...

Here are a few CSI/WWE crossover banners;

No, JR's "firing" was not a ratings stunt, they needed to get JR off camera for a while so that he could have colon surgery. Now that he is better, they brought him back, and Joey Styles will be the announcer for the new ECW brand once it comes back. Styles "quitting" was a worked shoot to not only bring back JR but to promote ECW coming back.

And, Bischoff is sitting at home while waiting for his contract to expire with the WWE. He had a contract as a TV personality, but I don't think that he had a job with the crackheads that I like to call Stephanie McMahon's creative writing team. He was probably taken off TV because the writing team had nothing else for him, which is usually the main reason wrestlers either become permanent jobbers, or get cut.

As with wrestler entrances, see my post about The Sandman. Either him or a face Edge when he used to go to the ring through the crowd.

(Sigh)... "Sports-Entertainment"...

Okay, now I have a wild question:
If *you* were a WWE or any other wrestling brand superstar, what would your entrance song be?

I have to think about that... I'm thinking Stick N' Move by Xero (Linkin Park's original name) or something by Fort Minor...

I've got more icons/banners to exhibit:

For the King Of The Ring, it will be Booker T vs. Lashley, as they obviously can't put heel vs heel in the tournament. I think that Booker is going to win, as he is pretty over with the fans and they need to push a couple of heels to the championship ranks. Also, I think that Lashley isn't quite ready to contend for the championship, even though he shows a lot of promise.

Oh, and during the shoot for a SummerSlam promo, Booker T and Batista got into a fight. At first everyone in the wrestling community thought it was a work, but apparently it was A REAL FIGHT! Apparently Batista has rubbed people backstage the wrong way, and many backstage are commending Booker for what he did.

And, Angle will be back for the next SD PPV, as he will be facing Mark Henry. The "cracked rib" injury was to cover the fact that Angle needed to rest his troublesome neck for a little bit. Also returning soon is Ken Kennedy... Kennedy.

As with The Great Khali, yet another example of Vince McMahon wanting to push big athletes rather than more skilled athletes. I don't know about Khali's skill level, but when one of your botches kills a man during training, it doesn't start you off on the right foot.

Khali... we need subtitles. I mean, c'mon, CaptainMiracle51, can you understand what he says?

* * *

I am all bets on Lashley to win KING OF THE RING. The guy had an undefeated streak... which, unfortunately, was ended by Finlay at NO WAY OUT (that's where their beef/storyline started)... but he got over that and he is unstoppable... I even had a talk with other wrestling fans and they think that the Finlay/Lashley storyline was a good boost for Lashley's career coz he was able to prove himself that he's the Real Deal... and I admire this guy's talent. I have total respect for him. Hell,he was even part of the SD vs. Raw Survivor Series match last year.

So, I'll say it again: GO LASHLEY!!!!

LashleyCAMPAIGN.jpg

But if he doesn't win, it's okay with me...

And I'm waiting for SD's JUDGEMENT DAY... Last Year's was all bloody, with JBL vs. John Cena in an "I Quit" Match. This year, I wonder what's in store. But what I *do* know is that it's this month....

* * *

My sis was watching a music vid of a band here in the Philippines called Parokya Ni Edgar, and the vid's titled "The Order Taker", supposedly a WWE spoof. She was sharing me the story of how funny the vid is, and based on her story, I think it is. There was a "Stone Cold Steve Austin" who did the traditional beer fest; A "John Cena" doing the trademark "You Can't See Me"; an "RVD" doing the 5 Star Frog Splash; a "Kurt Angle" putting someone in the Ankle Lock and was crawling away in pain...

LoL ... I haven't seen it nor hear the song, but I can't wait to see it... This band's known for doing wacked up, funny songs and vids, they're like the Foo Fighters of hilarious videos...

And here are a few pics from the premiere of See No Evil :

Great pics!

What? Kane not going to get all dressed up? :lol: He should have at least worn a suit or something, ya know?

He's probbably still a newbie to Hollywood...

Sorry guys that I haven't been here in a while. Something's wrong with the internet provider and TalkCSI won't load. I *always* get a CANNOT FIND SERVER, no matter how much I refresh and reload the page. I close it, 5 minutes later, open another one, and still, TalkCSI won't load... and I did that for 2 hours! Yet, all the other sites are fine (friendster, photobucket, etc.)... I gotta tell y'all, I was annoyed...

* * *

What I *do* know that's gonna happen on Judgement Day is that it'll be JBL (Ahem... Jackass Bum Loser) vs. Rey Mysterio for the World Heavyweight Championship... tha't tomorrow...Ya know, I hate the character JBL is putting out for himself... insulting Mysterio and the other Hispanics out there, it makes him seem like an f-ing racist. Thank God for that low blow Mysterio gave him last week...

