Re: House # 2

Very true that a direct role would not be possible now for good old 'Bosley' anymore, but then maybe he could apply to get some sort of degree in Doctoring and come to House for a reference, who passes him on to Wilson, what with House not being that good in saying nice things about Bosley, despite how much he liked him - chuckle.

...We could then see the character interact with Wilson and him beign to like the 'fake' Doctor, and considering it's a teaching Hospital, Wilson could perhaps take on Bosley as his own assistant?

...Not that I've thought about this mind...

All speculative and most likely never to happen, but, well, I do like to make a wish every now and again - chuckle.

:)

Re: House # 2

hello! hello! i'm back! :D

hi dawni! you sound very familiar to me. hmm.. but anyway :p

so, new eppies are 'till april/may? ugh.

did i hear bosley? :D i actually like him better than Taub. he's just too weird for me. well, no, no life. it's like he's boring  idk.

so we learn something new from 13.
...
Amber's back! oh man, her scene with House was full of tension! I love it! Does she really love wilson? Idk, but ui hope she stays! :)

We've been lacking Cuddy scenes huh? :( But I loved Frozen! it's one of my faves so far! yeah, I like Kate. Mira Sorvino did a great job.

Edit: I just want to ask... is anyone coming to the House convention? Is that allowed to be discussed here? I'm sorry if it's not and please delete the line. >_<

Re: House # 2

Hey mj! :D You're back! *hugs*

I would love to see Bosley have some scenes with Wilson and then Wilson would have a sense of deja vu, like seeing someone else "embodying" House. Funny how Wilson is dating CTB because she's House in a skirt. What's up with that?

I love the scenes with House and Amber. They were really good. :D I'd rather have watch her than Thirteen since she's sooo much more interesting.

There's a House convention? Really? Wow...

csiguide?? i know your usename.but have no idea where

Fake Doc was interesting cos House liked him for his guts tho when i watched it all I could say was "its Gerrard from NY" which meant i was expecting him to be evil when he wasn't.

I was soo surprised at the Cuttthroat and wilson... was a nice shock

Re: House # 2

mandi! *hugs* yes! i'm back... for a while. :D

 yep. CTB IS House in a skirt (and gone blonde too) XD I wub her. Hee. I really wanna know how WIlson and AMber started. im curious. it's like.. out of thin air. o.o but anyway, not saying its bad or anything. depends on how they play it.

dawni yep. it's me wgf :D
LMAO! Gerrard! I didn't even think about that.

Yep. House convention is in Princeton, NJ this Oct. I think. I'm going :D I'll try anyway.

Re: House # 2

*waves* Now i recognise you, its you username i was like its on my msn but its cos we emailed when i did your sig.

Does anyone have any fave moments this season?

For me there is 2 i think...
- Season premier with the guitar was classic house.
- Secret santa presents it was so perfectly house it was funny.

Re: House # 2

I think for me a favourite moment (not that there's many to choose from) would be when House found out Wilson was dating Amber. That was so wicked. He was actually speechless for a second. Wilson finally got the upper hand.

I didn't know that House convention was actually happening! I'd heard rumblings about it, but nothing for certain. That's great, but unfortunately there's no way I would be able to go. Anyone who does needs to report back with minute-by-minute details!

...Now that I think about it, what would happen at this convention? You sit around and talk about the show? There's no merchandise to speak of (as far as I'm aware), which there is at some conventions....I'm confused.

And wait, I liked Bosley too, but there are regulars who aren't getting sufficient screen time as it is, so let's not bring on someone else! (Of course, if we got rid of Taub, that might help matters. It seems to me that nobody likes him. I wonder if even TPTB like him )

Re: House # 2

In my opinion, when thinking about it, it seems to me as if the 'Ducklings' are just insipid, lukewarm copies of the originals, where Taub is Foreman (questioning House), Thirteen/Huntington's is Cameron (potential UST Ugh! and insufferably selfish) and Kutner is Chase (the one who seems to actually care more for the patients than for personal advancement).

I have no idea why the PTBs thought this would be a great idea. I mean, I do like Kutner, but keeping Chase around would have been a far better choice for me, and as for the other two, Taub and Thirteen, they just annoy me... Aaaaand I really am NOT a fan of Amber and Wilson.

Thankfully though, relationships aren't the main focus of House (the program) and so Amber and Wilson is easily ignorable for me. Still, having no choice but to see Taub and Thirteen every episode is a bit grinding. And the fact that they decided to keep Foreman around and not Chase... Tut! Tut!

I miss Chase and I miss Bosley and if they replaced Taub and Thirteen with Bosley and Chase I would be an extremely happy bunny and not just a happy one. :D

:)

Hmm, I don't know about that. I never saw Chase as the one who cared about the patients more than personal advancement. Remember in The Mistake when Foreman told Stacy that "as soon as [Chase] is out of the room, which is as soon as he can be out of the room, he's bad mouthing the patient"? And as Wilson said at the end of last season, Chase is afraid of House. He's sided with House instead of doing what was moral and right for the patient, like Cam and Foreman did on numerous occasions, more times than I can count. I see Kutner more as the new Foreman. Taub is like Chase in the sense that he doesn't care, or if he does care, he's only going to go to certain lengths, he draws the line somewhere.

You know, this really is starting to bug me. If all they were going to do is create carbon copies of the original ducklings, than I fail to see the point of bringing them in and marginalizing the characters we already know and love. :scream:

Good news for UK fans. House is coming back for its fourth season at 9:00 on Thursday 20th March 2008, on five. It's followed by Grey's Anatomy, with their third season at 10:00. Check www.five.tv/tvguide for further details.

Can't wait! :)

Meanwhile, House and Amber are at odds about how much time they each get to spend with Wilson, and Cuddy demands House give his team performance reviews in the "No More Mr. Nice Guy" episode of HOUSE airing Monday, April 28 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/ PT) on FOX. I can't wait until the 28th!

So Cutthroat is still dating Wilson - Oh my poor giddy heart. I honestly don't get that relationship at all. Seems really contrived to me, just so they can introduce such storylines as this one - such as House almost seemingly bargaining with Cutthroat to see his best friend UGH!!!!

In all seriousness, I'm still of the opinion that Bosley/Fake Doc would have been a better foil for House trying to gain Wilson's attentions, simply because Fake Doc/Bosley was almost on the same level as House only less snarky - chuckle. This situation with Cutthroat just makes me want to yell at the screen, "Oh for goodness sake, Wilson, stop fighting your inner instincts and get with House already!" LOL!

Still I adore House, and this epsidoe, apart from the Cutthroat angle, looks a good one

:)

I broke down a while ago and read a spoiler. Now I come bearing several, some of which might not be so....well, judge for yourself:

David Shore did a radio interview in which he said that Jesse Spencer (Chase) and Omar Epps (Foreman) may not be returning next season. Spencer wants to pursue opportunities that arose during the Writers' Strike and Epps isn't happy with the lack of screentime he's been getting. Shore was also quick to stress that Spencer's departure has "absolutely nothing to do with his break up with Jennifer."
Now take that with a grain of salt because I haven't heard any confirmation from their reps. But I think it's a real possibility. Although Omar has absolutely nothing to complain about if you ask me; it's Jen and Jesse that should be whining about lack of screentime. But apparently he was led to believe he would be getting more, so now he's pissed.

A two parter that was originally supposed to air after the Super Bowl but got bumped because of the writers' strike. In part one, titled "House's Head" House is in a bus crash and loses four hours of his memory. As he tries to piece together the time he has lost and figure out why he was even on the bus in the first place he starts to recall that he suspected someone on the bus had an illness they did not know about. But unless he can get his memory back he doesn't know who the person is or how to help them. In part two, "Wilson's Heart" House continues to try to remember the events leading up to the crash, and his friendship with Wilson is put to the test. Shore has also said that something "pretty significant" will happen in terms of the cast in the finale. It was his way of getting around the question of whether or not someone is leaving. And, it has been said that Ivana Milicevic will be joining the cast in these episodes.

House is convinced that one of the actors (guest star Jason Lewis) on his favorite soap opera, 'Prescription Passion,' has a serious medical condition, but has to take matters into his own hands when both the actor and House's own team dismiss his assessment, believing that nothing is wrong with the soap hunk.

I guess some of the original cast members have to leave as they are getting crowded in there. I can't believe Omar Epps is complaining about the lack of screen time. He's been in more scenes than Jesse Spencer and Jennifer Morrison. Oh well...People can be so fickle.

You know I don't blame Jesse for going because there is no real story for him and same with Jen. Omar has been almost right beside House and can have more storylines, so whatever on screen time. The show has been about House and his team and since the team has now changed there is not alot of room to incorporate the old members into the plots without making that seem forced. So I do understand the decision to move on because just like their characters they have to find new jobs.
