You've got a good point there MJ... I don't see any other reason to keep her on the show after the whole mole debacle other than to have her as a love interest for Eric. I know that she's a DNA specialist, but so is Valera. So something still could happen... *crosses fingers*

besides, Natalia's fans ( & a good bit of Eva's) love her with Eric the most!!

Im only going by what I see here & on Eva's message board. I've come across way more EDeN fans over there than here & - as much as I love it here, this board isn't very Natalia friendly, but the majority of us who can say are true Natalia fans want to see her back with Eric!

Although Im sure there's other fans of hers who could care less & just want to see her have any kind of descent storyline also. ;)

Regardless, truth remains that Eric & Natalia were indeed official at one time, & that shouldn't be something to just "go away", unless the character went away like all the other "love interests" with the Miami characters.
Thier "love story" in any way shape or form - in any way one wants to look at it- DID HAPPEN, IT WAS LEFT OPEN & Natalia is clearly still with us - so it's time TPTB drag them out of the continuity archives! I don't accept the death of Nick & the introduction of Mr. Bullet being good enough reason to make them suddenly not have feelings for each other anymore, yeah, sorry I'm not buyin' that. ;);)

Yeah, me neither... there's just too many plot holes with that one. But it's still nice to see that Natalia fans want her to be with Eric... now if TPTB give her an awesome story line, it would be perfect! *pokes TPTB* I really should stop doing that. It never gets results...
 
Well we never know, maybe there is a perfectly good reason why those "plot holes" were put there....main reason being so that TPTB could FILL THEM IN LATER!!!

...and yes, Natalia is so past due for a descent arc. She's rarely ever NOT been played off Eric in some way when she does have a story (actually I don't think they ever haven't at all), so it should be interesting to see how they pull off doing anything with her what-so-ever & not have Eric have some sort of feeling about it.

I honestly don't see how they could get around any of that, unless they do like they've done the past year & 1/2 which is put her floating in the background...and that's BS, they'll have to give her something eventually!;)

Come to think of it, TPTB have never done that... I wish they would do something like that next season. There are so many possibilities for the both of them. I would like to see them work a case that involves kids... that way they could interact with the kids and each other. They would probably bond over that and maybe talk about their nieces.

But seriously, TPTB had better fill in those plot holes... they can't just ignore them or else it'll be brought up later. *pokes TPTB*

No they haven't. Natalia's been on the show now going on her 4th year & all she's had, as far as arcs, was the EDeN relationship (so yeah DUH); then the mole fiasco & of course Eric was played in on it, then the return of Nick which Eric was played off of too, so no she's never had an arc that didn't involve Eric in some way. She needs some more big time so we can have some lovely EDeN scenes!!:p

Hmmm, I bet thier neices look alike. As scary as it sounds, when I saw their first scene together (Three way) I thought they could pass as bro/sis. NOT thier interaction...that was far from being family like;), but thier features match up so nicely, they're gorgeous together. Perfect match in every way!!:D

It would be freaky if their nieces did look a lot alike. There has to be some differences though. I mean, the nieces' features and hair could be different.

But yeah, the two of them would have gorgeous kids... I mean look at them!
 
Natalia did have that one ep arc of her sister being kidnapped, but I can't remember if Eric was played into that too or not. :lol: And you're right, they do go together perfectly. Match made in Miami heaven. :lol:
 
I guess it would all depend on what the other siblings looked like. Marisol didn't carry that much of a Latino look to her ( I didn't think) but the other 2 may look more like Eric.
Anya had a few features that looked a lot like Nat, but who knows what Christine (or is it "a"?) looks like, im assuming these neices come from her. She could be blonde for all we know - Natalia's our 5-spice girl (we think)so it's possible!

Still, her & Eric & a baby Eden would look perfect!:p *here we go on our baby kick again lol*
aww..you know if their pregnancy wasn't false, "baby Eden" would turn 2 this year. She would have been born around the same time Nick returned...that's a scary thought, isn't it?:eek: *scarier that I've done the math..haha*

EDIT: didn't see GNR's post. I didn't consider Darkroom only because it was one episode & not really an arc. No, Eric wasn't "played on" in that particular epi, but he did make the comment to Ryan referring to Natalia "living in fear"...that was enough for me just knowing he was thinking about her.

