I would kill to see that. :devil: I'm thinking they stayed home. All alone in their own apartment and watched the ball drop on TV. I can't see either one of them caring much for the New Year's crowds in Manhattan. And yes, I agree they were rather busy when the ball dropped.

I love the art that you found on dA Distraction. I am a member of dA, but havent been there in quite sometime. I got a lot of things to post up and such. Gonna post up chapters for a fan fic about Danny/Flack up on dA as well.

I like to think the boys welcomed the new year alone at home, lying on the couch with the lihts off and the tv on, waiting for the exact moment to start the fireworks :devil:

That drawing is by a Danny/Flack fan who used to hang out here at TalkCSI a lot before she fell in love with another fandom involving a doctor and an omnisexual. She's still around on LJ but she hasn't done anything D/F-related in a loooong time. (She hasn't posted in the forum for a long time either, which is a shame.)

I think the boys made sure bottled water and food was within arms' reach of the bed the whole New Year's day. :devil: :devil: :devil: :lol: Eat, eat, love, love, eat, eat, love, love, then bathroom, shower, love love. :lol: Poor Danny, probably couldn't even waddle his way back to work after that.

I was going through some of the threads looking for pics and I think I've come up with a few of my fav DF ones:

1. The one from "Murder Sings the Blues" where they're crouching by the air vent. I love the one that shows Flack beaming at Danny and the one where Danny is looking up at him coyly.

2. The one from "Heroes" (I think--it totally could be another ep) where Flack is leaning over Danny's shoulder.

3. The one where Danny is showing Flack the fingerprint in "Love Run Cold"

4. The two clinking glasses in "Comes Around."

5. Flack's mesmerized stare in "BST"

Oh geeze, that Stanley Cup picture. In my head, Carmine's looking at it going, "Oooo, shiny." On the other hand, Eddie's totally going, "Mine's bigger."
