Well I also saw an interview (I thinkit was the today show) he had dark hair just like the pic I posted and said it was his natural color. So I think he still lightens it. IMO

I see you've gotten alot of new people in this thread, I'm sure one more wouldn't hurt. ;)
So I'm a big Eric/Greg fan especially since he constitutes half of my main ship. :D And I wasn't sure if I should post in this thread (I've had a weird impression of fangirls early on. Something about "l33t speak" which I'm still not sure what it means.)

Anyway, yesterday's episode made me realize I

I too wish he had more screen time, I frown and even scream at the TV sometimes when someone is giving him a hard time (ex: that sheriff who threatened to fire Greg in Big Shots, and don't even get me started on Fannysmackin'!)
I did not realize until recently, when I've been checking him out when he first appears on screen (though I won't readily admit it

), that I've become a Greg fangirl! Why? Isn't it obvious?

I love his humor, I love his self-reflection,
I love his geekiness, I love his porn collection :lol:,
I love his smart ambitions, and I love crazy hair
I love everything about him...
So I guess we'll have to share. :p

I remember that interview and Eric said that he had dyed his hair back to the color that was close to his natural color, but I still really think the way his hair is now is natural. It might just look lighter because he spends a lot of time outside. I just had a co-worker ask me today if I lightened my hair, but I have never colored my hair. I told her I have been outside more recently and it lightens in the sun.

Oh going to your favorite restaurant is always good for a birthday celebration. :D

So back to Greg, so do any of you ever wonder why exactly Greg hates and does not want to carry a gun on the job? That is something I have always wanted to be explored on the show.

In the ep No Humans involved (S5) he told Hodges that there are plenty of guns at crime scenes, cops have them and some criminalists. So I think he chooses not to carry a gun because he feels its not nessassary and maybe because Greg is a non-violent person. IMO