Not only does JBL seem like a racist, but he's also a misogynist. Underestimating women onscreen and acting all superior and above them. I'm sorry, you guys, but I'm a feminist (See, in my school and if you're a senior, during our cheering exhibition, your theme is women empowerment... one reason I have no problem with our cheering. At least, we're cheering something that brings out a message). If a man crosses the line with mistreating women, oh, that gets me pissed. I saw JBL being misogynistic when in an interview conducted by Krista Marshall, he called her a b*mbo and "stand there like a woman" and when he fired Jillian Hall, it made me sick when he said "never trust a woman to think"... and I'm like thinking to myself "F-ing woman-hater... SOB...". And when in London he made a comment about how "sick it makes him" that English worship (more like look up to) Queen Elizabeth... a woman. Thank goodness for William Regal to come out. And I'm not being insulting, but I agree with that Regal said about what people think about Americans (I'm not going to repeat what he said, but it's true), but what an upset that JBL won the match.

I don't want to fully express my annoyance with JBL's on-screen character coz the issues it tackles issues that are quite... controversial (?)... er, provocative (?) ie, racism, misogyny.

What do you guys think about this?

Speaking of WWE stars and movies, here's a prmotional shot of Cena in his flick "The Marine":

04.jpg

I think I'm old enough to see that... :lol:...

JBL can say all he wants; everyone is entitled to his or her opinions so I can't really say anything on that.

Cena has a movie? That's new. Maybe I'll go around and look out for it. I doubt that they'll show Kane's SNE here in Malaysia so I guess I have to find a CD of it.

As for JBL... he better watch his mouth... though I'm aware it's a Dog Eat Dog world. I'm hoping the best for Mysterio tonight on JUDGMENT DAY. He's up against JBL for the WHC. GOOOO MYSTERIO!!!!!!!!!

* * *

Last night, I watched Joey Styles' little outburst on "quitting" the WWE. And I gotta say, I have the same reaction as CaptainMiracle51 had... IT WAS AWESOME!!! His words were perfect and I could not add or lessen to it. I admire his guts. See? Another thing I learned from WWE... learn to stand up to those who look down on you...

* * *
This sucks, you guys. In the US, "See No Evil" is rated R (I'm not talking Edge here)... so, I'm kinda worried that it might be the same here in the Philippines. SNE seems like a *very interesting* movie and I want to see it, but if it's rated R, I'm done for. I'm just hoping it becomes PG13 or R13... just not R18.

I'm always excited to see WWE stars outside the ropes doing side projects. Cena with his album, The Rock and his movies, Stacy Keibler on "Dancing With The Stars", and now Kane in "See No Evil". I always track down their TV appearances. Like before, I saw a re-run of MadTV and Stone Cold Steve Austin was a guest star. Speaking of MadTV, Cena made an appearance (even being part of a few sketches) about a month ago. And when WWF had a small involvment in That '70s Show, I watched.

But my favorite, I gott say, is when WWE superstars make appearances in MTV Punk'd. Goldberg fell victim during the season 2 finale' (the "final" episode of Punk'd, ever), but the joke backfired. At some point, there was a mistake in the stunt, so Goldberg didn't have a reason to be mad or know he's being punk'd.

At the 3rd season of Punk'd, a hilarious prank was pull on The Rock. It was on the set of "Be Cool" and they burned down Rock's trailer park, but they were blaming Dwayne for leaving on any electrnics and when Rock was mad and about to start a fight, they told him he was punk'd!

And recently, as I watched a Punk'd re-run (season 4)... was Austin 3:16 himself: Stone Cold Steve Austin. A valet was fired for accusing that he stole Austin's manager's cellphone, which was found later, and the manager wouldn't hire him back when they found the phone. Austin confronted the manager and when they got him mad enough, they declared him "Punk'd".

Alas, my favorite, around season 5 or 6... with the one and only: The Game... The King of Kings... 10 Time World Champion... Triple H... Hehe... he was made to believe he broke a bride's nose and now the whole pre-wedding photoshoot was ruined and they kept blaming H. Stephanie McMahon was an accomplice to this. Ahem, this ep of Punk'd came before Steph and H's "first meeting" during the night Biscoff was fired.

* * *

Er, here's something really weird that happened on SmackDown! this past week:

For the last several weeks on RAW, any time someone mentioned the date May 19, Kane would go ballistic. The date, which also coincides with the release date of his new movie See No Evil, has some other unknown significance in Kane’s life, and it has consumed him.

Kane immediately started to manhandle the World Champion with a wide array of power moves, tossing him around the ring like a rag doll. Mysterio was bleeding from the mouth, but all of a sudden, Kane began hearing voices in his head again, and the voices were talking about May 19. The Big Red Monster fell into another psychotic trance and tried to shake off the voices. Mysterio was able to hit a 619, but nothing could stop Kane. He came back with a monstrous chokeslam, but he was still dealing with the voices. JBL berated Kane and told him that he had to finish the job and destroy Mysterio.

But JBL made a huge mistake when he also accidentally said the words May 19. JBL’s words seemed to snap Kane out of his trance, and he turned his anger towards the United States Champion instead, and leveled him with a monstrous chokeslam as well.

Will Rey Mysterio be able to persevere and overcome the last three weeks of hellacious beatings to retain the World Championship? Or will JBL’s tortuous plan pay off and lead to a victory at Judgment Day?

:confused: :confused: :confused:

Kane. Is. Whack. There; that sums it up.

Hell, if SNE is rated R, I'd still go watch it. Like the movie "Exorcism of Emily Rose" is for 18 and above but I still went to watch it with my little sis who's 13. :D
