Imagine: Sara and grissom are talking about a case in front of the others and he tells her to do something (call someone, check the evidence etc..)and she says "ok baby" not wanting it but saying it out loud, it just slippes out of her mouth and everyone goes   WHAT??!!! Grissom lookes a little bit shocked and Sara rushes out of the office with burning red cheeks  :D.That would be hilarious, I d love to see something like that.
i thought about something like that too ... catherine would look at him and say "are you two ... i mean ... you know ... together?" and grissom would blush too and mutter something like "that's non of your business!" and run out of the room too. then all others burst into laugher

Hello Sienna!
But I like CSI UK FANs idea almost better than mine!
Can you imagine Warrick cracking up inside when around gris and sara, sara eager to kill warrick and blushing and totally embarassed by the whole thing and finally gris not getting whats going on at all and asking himself if everybody is gone crazy lately!

gsrhappyending, i'd really love to see that, or when catherine is like: so, gil, i didn't knew you liked to be called honey, or baby...'
grissom has no idea what she's talking about, but sara blushes heavy, and runs out of the room. grissom goes after her, and asks her about the 'catherine-thing'. Sara admits she told catherine about last night... ;) ;)

K, here it is: You may actually choose 2, because I know a lot of people were unhappy with thread titles because they could only pick 1.

Don't ask - anyway. You CAN pick 2.

Wouldnt it ??!! We must get to see such kind of *drama* for sara and gris will always remain the king and queen of drama . It really doesnt matter who of the team is involved but I prefer warrick and catherine or even better both of them. Catherine and warrick giving eachother the *look* and catherines eyes are saying "So now that that happend to gil and sara I want us to be next :D

On a sidenote, does anyone else like that, while we're drowning in canon, 2 of our thread titles are about stuff we don't have yet? We're so spoiled. lol.

I picked hot-boiled and my god.

Cuz technically the second one is Ziggy's because of her intense love for Billy and Jorja.

Luckily she probably won't be back from the island before the move, and she'll never have to see my slanderous words.

The last Gutterflied chat was wonderous friends. We were built on controvercy and we died on controvercy. *sniff*

And lots and lots and lots of dirty talk. lol.

Anyway - for anyone who's interested, the Gutterflied chat has a temporary new home, which you can find from theatresporter. Please don't be offended if you get pre-screened. lol.

Anyway - I have a feeling that before Grissom leaves, we're going to either see them putting seeds of doubt into the relationship, for the sake of angst, or planting the seeds of revelation within the group. With the doctor around, I can see him even sort of pointing the team in that direction.

okay, i went for: Hot-boiled in the first place, and second i choose: In love & kickin' :p theatre, i hope you find a new home for our chat, i can't live without one! :( :p
and by the way, i'm looking forward to tonight, they air poppin' tags here in holland, the mouth-to-mouth scene :D woww, that actually seems like a long time ago we discussed season six... GS grows up sooo fast ;)

lol. Our little geeks. They used to be yay high...

Okay, Reebs and I made a decision in our historic chat the other night.

We're bringin' the angst back.

We've kind of come to the conclusion that conversations have been a little dry here because, well... we're all so happy.

Which is great. If these were real people, it would be great. But to sort of find a way to wiggle out of anything that might be questionable, because we KNOW how many people already judge the ship, has kind of been killing off good debate.

SO...

since she's not here to kick it off, I will.

I found Grissom's reaction to the "First Blush" really disappointing. Yes, maybe he was miffed that she'd called him boring, maybe he memorized his lecture the day he met her, but he didn't even crack a smile when she mentioned that it reminded her of their first meeting.

I don't think it necessarily means that there's "trouble in paradise", but I do think it signifies that with the two of them, if Grissom feels he's being made fun of, he kind of shuts down.

Also, Grissom has been the cheeky one at work lately. Being very obvious (veggie burger), pairing himself with her a lot, and then making a rather loud flirtatious reaction to her dummy-kick.

So maybe Grissom just likes, as the boss, to be in control of their interactions at work.

Sara enjoys it now, but if he continues to shut her down if SHE attempts to instigate the flirt - and notice that Grissom, while interested, moved on immediately after she kind of winkingly asked for his volunteer help - are we going to see our first fight?

hey there gsrhappyending may i call you steffi? because your name is so long :)

i voted for in love & kickin :D

okay now you scared the hell out of me i so hope that doesn't happen ... i've been through so much with that couple i just want them to be together finally ... :(

In NO WAY do I think they're going to break up. But if Grissom is drinking and freaking out, he's bound to say some stupid things to Sara. Hell, sober Grissom says stupid things to Sara that he regrets. And a little angst never hurt anyone. lol.

yap that's right he has hurt her many times ... and a little angst is very important to keep it interesting :p

Exactly, and to be frank, I don't want it to feel as though everything's absolutely wonderful and perfect now that they're together. Logistically, they can't really go on dates, they can't be all that open at work, they can't go on vacations together... it's a very limiting relationship. And neither of them strikes me as the type who's really getting a kick out of having a big secret. Like Sara giving him the WTF face at his "mouth-to-mouth". Even the TOYD scene seemed to be them forgetting anyone else was there. Grissom would sort of do a double-take when someone else spoke, like, "Oh. Right. Other people in the room." But yeah.
I see Grissom having another Gentle-Gentle-style freakout.

 If only. Of course, Warick would need to divorce his wife first otherwise he'd be cheating and that would be wrong and Warrick doesn't seem the type.

I would definitely like Warrick to be amongst the first to find out. Him and Brass. Because both these characters remind me of the type who would keep it to themselves and have fun with it rather than let the cat out of the bag. Both have a often subtle sense of humour that could like to some amusing scenes.

Yeah, I too was disappointed with the "first blush" scene. Grissom was just being too much like Grissom. He reacted like he does when he gets ofended but cannot be arsed to react - the way he does with everyone at some point. After WTG revealed that he does open up to Sara, I'd expect a different reaction, more flirtatious, or at least comfortable, reaction.

I don't see it as "trouble in paradise" either, though. I think it is as you said, it has to do with him having to be the boss at work. I think it's easier for Sara because she's always been more open with him. Gris on the other hand, has to deal with trying to maintain a profesional distance whilst trying to deal with the fact that they've gone way beyond the professional. I think he's finding it harder than she is and sometimes he just shuts down like he does whenever he cannot handle a situation. I'd say it has more to do with the fact that he has to be in control at work than he wants to be. He probably wants to flirt back but knows he shouldn't and gets nervous when he knows others are around (Brass did just sorta float in... I'm presuming he turned up with them but I've not seen the whole episode). It's possible that he'll be even more distant with Sara than usual on occassions because of this. On other occassions, he'll be ok. I hope it settles down and he learns to deal because I don't like the idea of my GSR being ruined by Gris being his grumpy self. Embrace your human half Gris! Embrace it!

Agreed. I suppose it was especially disappointing because Sara was clearly so into it. And when he instigates, she does respond, unless she feels attacked (Bite Me) or confused (Poppin' Tags).

Maybe I'm just a little miffed that the days of Sara being the one in Grissom's shoes - throwing him off his mark, making him question her actions - is over.

I liked that turn of things. After 5 years, a fresh spin on their relationship was nice.

And if things were 50-50 between them, that would be fine, too. It's like we're ALMOST there - like there's 5 extra points in Grissom's favor.

And hey - if he's the one who finally threw in the gloves and just admitted he wanted to be with her, then cool. But we don't know that yet.
