*hugs* thanks. We actually have all the major characters, but they're not here now. Do we have any open positions? Some could take Frank over from me. And maybe have someone address Calleigh.
 
[ok Alexx is in the hizzOUSE!!]

After the fight Alexx slowly walked towards the body. "Where did my team go?" she said under her breath. Since Calleigh got the new beau it seemed as if she and Horatio were the only ones who could keep their heads on straight! She stops and knelt next to the body. Rigor was just beginning to set in which meant that he had only been dead for a few hours. Algor mortis supported Alexx's estimated time of death making it about three hours ago. She inspects his hands and finds nothing. "That's odd" she thought. There wasn't a single defensive wound on his hands. She placed plastic evidence bags on his hands and tied them tight. "He must've known they guy!" She thought to herself. She then examined the hole that was strategically placed inbetween the dead cop's eyes. "Execution style" she muttered to herself. She carefully placed her hands underneath the body and rolled him on his side looking for an exit wound. Good, there wasn't one which meant the bullet was still in. She had pretty much done all she could do for now so she handed the body off to her assistant and went to go find Calleigh.

[i know guys this is SOOOOO forensically incorrect and it's killing me like you wouldn't BELIEVE but i had to fictionalize it a little bit so Alexx could go find Calleigh :(}
 
[Homework all day today. :( So sorry guys!! You're doin a great job!!]

Calleigh walked into the lab, flustered and seriously disturbed. Something turned her world upside down, and as much as Natalia disliked Calleigh, she was curious.

"Hey Cal..." She greated her almost as though she was asking a question. "I thought you were on a case? If you need any help, I could join you. Your working with Ryan right?" Did she just call her Cal? And why was she working with Ryan when she wasn't even on their case? Natalia was supposed to be working with Ryan, but he wouldn't tell her anything. Yet, Calleigh just jumped right in. That made Natalia even more curious.

Calleigh didn't even stop and look at Natalia. She just stormed right past as though she said nothing. "Ok..." Natalia mumbled under her breathe. "I have to look over the case anyway." She sighed as no one could hear and went to get the file.

Frank took one look at ryan and sighed 'Ryan, Calleigh cares about you alot. Probably more than she is willing to admit, you have to give her some leway, she has just found out her current boyfriend could be a dirty cop who has killed her best friends friend. How would you feel??
i know her, and i know she is hurting. 5 years Ryan and i havn't seen her cry.And she has seen alot in that time. Just remember that' His angry tone returned once again as he glared at Ryan.'Calleigh has been through so much, how dare you hurt her.' Frank walked away to check the scene out leaving Ryan with his thoughts.

Ryan was stunned at the scalding he got from Tripp. Part of him wanted to go after him and explain his actions, but then the other part knew just to leave it alone. He walks back over to his friend’s body watching Alexx looking over the body.
He bends down next to her,” so to me from the position of the shot and the closeness, I’d say it’s possible he knew his killer. What do you think Alexx?”

As the words flowed out of his mouth he wanted to shove them back in. He knew asking her thoughts was going to give her a chance to tell him exactly what she thought, about his friend’s death and Calleigh. He waited silently for her answer trying to examine the body better.
 
Alexx looked down at the body examining the wound tract for a few good seconds then she spoke, "yes, i'd say he knew his killer. He wasn't expecting it. Neither was she." Ryan looked at her stunned. She agreed with him? "Baby, i know you're just looking out for her and i know you don't want anything to happen to her but chewing her out and calling her boyfriend a bad cop may not have been the best way. Not to mention the fact that YOU should not have told her. You are in NO place to be talking bad about her boyfriend. If you suspected soemthing you should have gone to Horatio. She might have listened to him." Alexx carefully slid the glass rod into the wound as she waited for a response.

Ryan listened carefully to Alexx. She was one of his closest friends and he respected her. He knew what she was saying was right. That he went about this all wrong, but he truly didn't think Calleigh would react the way she did.
When she was done Ryan looks over at her," I know your right Alexx about me telling her. I was just scared for her and wanted to protect her. But she snapped on me and said terrible things to me that you don't even know. I'm just going to avoid her for now and I'm going to H with this."
He looks down at his dead friend with sadness in his heart." Can I observe the autopsy or will Calleigh be there?"
 
{Uh, hello? Can anyone except Alexx come talk to Calleigh? She's crying her eyes out atm, and no one seems to care. Damn don't I feel loved.}
 
"Well since it's Calleigh's case she's going to be present. Ryan..." she said putting a gloved hand on his arm, "i think it would be better if you stayed off this case. You were close to the victim and anything you do might not be admissable in court." Ryan just nodded and turned back to find H. Alexx motioned for the assistant coroners to come and take the body. After she supervized the removal of the corpse she went to go find Calleigh.

{Well Kate since you're talking to Ryan at the scene I wanted someone else to come talk to Calleigh, but it seems as everyone has disappeared again. I'll contact my Valera.}
 
Ryan pulls his car into his parking place in front of the lab. He reaches in his pocket pulling out his wallet then searches for Marc’s parent’s phone number. He wanted to be the one call them to tell them what happen to him. He hated doing it and feared it, but he knew it would be better coming from him then some cold sounding stranger. As he searches for the number he finds 2 tickets to a concert for the coming Friday. He bought the tickets months ago. He got 2 because he was planning on Calleigh going with him, after all it was their favorite 70’s band Aerosmith. But now he knew there was no way that was happening. So now he’s left with 2 tickets and no one else to go with him. He makes his dreaded phone call then sits in his car crying for his friend for a few minutes.

He wipes his eyes,” come on pull your self together, don’t loose it now. You need to keep it together for Marc and find his killer.”

He’s walking down the hall searching for Horatio but instead sees Calleigh going into the lab. As she turned he could see she was still upset. He felt terrible seeing she was still upset over him. He freezes in his spot trying to figure out where he was going next.

“Let’s see if Boa or Valera has any test done for DNA from the scene yet.” He says to himself out loud, looking around to make sure no one heard him talking to himself. He heads for the DNA lab.
