:lol: Erica, you know I'm kind of s-l-o-w. Anyway, "mo qi" (how do you pronounce it?) is a good word to add to my vocabulary. Would it mean something like being on the same mental, emotional wavelength? Ann Donahue described them as the old married couple. Given their "mo qi" connection, I guess their old-couple-ness never left them, however much TMTB try to pry them apart.

The questions he answered looked to be a fair representation of the views of the fans. He even answered one strange one about entomologists thinking Grissom's behaviour put them in a bad light.
Who took out the GC questions, we don't know. I don't think it was TVGuide. That leaves TMTB... or Billy himself.

in Toe Tags so "mo qi" is possible. And Fra yeah all the questions about all the pairings imaginable were asked gil/brass, g/s, g/lh, nick/warrick, greg/sar, etc. except GC so I think its TMTB (damn keyboard) who filtered those questions.

Well, I think the "same mental, emotional wavelength" remark fits. It's like you just know someone by heart. You can finish any sentence that someone starts, you can just know what they're thinking about without a word. LOL I always think Bette Midler's song I Know You by Heart is a perfect demostration of what "mo qi" is. You can find the lyrics here, and I don't know if anyone remembers that I have made a video with this song.

WTG was a big slap all right, after I watched the clip for the end scene I was like what the.....then I lost interest in the whole of the second half of S6, I have the episodes with me but I haven't touched them yet. I do know that there are still some GC scenes so I'll watch the episodes for them, I just have to wait till I'm in the mood :lol:

rebec, I think the questions submitted would be sent to TPTB first and they'd decide whether a question got to be asked or not. It's like when you want to interview a celeb, their managers/handlers always reads your interview questions first. If that's the case, I guess all the questions connceted to C/G were censored. LOL.

Okay here's my thoughts on the episode. I love the tub line and it wasn't as cheesy as I thought it was going to be. But the scene where Catherine's in the elevator and talking about the unlucky numbers in all countries and how Sam taught her that almost made me cry. Then when they go into the suite and she looks around saying "I know these suites the furniature's been rearanged." Again like almost made me cry. And last the bathroom scene where they're standing over the tub and I really noticed that she was calling the guy Martin instead of Mr. Whatever kinda like sent me over the edge with the whole Sam thing

If you pay attention to the buttons, you'd probably notice that there wasn't a single 4 on the panel, because 4 is considered an unlucky number in the Chinese culture. LOL I hope it's the same for you guys over there, rebec. In Mandarin (standard Chinese) and many dialects varied from it, the pronunciation of 4 sounds very similar to "death". So 4 is seen as an unlucky number in our culture.

^^Oh yeah, 4 is definitely an unlucky number, in chinese as well as other dialects. 8 is a lucky number though, cuz it sounds like a chinese word that means gaining wealth

And Teri Miller too, she did mention something about Gil's girl being a blonde. I know, Marg's a redhead but Cath's hair color, according to her ID, is strawberry blonde so can be both a redhead and a blonde, lol. And Doc definitely is my favorite shipper at the moment, lol.

I really love it when Catherine and Gil go to parent mode. Only these two can do it so perfectly. I guess I'll just start with Table Stakes, then. I know, there are so many scenes to talk about. This is an extremely C/G episode after all.
I think it's really cute when Catherine tells Gil to close his mouth in the backstage of the show haha, she's acting like his wife. Also, I really love it when Gil opens the music box and tells Cath that it's playing their song. I remember the first time I saw that scene, I was like OMG WTF they have a song?
