I just might. I'd have to find some appropriately awful though, and that might be hard.
Get those huge upside-down glasses we saw at Bang-On.
Suuure. "embarassing" my arse. You love that shirt and you know it. You even wear it to school. Don't try and lie to the nice people.
Mais I don't. I actually, (and I'm being serious here) I don't know how some people can be so open about their obsession outside the boards. It's like, "Yes, I like this show, and I like this ship, but I don't need the whole world to know". lol.
I think it would be fantastic if Sara met LH. They could have tea together and trade secrets on how to turn Grissom on.
I really, really don't think there's a "technique". I believe the operative word is willing.
Sara could suggest kimono nightgowns, while LH sold her a pleather corset. All the while, Grissom could sit there and look really, really uncomfortable.
Uh-huh. Willing.
It would be beautiful. Seriously though, I'd love to see the dynamic. It would be very cool to watch the only two ladies who have been romantically involved with him in years have a moment together.
Then Teri Miller can come in and tell them that they're all fools - fools.
In other news, SVU is continuing in it's campaign to make me creeped out by all men I loved in my younger days by tonight showcasing Mr. Sheffield as a crazed serial rapist. Next thing you know it'll be David Duchovny. *sad sigh*
[Sic]
And David Duchovny actually appears to be in a promising new movie.
Spy Kids 4. Mrs Grodenko with her new husband - THE TOM. Enough said. You just wait. We can of course avoid this scenario if you put up THE HAT instead of her. The longer you wait, though...
Score one for the Tom. Oh, don't even try, Dayna. You know she'd date the Tom.
Dude, send it to me! SEND IT TO ME!!! (Seriously. Scan it in, mail it over, I don't care - I WANT IT)
I have no scanner.
Agreed. Plus Catherine also called Doc Robbins "David" at least once, so I think we can let early-episode name-calling slide.
Don't you mean "Al" or "Albert"?
Sarah does wish she was as talented as me. But some dreams will just never come true. ...Ahem, I wish I'd been able to post that here, though. Sigh.
*sobs softly*
You're embarrassed to walk around in CSI merchandise? SHAME ON YOU! And you call yourself a fan...(No, I didn't have to go to the other side of the globe to feel comfortable wearing my cap in public. No. Not at all *runs away*)
I just don't think that everyone needs to know. You don't have to advertise that you like something. Lord knows I don't walk around with a picture of Dom on my shirt.
Is it weird I find that romantic?
Not really. Even though, I think, Warrick called him that once, Griss is kind of her name for him, and she's used that pretty much the whole time they've been dating.
Let it be animated. LET IT BE ANIMATED! I'll give you more delicious dialogue, Adz *dangles it tastily* DO IT NOW!
Please don't say "dangles" in relation to that scene.
but I don't know if I see any potential conversations between them regarding Grissom, though
As uncomfortable as it would be, it would be like having an actor on who'd broken the law, and then not asked them about it. You know what I mean? Interviewers are considered bad if they don't address the elephant in the room. And CSI would have to address that elephant, as unlikely or as uncomfortable as that might be.
I see LH maybe asking for Grissom is Sara shows up, and we see a little warning look in her eyes, and then LH notices it and pushes forward, but... to have them together and not even so much as allude to him?
I hate to break it to you honey, but people talk. Heather wasn't exactly a secret, and people speculate and gossip and stir. Oh how they stir.
And in his naive world, I think Grissom believes people at work wouldn't do that sort of thing to someone they respect. But chances are that Brass told one of the guys on the team, and then they told everyone else. Especially because in LHB, Brass said he was worried about Grissom going too far with this. So I think he was assuming maybe someone else could talk to him.
In any event, Brass and Sara seem like they're close, so he may have accidentally slipped something to her.
Who knows?
It's TV - if it adds drama *cough-Marjorie knowing about chalk-cough* they kind of expect us to just pretend like it's possible for that information to come out.
I dont want her to try ruining the whole gsr thing cause I am sure she will try to win gris back and you know she is used to get what she wants....
This is not ship bashing, but I do want to say this: Josh Berman, who used to write for CSI, said that it was the general consensus that Lady Heather was not the sort of woman that someone scorned and was forgiven, and he basically said that since Grissom betrayed her, that was it. She could still have feelings for him, but she wouldn't trust him - that was clearly outlined in Pirates.
Sara, on the other hand, is more willin to say, "I know where you're coming from" and, like I said with LH and her daughter, I think Sara is also better at analyzing situations that are closer to her than LH is. LH can look at the removed with a very trained eye, but not what she's emotionally involved in. Yes, she called Grissom's hearing, but she didn't understand his motives for arresting her.
Brassy - LH has, so far, been in 3 episodes.
Maybe the writers are thinking of making Ecklie causing them problems when their relationship goes public in the lab and then Grissom thinks of what the sheriff said and he helps them.
Sorry, I'm not good at expressing it. I hope you understand how I meant.
Agreed. Both Sara and Grissom seem to be collecting allies. And I think that Catherine definitely owes her for the search of the room.
