question. im pretty much a lurker in this thread...but:
does nick wear glasses? if so, in what ep?
 
Yes, Nick has worn glasses before...

I think in Assume Nothing he's wearing glasses, they might be sun glasses, I don't remember...

But I know he wears glasses in Dead Ringer, season 4

It's funny because I sometimes think he does, and I think he just wears contacts most of the time, but the things he wears usually look like glasses, there very clear, I don't know, if he wears 'em more next season we'll know.

and I want him to wear glasses, becouse he looks cute in them :p

and I loved 'Stalker' as well, it was a good episode, that and 'Gum Drops' are really good, George is such a great actor, I love him :D
 
what was the episode with the guy who was stealing from atm machines because he put a card reader on them? thats the only time nick has worn glasses that are clear. but its weird, because he only wore them outside. im not sure if they were supposed to be sunglasses or actual seeing glasses. he does look really good in glasses, but i dont think george actually needs them to see. there have been enough scenes with him in the show up close that youd be able to see the outline of contact lenses.
 
I don't think GE wears glasses either, but he's pretty cute with them on :D

and I can not remember the name of that episode... was it, oh it was the one where they had the race in the beginning, but I don't know, maybe he doesn't wear glasses in the show, he just wears sunglasses that look like that... I'm confusing my self now :lol:
 
The ATM one was the one with the race in the beginning. I'm pretty sure it was Dead Ringer. I think the pic happy posted above is actually from Feeling the Heat.

I wonder about the glasses too, he does look good in them. The times he's worn semi-clear ones on CSI, I think they might be the kind that tint in bright sun. He also wore them in Bad Words I think when he was talking to the Dad at the baseball practice.

But then there are these pics that look like they are either indoors or at night, and he still has the glasses, so who knows?? Even in those pictures they look they might be a little tinted.

oh yeah i forgot about those glasses. since the tint is so light they might be transition lenses, the ones that darked when youre outside. i know my mom only wears glasses for reading and driving, but she has transitions. so who knows, maybe he does have glasses. at least he looks good in them. :D but i wonder if gary just got caught with his hands like that or he realizes hes making a rather vulgar hand gesture...

I watched Evaluation Day tonight after missing it last time around. What was it that Grissom thought meant Nick wasn't ready to go solo yet? I know there was the word game thing but I'm not sure what it was supposed to mean.
 
If I have my memory right, Nick wasn't ready to work solo because he was always wanting to please the boss. Nick was not willing to take chances and be himself. I think I have the jest of it right but if anyone else wants to put their 2cents worth in be my guest.
 
Watching that scene last night made me cringe...I had a flashback to a discussion I had with a boss once on that very subject. Nothing like feeling you're "all that" and can handle anything, then having the rug pulled out from under you by a boss!

Ya know, from watching the DVD's I've caught Grissom giving Nick a lot of nasty looks whenever he offers anything to a conversation, no matter if it's right or not. Makes me wanna slap Grissom!
 
Don't know if you ladies know this already but...

yesturday i was watching Big Brother, and during the commercials there was a CBS Cares ad and George was in it! :D I don't remember what he was talking about because i was too busy squealing, but it was great. :D

darn, missed it. Anyone get screencaps for the Syndrome thread?
