Nick looked at Greg with confusion written across his face so he asked, "Are you trying to tell us something? Is someone pregnant?"

Greg looked horrified and replied...
 
'Wow, it's warm in here. Nick can we open the window or turn the AC on'.

And for some unknown reason everyone is looking at Greg like he has two heads.

'Come on Greggo spit out the truth here now,' Catherine says.
 
"Erm... Well... I... Eh... I kinda overheard Sara and Griss talking the other day... Sara told Griss she was pregnant, and he didn't sound happy..." Greg blurted out, looking a little scared.
 
Greg stands there biting his fingernails, looking very nervous. "I think Doc Robbins will need to do a pregnancy test on Sara."

Everyone just stares at him.

"You heard big news like this and didn't tell any of us..?"

"Well Rick, I was going to tell you guys what I'd heard, but Griss found out I'd overheard and threatened me... I'm sorry..." Greg replied looking rather sheepish.
 
Warrick continues 'I think we need to get Doc to do DNA as well. If Sara was pregnant and Griss wasn't the father, then we certainly have motive for Sara's murder'.

"Good idea," agreed Nick. "But even if he was the father, he still might not have been happy about it. Either way, we'll need more evidence."
 
"Yeah, it's beginning to look like there was some kinda trouble in paradise between Griss and Sara... That could be motive I suspose..." Suggested Warrick.

"Guys, we need to call Brass. And Ecklie too, I'm sorry to say. This case is getting too close for comfort," said Nick.

"No!" Greg shouted, then added, "I mean, uh, what if we're wrong? I don't think we should tell those guys until we're sure. I'm gonna head back to the lab and take a look at that trace again."

"Oh no you don't!" Warrick said as he grabbed him by the arm.
 
Greg suddenly got the feeling that he needed to check his email. "I've got an email from Sara here and its dated a while ago cause it's been a while since I've checked my email..."

"Well, what does it say?" Nick asked.

"She wanted me to know (in case something happened to her) that her ex attacked and threatened her." A lightbulb went off in Greg's head. "Maybe he is the father of her baby and he killed her and is framing Grissom cause he's jealous or something."
 
"You mean Hank?" Nick asked and groaned, "Oh God, that girl never, ever learned. I told her and told her to ditch the dude! But did she listen to me? Of course not!"

Greg turned to the room at large and asked, "Why don't we bring Hank in and question him?"
