Pac Story: Magic Under New York Bridge

As Lindsay went back upstairs, she packed her overnight bag, wrote a note to Mac, that read.....

Dear Mac..."I've decided to head back to Montana, and be with my family. I never realized how much I missed them till tonight. I will be back before the New Year, please take care of yourself, Peyton, and your kids.


Lindsay.



Walking quietly downstairs, Lindsay left the note on the table, called a cab, and left for the Airport. When she arrived they had one seat left in coach. "Home for the holiday's", said the stewardest. "Yes...to see my family, I've missed them, and I really need them right now". "Well... you have a rest, it should be a quiet flight". "Thank-you, may I have a pillow"? "Right above you love, I'll see you later". As the flight descended, Lindsay looked out over New York and said...."good bye Danny".



Mac awoke from sleep, and headed downstairs to check on the kids. "What is this"? Opening the note, it read....

Waking up Danny, he said...."Danny, what is going on, Lindsay left". "What....what do you mean, she left"? "She left to go home too Montana". "Let me see". As Danny read the note, he realized it was true, Lindsay had gone home. "Well....what's going on Danny"? "I don't know Mac, Lindsay came downstairs, and said she couldn't marry me, that she didn't think she loved me". "But you two just got engaged last night". "I know Mac....we had a little arguement upstairs, and I came down with the kids, a short time later, she came down, and told me she couldn't marry me". "Dad...said Lisa, is she coming back"? "Yeah baby, before the New Year".

I'm a bit confused. I'll be back / Good Bye Danny, doesn't sound to me she's coming back :confused: Well, I gues we just have to wait and see what our author comes up with next. Glad she's isn't/wasn't on strike. :devil:

She was just saying good bye to him in her memory, for she didn't have the heart to tell him in person, knowing he would be upset. :)
 
The turbulence started a half hour after the flight descended from the ground. Jolting Lindsay out of sleep, she could see the plane was going down. "Oh dear Lord, please, don't let us crash". Watching in horror, the passenger's began screaming, as the plane began to nosedive, then all went quiet.



*Crash, smash*.



The call came in at 6:15am. *Ring*...."Det.Mac Taylor, this is captain Hobb's calling from JFK Airport, we are calling to inform you that flight 107 to Montana, has crashed, at this time it is known that we have six passenger's unaccounted for, one of them being a Lindsay Monroe". "Excuse me...did you say Lindsay Monroe"? "Yes sir detective,



Still in shock, Mac said..."my team and I will be right there to help". "I'm not sure there is much you can do detective, but wait and see if rescue turns anyone up". "Okay, thank you, and please call the minute you hear anything". "We will detective". Hanging up the phone, Mac now had to inform Danny, and his own family.



"Guy's....wake up, Danny, Flack, wake up". "What is it Mac"? asked Danny. "Lindsay's plane was in a crash, she is one of six, that is missing". "What....yelled Danny in shock, how, when"? "Just a few minutes ago, I recieved the call from the Airport". "I'm going out there Mac, said Danny as he quickly got up to change. "I'll come with you Danny, said Flack with concern. "Listen guy's, you call me the minute you hear anything". "We will Mac", said Don.



"Daddy....is Lindsay okay"? "We don't know yet Jools, wake up your brother and sister, while I go let your mom know". "Okay daddy". "Lisa, Macster, wake up".

Just one question. Do you cross the Atlantic Ocean from New York to Montana, or are we taking a detour here? ;) *Or should I put my sock in it :devil:*

Crap :lol:, I'm getting all these stories and the ones on FF mixed up. My hard disk is crashing on my :lol: I need some coffee to stay awake :devil: :devil: Huggles back at ya!
 
As Danny and Flack arrived at the crash site, they were informed by the officer, that four of the six passanger's had been found alive, but seriously injured. "Where are they, please, where"? "Just in the shelter there, we are waiting for transport to pick them up, and have them taken to the Hospital". Danny ran into the shelter and checked under each blanket, when he came to the fourth victim, he noticed it was Lindsay. "Lindsay, oh my God, Lindsay". "Danny, please tell me I'm not dreaming, and we are in Heaven". "No Linds, you are not dreaming, and this not Heaven".



"I'm going to call Mac, and let the families know". "Thanks Don, please tell them not to worry". "I will Lindsay". After Flack left, Danny said...."why did you leave Linds, how could you leave without saying good bye". "I'm sorry Danny, I wasn't thinking clearly, I just knew I had to get away". "Oh God Linds, don't ever scare me like that again, I thought I lost you". "You didn't Danny, and that plane crash changed everything, I want to marry you, I don't care if we have to wait for children, I just know, I was wrong, and I love you so much". "I love you too Linds, said Danny pulling out the ring in his pocket, and placing it on her finger.



"There we go Linds, it's back where it belongs". Kissing her on the head, Danny picked her up in his arms, and carried her to the car. "Come on Linds, we'll get you checked out, and then take you home". "Don....let's go, we need to Lindsay checked over". When they arrived at the Hospital, the nurse took Lindsay right in. "Is she one of the plane crash victims"? "Yes, she is". "Okay, I'm going to take her blood pressure, and vital signs, before I get the doctor".



Once everything was done, the doctor came in. "Det.Monroe"? "Yes". "How are you feeling"? "Sore, my lower back, my right ankle, and right wrist, I landed on them". As the doctor looked them over he said...."I'm going to send you to X-ray, from what I can see, your ankle is just sprained, but your wrist is broke, it shouldn't be to long". "Thank you doctor". "You are welcome Det.Monroe". "Linds....any idea why the plane crashed"? asked Danny. "No, we were fine one minute, and the next, we were just going down".



When they got back from X-ray, Lindsay waited patiently for the doctor to bring her results. "Okay Det.Monroe, looks like you have two broken bones in your right wrist, so we are going to cast you up, and then you can go home". "Thank God, I really need to see my family, and friends, I know how worried they've been". Arriving at home, Danny opened the door with Lindsay in his arms.



"Merry Christmas Lindsay.....we are happy you are home". Lindsay teared up, for she now knew, she was wrong to have left the way she did.

Aww, they found her and they're back together again. This NY family should have a wonderfull Christmas. And so should we all. I'm off, work calls one more day this year. :lol: Have a great Christmas Eve.
 
Ah, another 'metaphorical' ocean crossed to bring them all back home again...? :p :lol:
