Shrine of Archie-goodness

^Well, the other celeb-centered boards I'm in do have a lot of activity and one of them is an official website/msgboard. I think the fastest way to get people in is contacting them directly... sorta like door-to-door merchants.

Like here, for example, in the NY boards, there is a sub-community for Danny/Flack lovers and the modie of that msg board would PM all Danny/Flack fans, telling them about the new board/community. And when I came over there, even if they were just a little over 25 or something at that time, there was a lot of convo going. We can also post on the CSI communities in LJ about it.

As for typing... hmmm, very ironic :) but cute nonetheless. Haha.

korbjaeger -- uhmm... the next time you talk to him... uh.... can you get some updates on that gig in the Philippines? *nudgenudge* Haha, this little Filipina's getting excited hahahaha! Thanks!

Well, this is the only board I´m active on (no time, busy job ) but I´d certainly join you on the other board of korbjaeger! I´ve been there too, but as none´s writing there, I came back to this place.
It would be very nice if Archie would respond to our mails from time to time.
I´ve read somewhere that he´s slow in typing, but I had to grin too, because he´s always typing when he´s on CSI... so another proof that he´s a good actor :D

Ah, guess what: I´ve watched "When in Rome" 2 days ago. *lol* Well, the story´s quite... plain. VERY plain. But funny though :D
And I´ve watched "The One" too! Nearly forgot that! Ah well, Archies part was so tiny... anyway, it was okay.

I´ve ordered "Local Boys" and I should get the DVD within the next days. :) You see, I´m trying to be up-to-date with you ;)

Yeah, Archie's a slow typist and not very tech-savvy...but he sure "sells" it on the show! Checked the previous posts? I think I posted a cute anecdote about Jorja Fox and him having such a discussion... :lol:

Chaos - he promised to update me on the filming in the Philippines as soon as he had any news...like I said, soon as I know...last I heard everything was still on hold...

Lol, every MKA movie runs that way -- hotshot twins going somewhere, then meet hot guys only to leave them for their 'dream'. Another very very similar story to WIR, "Escape From Paris". Same storyline about the fashion business and photography. Hahaha.

I love how Archie is cast in the role as a teenager and sells it! Hahaha, my friends couldn't believe that he was in his late 20s in that movie. And well, as usual -- he was in charge of the more technical aspect of it... photocopying of all things haha.

In "The One" -- haha, I watched that with my mom because she's a HUGE Jet Li fan. And it's great that in all Archie's scenes, he was beside Jet Li haha.

That's okay. Gee, I wonder what weather problems... it's 95-96degreesF over here (summer -- no kidding) and it's the perfect time for shopping in air-conditioned malls.... not to mention hanging out in the numerous beaches (<== here I go again with the Tourism :D )

I just want to mention, Archie voiced a game character right? Kenji from Need for Speed: Carbon, right? He didn't appear in that but he was the voice of that Kenji guy, right? :D In that game, another CSI (NY this time) character appears... Emmanuelle Vaugier as the lead woman Nikki.

When I found out that Archie is in fact in that game (voice, anyway), I sooo freaked! My brother was playing that game. I made him replay the Kenji parts again (you get to race against him three times but when I found the info out, all three were already over haha). He also talked on the opening credits of the game. :)

cause i live here in bacolod.. vsayas region.

i have this classmate who cant get enough of him..
she would cry if she would miss an episode that archie s in.. i was the one who actually influenced her
hehhe... :p
 
^Lol, I've influenced a lot of my CSI-watching as well as the non-CSI friends to Archie. Good thing, one of them is a MKA fan and spotted him in "When In Rome" lol.....

Scroll up or on the previous page. korbjaeger has a great tidbit for us Pinoys regarding Archie haha.
