Nick and Mandy - "Sing it Dude!"

I wish he would go for it because from what I've been seeing, a lot of GSR fans seem to like a Nick/Mandy pairing. A lot of the same writers who wrote GSR fan fics have also enjoyed writing Nick/Mandy.

So I hope they get together.

 

It's possible that maybe Nick was talking about romances between CSIs, not necessarily the lab in general.

But I do think they would be great together - I can see them being good for one another.

 

They are sweet and cuddly looking.

And I was thinking now that GSR has sailed, the show is going to need some kind of romance to attract that audience who will probably head straight over to Grey's. And given the fact that I've been seeing some GSR fanfic writers doing Mandy/Nick fic, it might be not be such a bad idea.

Mandy's very relatable for a lot of woman, which is why I never, ever shipped until I saw that scene in Happenstance. Here'a girl whose unconventionally beautiful, kind of geeky but in a cute way, and she captures the eye of the lab stud-why not?

I know they want to focus on the crime, but heck, I don't think it would be too much of a bad thing to have a new relationship on the books. And maybe they learned a thing or two from GSR and can balance it a bit better with the crime shows.

But I'm betting George would never go for it because he's been cast as a romantic lead before and seems to never want to venture there again, but hey he doesn't always have to have the final say?

Normally I'm a purist with my crime shows, but I can make an exception with Nick and Mandy.

 

I think that would actually add a interesting spin on it. Nicks so against dating someone he works with, so what would be a interesting situation to put him in? Yup, and Mandy's the perfect one.

I like how pally they are and seriously anyone else would either seriously creep me out (catherine - thats like his mom , riley - way too young and they don't click and theres no flowy banter like mandy and nick, or wendy - that would just be mean on hodges and she's too different).

Mandy's down to earth and the only female labrat I can imagine him hanging out with or yelling at a football game together with a couple of beers. Some of the scenes they have together they just seem completly in tune, like if they suddenly started finishing each others sentences I likely wouldn't notice until much later as some of the time it sounds like that already.

I don't think they realise what they have with mandy. Shes like the ultimate flagship for a slightly different picture of beauty. She's still beautiful but in a less anorexic looking, blonde, cheek bones you could poke your eyes out with bimbo looking way. I think her slightly different body shape and huge personality would really get the admiration of so many females that don't fit the culteral model looks (which is most).

I'm not saying, good lord get them together now (that always ends in a angst hate filled break up). It would be nice if they set some foundations of at least some hints they socialise outside of work, like the time the csi team went go-carting with the cornener.

 

I think one way to attract viewers away from Grey's is to have a romance and a Nick/Mandy one would be perfect because you've got the cute, but slightly geeky Mandy (and I say that with love because she's the best) and this studly dude and it's a unlikely match but it would work very well.

And the chemistry between those two actors is amazing!

 

I just love with Mandy that EVERY woman can relate to her. And Nick obviously adores her and they must share some sort of history/friendship with the way they relate to each other. I mean, it's not every CSI that Mandy makes sing for their results

 

Well I think it's time CSI entered the romance area again with a Mandy/Nick relationship. I know they want to focus on the crime, but the show needs some heart and some love.

Sheeri is a gem they have yet to discover. And the chemistry she and George have on screen is so amazing.

 

So I watched Let it Bleed ony for the Nick and Mandy scene. I still get tickled over that cute little comment Mandy says when Nick says, "My timing is perfect."

Nick has this huge smile on his face when he walks in. The biggest since Warrick's death. And of course it's for Mandy.

I loved it when he said to her, "You're sick Mandy!" :lol:

And how nervous she was when she realized she made an error and Nick was so forgiving..of course he is..but I can imagine her making it up to him later..:devil:

 

Love it. Great idea!

And you know Nick really needs to learn to stop undressing Mandy with his eyes, it's very unprofessional!

But of course, Mandy can't resist Nick.

 

I know. Nick is saying, "C'mon honey, just a quick one for the road. It's been a long shift."

And Mandy would say and say, "Okay honey, Just a quick one, your office with the doors locked."

I love the name Manic! Can we rename the thread? Hopefully a mod will poke their head in and tell us so.
