When he stopped her she finally heard something she really needed to hear. He didn't want her to quit. She sighed looking in his eyes. "I can't help but care about what you say. Your an amazing CSI and your someone I want to be like. So when you said I couldn't do it, I....Well, I was disappointed you thought that. I know I can do it, but your kinda of discouraging." She let out a small laugh. He laughed a bit too. He said he wouldn't be anymore, and she was glad. She couldn't help but make up with him. "Can I still take your offer on the ride home?"
 
Hearing her say he was an amazing csi made him blush. He didn't mean to discourage her; his intentions were to push her into being a good csi, not to quit. When she cracks a smile it makes him feel good, the best he's felt all day. He bobs his head around," sure you can still have a ride back, let's go." Just as they get back to the car his phone beeps with a message," oh wonderful, I forgot about Delko and me going over the evidence for court tomorrow. He doesn't sound happy either. I guess that bump I got this morning was on purpose."
 
Delko was pacing the halls frustrated, if Wolfe didn't get here soon he would have to go to court unprepared. He really hoped he would bump into Calleigh. Even though he has still very upset he thought he owed her an apology.

Valera rushed up to him, "Eric! I've got the-"

"Can't you see I'm busy here?" he fumed. Sure, it was unneccesary, but all logic escaped him at the moment.

"It's the Collins case results, I just thought you'd want-"

He cut her off again, "Well you thought wrong." Valera looked visibly hurt as she walked back to her lab.

Horatio was watching him closely through the window in his office. He didn't think he'd ever seen Eric so riled up. He would have to have a word with Calleigh and ask her to talk to him later.

[oh my i think it's time for a little chat with alexx]
Alexx walked into the morgue. "murder must be on a holiday" she muttered to herself. The dayshift coroner had taken the double homocide over on west side. She started for her office when she heard a small cough... only one person would do that...

Ryan gets back to the lab and splits up from Boa, sending her off to the lab with the results they collected. He needed to find Eric soon, before he made him anymore pissed off. As he was heading down the hall he runs into Cooper who tells him Eric is in the morgue. He changes his directions for the morgue. He walks in and clears his throat," hey Alexx is Delko down here?"
 
"no baby I haven't seen him all day! But I'm glad you're down here" Ryan knew exactly what she was going to say, "honey you look even worse than when i left you!" She felt his forehead and cheeks, "no feva, i'm no psyciatrist but i know when something's wrong, especially with you" "Alexx I already told you i'm fine!" now he was starting to get flustered. "Ryan If you don't tell me what's wrong you're going to be the next one on this table" she gestured toward the autopsy table next to her. "It's nice and quiet no one will interrupt us and I won't interrupt you. So start from the beginning" Ryan sat down on one of the unusually comfortable chairs in Alexx's office and began to talk...
 
He sits down but has no idea where to even begin, how to tell her what’s bothering him. He knew she knew his feelings, but actually telling someone else, actually saying the words was so hard. He puts his head down fiddling with his fingers,” you know me so well don’t you?” She shakes her head yes. He rubs his eyes for a few minutes stalling for some time,” Alexx tell me how to change my feelings I have. I don’t want to have the feelings I’m having. I have always been so careful keeping my distance from people, so why did I loose control with her? I know that even if she felt the same way about me it would never work.” He gives her a silly grin,” is there any medical procedure you could do to make my feelings go away?”
 
Delko came wandering into the ME's office. He figured that he could at least go over the autopst resulta with Alexx. That way we would have something fresh in his mind whilst on the stand. He entered her room. "Hey Alexx, you know that Mullins case that's on trial today I thought we could-"
He stopped abruptly when he saw Ryan.

"There you are! Were you ever planning on showing up to go over this case or not?!" He yelled furiously, clearly about to snap.
 
Ryan's eyes get huge with the tone of Delko's voice at him. " what the hell is your problem Delko? To answer your question I was lookiing for you, Cooper told me you were down here. Also for your information I've been busy with a case today and training Boa, not that it's really any of your business or I should have to answer to you."
 
Delko bellowed in reply "That's bullshit Wolfe. Because you were too busy thinking with the contents of your pants rather than our case we lost valueable time. This guy might walk and all because you wanted to tap Boa Vista? And for you're information, I am your senior and I've been here a hell of a lot longer than you. Don't you ever talk down to me again or I swear it will be the last thing you say!" It was taking ever ounce of self control he had not to smack Ryan down right where we stood.
 
Ryan stands up quickly pushing the chair back hard almost tipping it over," excuse me. For one I don't want to tap Boa Vista and you of all people should be talking about tapping her, since you already did. As far as us loosing time on this case I was here all day yesterday ready to go over this with you but where were you? You wasn't on a case, but none of us could find you. Lastly as far as you being my senior, no way are you going to try to pull rank over me. This is a job and I do my job here, no one can complain about it. You're the one that needs to take a step back and look at your job performance as of lately. OH and next time you bump into me, will be the last time for that."
 
Delko had just about had enough. This would end now. One more comment and that little shit was going to get what was coming to him. "You do your job? Don't make me laugh. How could you possibly see anything at a crime scene when you're staring at Calleigh the entire time. Get over it, you've got no chance, not with a classy lady like her. You try anything with her and i'll break your neck!"
 
Ryan was seeing red now, his body temperature was boiling. He had gone too far bringing Calleigh up. " oh I can't believe you just said that. I'm not like that with Calleigh, she's my friend and I care for her like a friend, that's it. But if I wanted her I could have her and there's nothing you can do about it, your threats don't mean nothing to me. If you think you would have a chance with her your wrong, Mr. I bang anything that can walk. She knows how you are and you would have a better chance of hooking up with Boa again."
 
"Don't you ever talk about Calleigh in that way again! You could never have her and you never will, I'll make sure of that. She isn't just some random whore that you can-" Delko lost his trail of thought as the rage finally consumed him. How dare he ever say anything about Calleigh like that. Sure, he may have played around in the past, but he was over that and he damn sure wouldn't of done it to any girl as special as Calleigh. His Calleigh. Delko finally lost it and unleashed a fierce punch which landed straight on Ryan's jaw. He went down like a done of bricks. Delko wasn't finished. He jumped on top of Ryan and began to punch him relentlessly. The two began to brawl around the ME's Office, destroying everything in their path.
