The "I have a question about a specific episode" thread

OK, I'm not sure if either a) I am posting this in the right place or b) if I am actually being very stupid about this but....

In episode 1.1 of Vegas, Catherine is dropped off at the lab by her sister (I am right in saying this, yes?). Does this sister ever re-appear in the show? I can't think that she does but would love to be corrected by someone with a better memory than myself.
 
Catherine's sister has not reappeared since the Pilot. We've seen Catherin'es daughter, ex-husband, father, and mother, but not the sister since that first episode in the vehicle. We have, however, heard her being mentioned, as recently as Spellbound in season 6.
 
hmm maybe they should bring her back, it could be good conflict with Cath finding out she has a different father and all that.
 
Yep I totally agree that it would make sense to bring the sister in at some point.
Have they had a relative of one of the characters be a victim yet?

Speaking of Catherine, I need a bit of help. I need to know any episode titles where either Catherine is walking in the lab and looking around, or an episode where she and the team are talking. :)
 
O.K. this has always confused me. IN Cool Change where sara is first itnroduced sara and grisom have this convo :

SARA SIDLE: How's the girl?

GIL GRISSOM: She's still in surgery. She's not doing very well.

SARA SIDLE: That's too bad.

GIL GRISSOM: God, Sara, I have so many unanswered "why"s.

SARA SIDLE: There's only one why that matters now. Why did Warrick Brown leave
that scene?

WHat does Grissom mean by "so many unanswered whys?"

I'd like to learn more about Grissom's family, or Warrick.

The 'whys' thing is a strange one.

I think that Grissom means "So many unaswered whys" in a philosiphical sense.

Why did this happen to such a young recuit with potential.
Why did this happen to a such a good person.

Etc, etc
