Danny/Flack #6 - Bottom Line: Flack Wants Danny

Welcome to the thread, Persona. You mentioned finding the board via Kimmy's journal, so I'm not surprised to see you in here.

On a side note, does anybody mind if I borrow the caps?

I don't know about anybody else, but I've ganked mine from other people over time, so gank away, I say! :lol:

Both are from Heroes, though. I'm partial to the first one--Danny certainly doesn't mind Flack being in his personal space. :lol: At one point, I used that picture so much that Rhonda hated it, though.

I love all of the pictures of them, but I have a soft spot for Flack's dorky wave and his funny sort of expression when he said "Yeah"--you know, both moments were the kind of thing that makes you quirk your eyebrow up.

I can't believe I don't have one of Flack from Murder Sings the Blues but here's Danny:

I loved that scene. Flack was so excited about knowing how the central vacuum system worked. He was so proud of his knowledge. :lol:

I love these. I have about 20 of them in sequence. I love Danny's fisted hand. It's like that's the only way he can keep his hand off of Flack. It's sweet. Not only does Flack meet Danny at the crime scene tape, he also escorts him inside and stays right with him.

:lol: No matter how many times I see this scene on screen, I'll grin and laugh. Every time. Flack's utter happiness at seeing Danny show up is really contagious. It's so adorable that Danny waved back too and was so excited to get out of the car and be with Flack outside. And really, what guy who's just colleagues with another guy would wave like that at him?! :lol: That is a wave of looooove.

I just watched that vent scene from Murder Sings the Blues yesterday! I noticed that with Flack, Danny's verbal snaps take on this ... soft, sweet quality. I don't know how else to explain it. It's like you can tell it's a snap, but you can also tell there's much affection behind it and the obvious, "I'm just joking with ya, don'tcha ya I love whatever you say to me?"

Awwww, interesting observation there! I like that, Danny's hand fisting up because that's how difficult it is for him to not touch Flack. :devil: C'mon, Danny, you've touched Flack before, nothing wrong with doing it again. :devil:

I love that sequence. Whether or not Danny's trying to restrain himself from pouncing on Flack, it certainly demonstrates the calming effect Flack has on him. Danny's fist starts off tightly clenched (tense, upset kinkapoodle?), but gradually relaxes as he talks to Flack. They also move progressively closer and closer together AND their bodies are inclined toward each as well.

Body language speaks volumes, people! :devil:

Welcome to the thread Persona, it's always great to see D/F shippers finding their way here!

Ah, Danny and Flack's new year, it will have been full of food and naughtiness I bet. :devil:

I love all the screencaps, some of them are making me a little nostalgic for the previous seasons and the lovely D/F interaction we have been blessed with. Mind you, this season has been OK too, here are a couple of my favourite screencaps from this season:

Season 1 and season 2 had more 'intense' moments where thy couldn't really take their eyes off each other (and also a very big drama for Danny, who always goes to Flack looking for confort) like Trapped, RSRD or Tangelwood.

I really miss having moments for them in each episode, but I'm glad the ones they have now are not forced, and maybe not even in the script, like the second photo in Elsie's post.

Awwww, great pics everyone! Elsie, I like those two from this season, too. I love how Danny totally tucked his shirt in only in the back so that Flack would stare at his ass as he walked away. :lol: And Flack sticking with Danny and not Mac in "The Thing About Heroes"? So cute. Flack definitely has his priorities, and the first one on the list is keeping his Danny safe. :lol:

It's cute because Flack is so suave in all other situations, but get him near Danny and he just turns into a puddle of goo.

Unless Danny's in danger. Then he's Super!Flack and come hell or high water, nobody, and I mean nobody, is gonna hurt his baby!!!

It's like Danny knows he'll be utterly safe with Flack, isn't it? He's so jumpy like he is all the time because he's always on edge, always ready for a fight thinking that the entire world is out to get him. But the instant Flack's there? His apprehension vanishes like a puf of smoke.

As a matter of fact, not only does his apprehension disappear, he seems to forget everything else around him too:

Heheh, indeed he does! It's as if his happiness at being with Danny is too much to contain and it turns him into this big hunk of floofy dorkiness. :lol:

And ya know, it looks like Flack isn't the only guy who turns into an adorable dork whenever they're with the love of their life:

Is that a dorky smile on Danny's face or what? Flack is seriously the only person around whom Danny's relaxed enough to show a face like that, and that really says something!

And second of all, I can totally hear Flack saying to Danny, "You're going to love what I do when I'm on top of you." :devil: :devil: :devil: And being Flack, he's so right. :lol: Great video--thank you for sharing it with us, and joining us!

As for Danny being a dork around Flack, oh, he so is, but then Danny is just a little dork, period. "Crimestopper" and his whole teasing Flack about his girlfriend having no teeth? :lol: Danny's adorkable.

But Flack? Flack's so Mr. Cool...except when Danny is around, and then he just turns into a bit of a doofus. :lol: It's really cute. I love that about him. Danny just makes him smile like no one else can.

And Orianna! Ah, you're on my CSI:NY LJ friends-list, aren't you? Great video! You captured all the significant Danny/Flack moments on the show so far. It was so lovely to see them all again. The splicing of some of the scenes was genius too. My favorite bit had to be when Danny was on the phone and it seemed like he was talking to Flack who's back in their apartment, already stripping and ready for his kinka-poodle. :devil: :devil: :devil:

Oh Danny is always trying his hardest not to squirm or stare back at Flack when the detective's around. But Danny always has a ready smile for Flack.

With Flack, like I said before -- his face softens when Danny's around. Not to mention his eyes hone to Danny right away.