I read a fic last night on ff.net where Eric finds out that Natalia lied when she said it was false cause she wanted to see if he'd be upset that she wasn't preg. But then he ended up finding out. And surprisingly he wasn't really that upset with her for not telling him in the first place. :lol: Too bad they didn't do that on the show.

I read something today in Parade where someone asked if it was just them or was there a growing number of celebs having twins lately. And the answer was of course, yes. They also said that having kids later in life could increase the odds of having twins. So, maybe when Eric and Nat finally do get their act together and are officially a couple again and get preg, maybe they will have boy/girl twins. :lol: Same goes for Calleigh/Jake. :)
 
I took a little nap with my daughter earlier & had the oddest dream that Eric & Natalia were in the ocean & attacked by a shark (I watched Jaws3 the other night, go figure) Anyway, it was really screwy - it was kinda dark & they were holding on to a dock or something, Natalia was screaming his name & he went under. Then I woke up of course..yeah, it was short lived but most dreams are:rolleyes:

Anyhoo, that would be cool to see on the show (eric resurfacing though). No ones ever been attacked by sharks, & they do live in Miami!!!
Methinks that would make for a nice EDeN-ee episode;)
......and show me the hands of those who want to see them wet & grabbing ahold of each other?!??!

Actually there was a movie, I think it was called "Open Water" that was in theaters not long ago. The story was, in part, based on an actual event. A couple on vacation decides to do some SCUBA diving. They take a boat out to a reef and head under water.
When they resurface, the diving boat is gone. Nowhere to be seen. Anyway, one trailer scene was of the woman suddenly getting pulled under, most likely by a shark.

Scary stuff, huh kids?
 
I freaking hate sharks. They're so evil looking with those beady black eyes and those teeth. :shudders: :lol: I wouldn't mind seeing a scene like that on the show with Eden. But, there have been people attacked by them on the show... just not regular characters. That guy that was killed by his new stepdaughter got attacked by sharks (or they were at least circling him) and that scammer girl who was pretending her lover was her brother and that their co-scammer was their father. The latter was the episode that had that really nice song at the end where it showed Horatio looking down at all his employees and Ryan was walking with Alexx, Delko with Valera and Calleigh with Nat. I think it was "Nothing Else Matters" by the Bedroom Rockers or something like that. :lol:

Didn't they find a license plate inside the shark or was that a gator? And someone commented that they are nature's garbage disposals...

I think this show focuses more on the gators than the sharks. :lol:

That's kinda what bores me about Miami though, they have the guest stars doing things like that, but when it comes to the cast, they just get shot, run off the road, or almost on fire. The most interesting thing was Ryan getting shot in the eye with a nail gun - now that's creative! But im tired of the same-o-same-o.

They could have done wonders with Natalia in 'curse of the coffin' with the table exploding in her face, but no, she stumbles out covered in blood & her hair's a mess, yet comes back with a paper cut on her damn forehead:wtf:

Yeah, we need something much better for them!!

Isn't that the truth! :lol: But, don't forget the absolute worst cliche/typical thing for this kind of show: kidnapped! :lol: :D And you're right about Ryan and the nail gun. That was creative (the writers must have been taking extra creativity pills at the time) as much as I hated to see my Ry hurt. :lol:

That's a very good idea! How about if Eden go toward a supply closet/ storage room to make out (lol) or to get something out of the close/storage room (whichever you prefer), but get a suprise when they get there. They open the door and a body falls out right on top of Nat, who screams. Eric pulls the body off of her. She's freaked out, he tries to calm her.

Let's pretend this is a real ep sypnosis just for fun :D :

The body is none other than Erica Sykes, which makes Ryan a suspect, only he has an alibi (he was with Maxine in DNA at the time of Erica's death). It turns out that Samantha (who was obsessed with Ryan - remember how flirty she was with him? lol) killed Erica because she felt that Erica kept making Ryan look bad in front of his colleagues or something. :lol: But, we could have Eden wanting to work the case and someone trying to tell them they can't or something... :lol: I can't think of who else the body could be unless it's Samantha and she was killed cause she was flirting with someone else's man. :lol:
