Yes he did, but on the audio commentary by Anthony e.Zuiker, Richard J Lewis, Naren Shankar and Josh Berman, at least one of them said that they spent the night together, if my memory serves me well. They mention the fact that William Petersen kept saying the contrary, and they say, laughing something like "if he wants to believe it...". So, as they give us different points of view I think it's up to the fans to believe it or not. I choose to believe that they spend the night together. ;)

I just wonder how all of this is going to affect Sara's relation with Grissom. Cause I also read that they have been a couple for a while (probably before we even figured it out in season 6)
So... maybe she's gonna freak when she hears Grissom actually slept with Lady Heather. I think she can't take it.. Even if it did happen before he was with her

I defend Nick/Greg from gay bashers, but apart from that I'm open to anything. I don't attack any ship, although I've noticed that sometimes people seem think I do. Maybe I just need to rephrase some things better.

I've got to admit that I do like Grillows to a point, although Catherine/Grissom does seem more with teasing references. They act as husband and wife in a long term marriage by the way they act around each other, right down to second-guessing each other. And, of course, we have Jackpot with the whole "wife" thing.

In terms of Grissom and sex, I'm sure the man did 'get some' before he was with Sara. After all, they weren't together until some point after "Butterflied", and prior to that we had Teri (nothing came of it), Lady Heather (I stil l say they did), and a mystery date in another episode. Can't remember which.

And, if you want to throw it in, Eddie Willows accused Grissom of sleeping with Catherine. We all know Eddie was out of it when he made the accusation, but could there be some truth? Grissom and Catherine had been working together for many, many years and know each other better than anyone...

I also defend my CSR from gay bashing but I also accept any other ship :)

If I had to give it a go it would be Greg/Nick or... very far away... Grillows maybe if the CSR thing doesn't work out :)

I'm not against gay ships, although I don't ship any.

I think TPTB had the 'Sex Conversation' bewteen Sara + Grissom to make sure we know that they have a sexual relationship... :rolleyes:
It's almost as if they were trying to stuff it in our faces.

Only because there was so many people that didn't think they had sex. Therefore they had to shove it in our faces.

Same with Grissom loving Sara and making her happy.

Still.. the thought of Grissom having sex... it just scars the hell out of me.

Sara having sex I can imagine. But not with Grissom ;) I can picture her with Catherine very well though... :cool: :D

Ok so I thought i'd breathe some life back into this thread with a new(ish) subject.

Say Sara lives, how do you think this will effect GSR and the other characters?
To answer my own question, I don't ship GSR but I think if Sara lives then so will GSR. I think the first couple of episodes of S8 will deal with the reprecussions of GSR being out in the open and then things will pretty much carry on as normal, maybe a few referances will be made to GSR throughout S8 etc. I'm not saying that's how I want it to be, just how I think it's gonna turn out. Opinions?

I dont think anyone is going to bring up GSR until either Griss or Sara does. Maybe they'll talk about it themselves (Cath, Nick, Warrick, Greg) but not with Griss and Sara to their faces. I think that Sara's tragedy will strengthen GSR, if she lives anyway. I personally don't want to talk about what will happen if she dies.

well first of all i can't imagine G/S ever breaking up. not b/c i ship them but b/c both of them seem to be very constant in their feelings. the decision of them getting together was made after a long time and a lot of consideration was put into it. if they weren't sure or secure in the relationship with one another they wouldn't be together yet.

the finale and it's aftermath (if Sara survives) will have a strengthening influence on GSR for sure. they will both appreciate life and their relationship more after such an experience.

the reaction of the people around on GSR is the big question mark though. i don't know what the writers are preparing for us, but the easiest way is to let the team know and nobody else.

so i don't really know. but it's going to be an extremely interesting season for sure.

Indeed, I didn't think the reveal was much of a reveal to be honest, I just wonder what the reprecussions are gonna be. I mean, if Ecklie finds out, what's he gonna do? This is all presuming Sara lives, if she dies, even though I don't ship GSR i'm scared of what it'll do to Grissom. I'd be gutted if Billy left, i'd still watch but I can't see it being the same without him.

And following Radicals suit, I ship

yeah, you know they may think that Gris just has a secret crush on her and they are not together. but on the other hand Nick and Cath speculated in LLV that he might be having a girlfriend. also, Warrick for example IMO always knew that Sara liked Grissom in more than one way. i think now, when they got this huge hint from Grissom, they will finally put all the pieces together. Grissom bringing her veggie-burgers, both of them working together a lot, flirting, etc. so i really doubt that they wouldn't figure it out now. hell, they do this for living, there is no way they would be still in dark.

I hope they stay together. It would ruin season 7 for me. I believe that season 7 was the GSR season, and the premier of season 8 will just resolve it. Especially if WP isn't going to be on the show too much.

I really, really hope that Yo!Bling will finally happen like TPTB promised us. I believe that they didn't want GSR to get in the way or YB to get in the way of GSR.

Since Warrick is splitsville from Tina and he said that maybe he should be with someone who did what he did, I think he'll finally go to Catherine. If not, let's boycott.

That's really the only thing I'm hoping for shipwise in S8. Sara living and being happy with Grissom and Yo!Bling.

Non ships, I hope there's more 2 case episodes and more combinations of people working together.

We've never had Nick and Greg work a case alone and I really think that's the only combo that we've never seen. I would like less of Grissom and Sara working together, they see enough of each other at home. More Cath and Warrick, etc. I also would like to see more Cath/Sara cases and maybe a case with Warrick/Greg/Nick. Tell me that wouldn't kick ass?
