Yeah, and I have all those eppys already :lol:. I want to see Killer Date again, because I really can't remember Calleigh's reaction to Eric losing his badge, but apart from that, it's a pretty poor season. I had to order them because they were out of stock because of Christmas, but Season 2 is coming, and I got Seasons 1&2 of New York and Seasons 4&5 of Vegas, so it looks as though I'll be having a CSI marathon shortly :).

I can't get it out of my mind, we totally need to see Eric and Calleigh's parents! Wouldn't you just love to see Eric's mom yell at Duke Duquesne for his drinking? Maybe with Eric getting sued his parents will show up. I bet his mom already knows he loves Calleigh even though he denies it. Seeing her embarrass him would be great.

New topic. Out of Eric and Calleigh, who do you think would be the first to leave the lab and how would the other react?
 
I have season 3 and from a E/C perspective it is sort of worth it....this is the season where things seem to change between them and it is interesting from that perspective to watch. The set is worth it for Pro Per, Whacked and 10-7 and especially Lost Son.

I have all four seasons on DVD and they are all worth it for love of the show...but yeah I would buy season 3. :D
 
I don't have season 3. Though I love Pro Per, Whacked, and 10-7, that's too few episodes for me to spend 60 dollars.

60? I got mine for $30 right after it came out. But no, if it had been $60 at the time, I wouldn't have bought it.

Given everything that's happened and all that's to come, I'd have to say Eric. I sorta think all the darkness he's going through would be a bit much for him to stay there much longer, despite the light that Calleigh brings into his life (wow, corny much? :lol:). But I think Calleigh would try to avoid talking to him about it until the last possible minute. I think they'd share a quiet moment together, possibly while he's cleaning out the rest of his locker. I feel like he'd want to hug her, but she wouldn't be completely into it, because that would make it real for her. And sadly, because she's Calleigh, I don't think she'd actually react until after he'd left. :(
 
I could see Eric leaving first as well...and I agree with Jessica that Calleigh wouldn't react till the last possible minute and even then it would be something neither of them would totally confront. On the other hand however, it could be what gets them together and he goes through what Calleigh did at the beginning of the season 4 and eventually decides to come back...that is even if it plays out that Eric decides to leave.
 
Ali, I think that season 3 is worth watching again.

Eric might be the first one to leave because I can't see any reason, for now that is, why Calleigh would want to leave. I think that Calleigh would be the most concerned and show her emotions more than anyone else.

Ali, good luck finding season 2. When you find it, tell me where you got it.
 
you can find season 2 at amazon.com and aetv.com...I got mine at amazon.com. I found, when I was shopping, that season 3 was the hard one to find. You can also try ebay...that is where I managed to find my season 3 and cheap too :)
 
Eric would totally quit first. I could even see a situation where he and Calleigh are together and IAB starts fucking around with them and Eric would quit just so they can stay together. I think he'd be equally happy going back to underwater recovery, whereas guns are Calleigh's passion and it would be harder for her to find something else that she loves.

I don't even remember where I got season 2. Might've been amazon. That's where I buy everything. I have no recollection of buying that set. One of my other personalities must've bought it.
 
I could totally see that happening too Caro. After everything that Calleigh's been through I really don't think anything could force her to leave, and if Eric can get through all of this stuff now, I'll think the same about him.

Does anyone else think we're starting to get our old Calleigh back? I've been catching up on more S5, and she just seems to be a whole happier recently. I just watched Death Eminent, and not only did she laugh and smile (with Boa Vista of all people) but she actually showed emotion! Sure, she's not going to be the exact same person because of all that she's been through, but there's no denying that it's a huge improvement on S4 though. Whenever we have Happy Calleigh we tend to get lots of E/C too. It's such a shame Eric's down in the dumps now, it's kind of like they do role reversal, one's happy and one's depressed. They never seem to be on the same page at the same time :(. I gotta believe it'll happen soon enough though. Is anybody else cautiously optimistic about the rest of the season?

I totally agree that when one is depressed the other is happy. But think about this....when they both finally get on the same page and are happy at the same time....that will probably mean they are finally together!!

At least that is how I want to look at it :D I am very optimistic about the rest of the season where these two are concerned....the writers can only ignore the prospect an E/C relationship for so long.

Defeinately have my fingers crossed :D
 
I don't know, the writers almost never tell the truth about episodes and sometimes the cast doesn't either, but I will always remain optimistic about some E/C time. I mean, whether the writers try to ignore it or not, it's still there and in front of their faces!!!

They were in Wet Foot, Dry Foot. Seems like every time they're in a good mood together, there's tons of flirtage. I imagine if at some point they are happy together again, there'll be tons of nudity.

Seasons 1 & 2, which as you all know is Hip Hug Heaven they were on the same page for the most part, both happy, which is why we got tons of flirtage, but then bad things started happening to them and they just drifted apart because of it. I think eventually events (either good or bad) will force them back together. Whether they would admit it or not they kind of rely on each other. They are always watching out for one another, even if the other doesn't actually know about it (e.g. Calleigh lying for Eric in Shattered).

Happy 2007 folks! Even though I spend the first day of the new year in hospital, I've got a good feeling about it :lol:. I get the sense it's going to be a good year all around for everything, including the E/C pairing. Calleigh and Eric need something good this year after a long run of craposity. Will this be the year we are rewarded for our loyalty? Could well be :).
 
Happy New Year everyone as well!!! You know what Ali? Last year when it turned in to 2006, the first thing I though was "So what?" But this year seems better. This year could be the year of E/C. This year or 2008.

I mean think about it. Eric has gone through a lot, he can't keep going through any more horridness without dying of stress and that can't happen or else the writers are evil. Eric and Calleigh must finally realize they like each other, in fact I think they already know they like each other. Unless Calleigh gets under pressure, her and Eric will get into some action.
 
I totally agree. They know they like each other they just haven't acted on it...yet! As far as they writers are concerned they really can't keep ignoring E/C for too long and I am very optimistic that we will see an E/C relationship either late this season or sometime next season.
I get the feeling that the writers make them out to be star crossed lovers and how long can you keep star crossed lovers apart? :D

I always just find it wierd that Eric will or has slept with every woman he has come across except Calleigh.
