my 100th post yay! and in honor of this i am going to watch mac in all kinds of states pissy mad and sexy! should we start a sMACked petition and send it to the writers with our many thoughts most of them from the lovliness and comfort of our new home in the gutter?

Imagine how it is for Mac.... seeing Stella saunter up and down the halls and the lab all day.... talking to and smiling at the other male lab techs.....
 
Pineing over Olive Oil? Huh. That brings up a weird image in my mind of Mac sitting there clutching a bottle of Olive Oil going "My precioussssssss.. HISS!" And Stella being all "...I'm not forgiving you until you say sorry." "PRECIOUSSS!" "Say your sorry, bitch!"

I would also like to say the following, in addition to TBonz's post.

In regards to mod notification, please do so only when it is absolutely necessary and you are absolutely sure that the post is flaming in nature, spam or was made by a troll. If you're not sure ... that's what the board rules are there for. One or two notifications are more than enough to alert us to any situations that need our moderating. And no, sending us dozens of them in one go will not make us respond faster or 'help' us with our job. In fact, it's friggin' irritating to have our mailboxes clogged with spammy notifications. Be patient for us to respond. We moderators have a life outside of this board, and we can't be here 24/7. However, we always endeavor to reply and check things out as soon as we can.

About spammy posts. We mods have noticed that spam-like posts have been increasing lately. While we understand that the boards can get slow with no new episodes on air yet, please refrain from constantly posting one-liners. Especially, those that have nothing to do with the 'ship or current discussion. If possible, use PMs rather than clogging up the thread. No one enjoys browsing through a thread full of irrelevant posts, eh?

And lastly ... this is pure common sense. If you know that you'll be uncomfortable or annoyed about characters in your favorite ship being shipped with other characters you might not like, DON'T GO AND READ THEIR SHIP THREADS. You only have yourself to blame if you end up upset with other shippers not liking your ship. There's a very good reason why each ship has their own thread. Think about that.

Hey guys im new here i have only just started to watch csi ny i've got all the dvds and am slowly catching up. I love mac and stella and definity think they belong together!!

Haha. Of course she would. I mean, Mac may be able to throw a guy to a ground and spit on him to prove who's 'da man, but in a battle with Stella, he has no chance. One "Come Hither" look and he's all "....eh? *stare*" Giving her the chance to yank the precious Olive Oil away from him and demand an apology.

It's alllllll in the way you fight :3
 
I'm sure there are plenty of ways they can use to make up later on, when it blows over....but I can't post them here, the meter will get me :devil:

Mac and Stella are definitely not a fluff couple. Their relationship is full of angst, stolen glances & unspoken words. They're not the "OMGZ I lovez you sooo much!" kind of people. Their feelings come through when they argue such as in Officer Blue or when they're silent. They don't need to speak to show they love each other. Their feelings come true when they look into each other's eyes. If you can do that you know it's genuine love & that exactly what Mac & Stella share. It's not infactuation. It's not lust. It's mature love and that's exactly what they have.

But yeah. I don't consider them a "Blush and hold hands" couple. I more see them as a "Slam to the ground, who gives a damn who hears" couple because you can't deny the chemistry between them. Everytime they come up on the screen, I can feel the sexual tension through the TV. It's just natural.
Plus, Mac/Stella being all "Tee hee" when they see each other isn't in their character. Their two powerful of people for that. It's more like "I'm going to make you not be able to stand for a week" looks they give each other.
