"Thanks Eric...I know I...I gotta go." She stood up and walked out, wiping her face. When she walked through the hall her ears caught a conversation between Ryan and...Natalia.

"Listen I’m really sorry and well I’ve got these tickets to go see Aerosmith this Friday. Would you like to go with me?”

What? He was asking her out...to Aerosmith? No way...that was their favorite band! They'd talked about going to the concert together, and she was hoping he'd ask her to come with him, since she knew he had tickets. But now he was asking Natalia?

"This is my way of showing you I appreciate you and I’m sorry. So how about it, do you want to go with me? We'll have a blast, trust me.”

That was the same thing he told her...that they would have a blast...how dare he asking...her.

"I love Aerosmith! Of course, i'd love to go with you. We never did get our second date." "Oh yeah this would be kind of our second date."

Second date...yeah like Mexican wrestling could be considered a date. But still...they'd never had a first date at all.

"So the concert starts at 8 and I was thinking we could grab something to eat before it. How about after work I pick you up at 6? There's a little cafe across from the arena we could eat at. Is that ok?" "Yeah, that'd be great. Im so excited!! But um, we really need to work on the case. It's great we have a suspect, but now don't we have to interogate him? Or atleast look over our notes again, maybe find something that could link Josh to the murder, other then his hair?" "Yeah we need more evidence just in case he's able to squirm out of this, which I don't see it happening but he is a cop and he's smart. He knows how the system works. I'm going to go find H and see how he wants up to handle this from here on out. Right now its part our case and partly Calleigh’s, which I really don't think she should be involved in it anymore. How about you look through the new evidence and I'll go find H?"

Hair...Josh's hair was found on the dead body. She felt her stomach flip. But...which I think really shouldn't be involved...then why would he be involved? He knew the dead person, he was the last to see him alive...HE was the one who shouldn't be on the case. She couldn't take her father's case, then why could Ryan take his best friend's?

Then he walked out of the room Boa was in and walked straight up to her. He stopped dead seeing her, and she realized that her eyes must be red and wet. She swallowed and said nothing.


Whoa, a bit long, but it's mostly flashbacks. Here ya go Sue, work your magic.
 
Instead of finding H he ran right smack into the one person he was trying to avoid, Calleigh. Her eyes were still red and wet from the tears she had been spilling out because of him. He felt so bad seeing her in this shape. He wanted to grab her with a hug and tell her he was sorry and everything was going to be ok, but he knew it was way too late for that.
"Hey Cal, I um...have you seen H anywhere? I need to talk to him." He says as his voice cracks from his nerves.

Great job DaftWeeHun and welcome to the carwash rp. Being Stetler should be fun. Take it easy on Ryan, he's had a bad life lately.
Do I see Nikki about to tear Ryan up?
 
{no you don't, 'cause I'm not a violent person. I'm just gonna say something that will really hurt his feelings.}

"Hey Ryan. No, I didn't see Horatio, but if I find him, I'll be sure to tell him you're looking for him." He looked at her in a strange way, he obviously wasn't expecting her to be so calm. Seeing his expression she crosses her arms.

"Yeah, I know I could stand here and unabashedly bawl your eyes out, but that's not gonna help a thing." She sighs. "Look, believe it or not, I'm sorry. And believe it or not, I don't wanna yell at you anymore. Do whatever you like, go get Josh, interrogate him, lock him up. Just remember that any evidence you'll collect won't be allowed in court, because you were the victims best friend and shouldn't be on the case since you're a suspect yourself. But don't let that stop you." She turned and started to walk away, but turned back again.

"Oh, I forgot. Have fun at that concert with Natalia. I'm sure you'll have a blast." She started to walk away again.

Ryan stood speechless for a second. He wasn't expecting her to say the things she did. Really he wasn't sure how she was going to react but he was still shocked. He thinks about everything she said to him and he felt really bad when she added the fact she knew he was taking Natalia to the concert.” How the hell did she know that already? I just asked her." He thinks to himself, and then it hits him," I'm a suspect?"

