I still wish they'd add Jake and Valera to the full time cast. The new ME can just be recurring for a while, so they'll need someone to fill in Alexx's spot in the credits. Why not give it to Jake and/or Valera?

Someone posted a link to tvguide.com article about the ep (in spoiler thread). It states that Jake and Ryan are in on the staging of H's death which is what I thought all along. So, they are both helping H. Good news! I hope we get some scenes of Jake and Ryan together. I think they'd play off each other pretty well and I don't recall them ever having scenes together before, but I could be wrong. Anyway, the writer of that article says "Jake is back in this ep, possibly to end his storyline with Calleigh". That's just their opinion. They are probably an E/C shipper. :lol: j/k Seriously though, I don't think they're going to end that storyline because if they do, that means they most likely can't bring Jake back and that would be a shame. I want him in the opening credits... full time cast member. Him and Valera. :lol: I mean, come on... LV has Billy, Marg, George, Eric, Wallace Langham, David Berman, Lauren Lee Smith and Paul Guilfoyle (and possibly Marc Vann/Ecklie). That's 8 possibly 9 people! Miami's only got right now David, Emily, Jonathan, Adam, Eva and Rex. Why can't they have two or two more new people (three with the new ME)? :lol: Valera is kind of the Greg of this show in a way... only she doesn't crack as many jokes. :lol: Just one every now and then. Anyway, I digress... I'm just really glad Jake and Ryan aren't going to be made the bad guys.

So I read these spoilers too and I'm so happy that both Jake and Ryan helped H with his staging. Plus I think it would be really cute to see Jake and Ryan working together 'casue they never had any kind of interaction.
As for the other part of the spoiler it actually said "Jake (Johnny Whitworth) returns in this episode, possibly to complete his storyline with Calleigh (Emily Procter)" and it doesn't mean they're gonna end their relationship, it kinda says they're gonna solve things....in a good way or a bad way, it depends from TPTB but it's not that negative.
The other spoilers, the ones from 7X02...well it would be better if I didn't say anything about the third car accident of Cal:lol:
. YAY!!! Ok, I knew deep down it was impossible for Jake to be a murderer, but still, Im thrilled to see the confirmation!!!
I agree with you FLO, that "line" about CAKE isn't necessarily a bad thing. If anything I could see happening what we discussed in the social group about her trusting him.
Besides, TPTB don't ever completely end things a lot of times, so even if he walks away & they give impression that it's "forever"....that doesn't mean it will be forever!

Third car accident? When was the second? I only remember the one in "Going Under". Thanks for putting a positive spin on the comment about Jake returning to complete his storyline with Calleigh. That makes me feel better. :lol: And I would love love love to see Jake and Ryan in scenes together. Perhaps Jake is the one who texted Ryan the "its done" message.

Well I don't know how you consider it, but what happened in "Stand Your Ground" was a shooting with car accident...with a dead person...so yeah I consider it as car accident.
Let's say she should pay for the Hummer dealers :guffaw::guffaw:. We have a sunk hummer("Going Under"), one with bullet holes ("All In") and now???? one tipped over???:guffaw::guffaw:I'd pay to see it:guffaw:

:lol: Calleigh's so unlucky that her name should be Mallory (cause it means unlucky or unfortunate)... it would fit her better. Calleigh means "beautiful" or something I think which is true too. Maybe Mallory is her middle name. I love the name, but would never name my kid that cause of the meaning. :lol: You're just asking for trouble. heehee.

I was thinking too that maybe Jake was the one who sent the text to Ryan. It may have went from Horatio to Jake, then from Jake to Ryan. Very cool.
I like it because this shows that Horatio has some trust in him (& Ryan, for that matter) to be involved in this matter. Not that he wouldn't or doesn't trust the others of his team, but obviously he needed Jake for this job!!!
I just don't think H would have opted to bring in Jake if he didn't have faith in the guy! Im anxious to see the Jake/Ryan interaction.

Well, in Emily's case, I guess she's had good luck. Plus, her first name means "rival"... so I guess her first name could be the rival (or opposite) of "unlucky". :lol:
