Exercise cautious optimism, is what I say. I'm pretty sure E/C will happen, but I'm not expecting this amazingly written storyline because this is CSI: Miami and amazing is not what they do.

^^I totally agree you with you. While I am excited about the prospect of E/C this season, I am pretty sure that we, the fans would be able to write the storyline better than the writers for this show. So while I suspect it will be good, I highly doubt it will be glaringly excellent.
Ha. I will probably be a full fledged alcoholic by Novemeber Sweeps :lol:

I wanted to jump in class today cause of how excited I am. Only 5 hours and 9 minutes!! If they get together right away we are going to be angry cause it was too soon but we want them to get together, right?

Ah, talk of alcohol and narcotics. Must be premiere day.
I can't wait to see them finally get together, but I'm not sure what to think about the writers and what they’re going to do. I'm kind of wary of the whole thing. One the one hand, I'm giddy about the whole "my ship is gonna go canon" thing, but on the other I'm nervous about the writers and their love of all things dramatic. Sometimes it’s like they think they write for the soaps or something. If they had Cal marry Jake and Eric fall into a three-year coma I wouldn't be surprised. Horrified, but not surprised.
And um, Caro what's this I hear (or read, rather) about you passing the torch? No more RV? Or EC? Please tell me you were drunk or otherwise inebriated when you wrote that.

If I convince everyone here to write a Ryan/Valera fic, d'you think Caro'd consider ever finishing her fics? Doubt it, but if it increases the amount of RV fics, I'd be happy, and happiness leads me to update my own fics hinthinthint.
Completely unrelated and irrelevant, I got my laptop! It's so pretty and fast and makes me want to sit on my ass all day and do nothing. It cost me my left arm, too, so now I type really slow and if you don't see any fic updates from me, that's why.
Speaking of the premiere, I have no alcohol at home except for some really strong Chinese wine that tastes like shyte, but I figure if Jake sticks his tongue down Calleigh's throat tonight, I can deal with the flavor.

They are definately playing up the whole triangle thing....it was the only thing featured on ET when the show spoke about Miami. They ddidn't reveal anything we didn't already know though....a shocker right? They didn't even mention H and his son. We are sooo canon at some point this season.