He starts walking behind her catching up to her quickly," wait a minute Calleigh. What are you talking about I'm a suspect? I'm not a suspect. How do you figure I'm a suspect? Marc was a very good friend of mine from back home, I’ve known him most of my life. I'd never hurt him and besides he was the one that told me about Josh. I'm not a suspect, but if H feels I shouldn’t be on this case then I won't be. I'm leaving it up to him. Now you shouldn’t be on the case because you are dating the suspect, that’s a little different." He crosses his arms happy that he got that off his chest.
 
"Ryan...think about it. You're the victims best friend. You were the last person to call him, you are discussing bad cops with him...You're a suspect. And even if you didn't do it, which I know you didn't, you can't work the case, because of the simple fact you know the victim. If you know the victim, you can't work the case. Emotional involvement?" She rolls her eyes. "And then something else: if I can't be on the case because I'm dating Josh, that's hypocrite. Who says I didn't kill Marc because he accused Josh?" Then she realizes what she's saying. "We're both suspects in this case. We both have a motive. We both can't be on this case."
 
He understood her and agreed with her, but that wasn't going to stop him from still searching for evidence to tie him to his friend’s murder. He has a responsibility to Marc, after all he felt it was his fault he was dead. On top of everything this was his case in the first place. This is all tying into the case him and Boa have been working so hard on. He didn’t want to just hand it over to someone else. But if H thinks its best he knows he has to.

“Ok Calleigh I agree, maybe neither one of us should be on this case. But I want to make sure whoever takes it over will get to the truth, and that’s…well I know what it is.” He swallows hard,” I’m really sorry about everything, I never meant to hurt you. The only reason I went after Josh was because I was told he was a bad cop, no other reason. I was only doing my job."
He looks down at his watch," I have to go...I’ll see you later.”

He walks away from her with mixed emotions. Part of him felt like everything was going to be ok with them, but then parts of him felt like they were never going to be as close as they were. He only hoped at this point that she still didn’t hate him because that hurt the most. That thought was killing him inside.
 
"Ryan..." She calls after him. She really thinks this is her only chance to make up with him. "Ryan, please..." She then notices Natalia standing not too far away, watching her. At first she ignores her. "Ryan wait up, don't walk away from me."

Then she sees the look in Boa's eyes. A look that says: "hehe-you-wanted-him-but-I-got-him-in-the-end" She turns to her.

"WHAT are you looking at?!" She snaps.
 
This was too great. Everything was falling apart between Calleigh and Ryan. Ryan wants to lock up Calleigh's boyfriend, and Calleigh called Ryan a suspect. Then she got to watch Ryan totally, just flat out walk away from Calleigh. Oh, and Natalia still gets to go out with Ryan.

"What am I looking at? I'm looking at my date walking away from you, the girl who's boyfriend is going to jail." Was she too harsh? Nah. Calleigh widen her eyes in shock. "Yup, thats right. I said it. Now why don't you go make-out with your criminal boyfriend or something." She was acting like a kid, but she totally loved it. The look on Calleigh's face was priceless. Natalia was about to walk away but decided to throw one more thing in. "And by the way, Ryan and I will have a blast at the concert, thanks." She smirked.

(hi there im coming in as Josh so watch out... hihi its just a little beginning let me know when he is ready for more..)


He is walking into his department with his partner after a boring day with not much to do, just a few little fights to stop. He really has to call Calleigh. He wants to know how she is doing. It’s been so long since they have talked. He was really missing her.
So he tells his partner that he coming inside after he calls his girlfriend.
But he is not calling her at first, he has to know if some saw him shoot Marc and know what he is doing so he is calling a "friend" who he is doing business with.
The both talk for a while and he is just saying that he has the feeling that they are after them because he made a mistake.” I left something at the crime scene that puts me there and I need to drop the gun.” He tells his friend. He has to change his gun because it’s still in the car but it’s not his duty gun thank God. After he hangs up from his friend he thinks to himself, “I hope Calleigh isn’t angry with me.”
With hopes he calls her to asks her how she is, but he gets her voice mail and leave a message saying he misses her and needs to talk to her soon.
 
