^Oh and another scene I liked was in Primum Non Nocre(I'm very bad at remembering episode names) was the scene he and Warrick walked into the Casino..oh I just love that sexy man stroll the two of them do.

And the end part where Warrick sat down to start gambling again and Nick sat down and said, "I'm playing cards..with my friend." Awwwwwwwww

In 4X4, the scene where he's conducting an interrogation and the suspect switches from the laundery mat guy to the kid and the way he was saying, "You put him there.." That was great! And when the kid admitted it the look on his face.

The part where he touched the kid's hair was very touching. I like watching George do scenes with kids, it really shows that he has an affinity for kids. It's definately geniuine, not pretentious at all.

i loved all those!
speaking of viva las vegas, i loved when david phillips heard the noise and nick said something like "its a hearing aid, superdave" nick's expression there was cute.

That's one of my favorite too. Also, shoot, I can't remember the episode name -- but Nick is working on this case where the detective "knows" this kid is the killer and Nick insists on figuring it out through forensics. And then, at the end, the detective says "I think you owe me an apology" and Nick says "I'm sorry (pause) that you feel that way." That is such an awesome response and I was soooo proud that he stood up for finding the truth.

Oh, I totally forgot that one, where he slams Det Cavaliere. That was awesome! :D

sure, we all get a little hot and bothered when hes angry (a la gum drops, snakes, boom) and none of us would have to think twice before offering a hug when he cries or his poor car is pimped out. but i also like the funny nick moments. like when he declares his love of lace, or warrick calls him spanky  my favourite funny moment is between him and warrick when theyre playing husband and wife on the plane. it really was priceless :D

i forget the name of the episode, but it might have been one with lady heather. sara asks nick if he prefers leather or lace. his response is 'im not even going to go there......lace' and then he walks out of the room :D

My favorite Nicky moment is when he and Warrick were working together on a case ( I'm pretty sure it was in season 1) and they were betting on the outcome, it was the one with the Phantom Driver, when Warrick pointed out something Nick missed, Nick said with an amusing look: "I hate you" and Warrick said "You love me, who are you kidding" that made me laugh.

I liked those two as well :D

i love how GE portrays nick it's just perfect, and it is done so well, GE can take even the most simple scenes and make it great, he has yet, for anything he has acted in, to do it wrong, he is a great actor :D

and my fave scene is of course almost all the nick scenes in 'Gum Drops' and then 'Stalker' then I liked his acting in 'Grave Danger'. didn't like 'boom', and of course there are tons more scenes and I like all of them :D

:D I like all Nickscenes. I agree with jaq, GE can make the simple scenes great. He's just a great actor :D

Okay I've been thinking about this waaaayyy too much since the "favorite moments" discussion was started. But I realized that I like "strong" Nick moments best -- like when he is standing up for a principle (like the one I mentioned from Compulsion) or being a "strong" friend (like "playing cards with my friend") or all of Gumdrops. There are more and I could go on forever probably.... My second favorites are the funny ones.

But, also agreeing with Jacquie, George has yet to botch a scene -- so they are all great :)

I don't think there are many Nick scenes I don't like. I watched High and Low this week, and I liked that one, I like seeing his friendship with Warrick, like also when he was "playing cards...with my friend."

I also really like Gum Drops and Grave Danger, I think they both showed really strong Nick.