Eric felt really bad for Calleigh but, on the other hand he knew he had to talk to Ryan about that case, he had to put his feelings aside and find the truth. He had talked to Horatio, and he had asked him to take part in the case 'cause Ryan and Calleigh couldn't do it. Now it was up to him.

He finally found Ryan, and told him about H decision. At the beginning, he didn't like a lot, but then he calmed down and agreed about giving him all the information.

{Well, Ryan could explain Delko the whole situation, that we already know or do another thing :D}

"Excuse me? Did you just say what I think you said? Because, in case you didn't notice, I have two levels seniority over you, and saying things like this to me, could get you fired. I can step to Horatio right now, and get you fired. So I'd watch my big mouth if I were you, Miss Boa Vista."

Calleigh crossed her arms and gave Natalia a satisfied look. Natalia's eyes widened. She didn't believe her. Great.

"Then again, since I have seniority over you, you can't make me anything. So, just in case you'd like to know: Even if I would go and make out with my 'so-called' criminal boyfriend, it would be none of your business. And at least I sleep with people I actually am dating. I'm not a slut. You might not know that the whole lab calls you the 'lab whore' behind your back. Shocked? You shouldn't be. After Eric came Ryan, and I'm pretty sure you did it with Cooper as well. And now comes Ryan again? Two times the same guy? I'm not used to that Boa Vista. I thought you only moved on."

(Enter Stetler)

"Ladies please, Dont make this any difficult that it already is, Ms Duquesne, i have to speak to you and i think you know what about so can we go some where private to talk. And before you can say anything, you really to dont have a choice in this am afraid"
 
{enter Stetler? God that was briljant! I didn't even think of that. Great Claire!}

"I...alright. We can go to an office. But I'm not done with you Boa Vista." She says, pointing at her. "I'll get back at you later." She turns and follows Stetler into an office. "Okay, speak up."
 
Ryan was stopped by Delko. His first thought was " oh no! Now I'm going to get it from him too."
But to his shock Delko acted cool to him. He wasn't happy with what he was telling him but he wasn't surprised by it. He knew H was going to take him off the case. After all it was his friend that was murdered and H knew how good of friends they were. At first Ryan was pissed having Delko telling him he was taking over his case, but then he knew Delko was a great csi and would find truth and bring down who ever killed his friend. So he agreed to hand over all the evidence he and Boa had collected from the previous drug case that was connected to this new case. After talking to Delko, he started back to the lab to get the files when he heard loud female voices exchanging not very friendly words to each other. As he came around the corner his worse fears came true, it was Calleigh and Boa arguing. He only caught the tail end just before Stetler broke it up and lead Calleigh away. He couldn't make out all the words but he knew he heard the words," slut, Cooper, his own name and something about two times with the same guy. Also Calleigh said she would be back to finish up with Boa." He knew that wasn't good and had a bad feeling it was related to him. He stops dead in his tracks afraid to go any further. He was so tired of being yelled at and hurt. But then Boa turned seeing him standing there and they made eye contact. He could see her eyes were filled with tears, “Just wonderful, another crying woman today. Why me?” He asks himself.

This is awesome. Great job everyone.
 
Walking into Calleigh's office Stelter shutting the door behind himself, placing a sheet of paper infront of Calleigh indecating where she had to sign with a pen.

" Sign this, and well get started"

"Good, Am afraid your involvement in this case has gone to far, your relationship with are lead suspect is kind of dangerous i mean after all Horatio cant get you out of that one now can he, remember your under oath "
