Jorja - Just check your bags to be on the safe side. It's only the carry-on items they crack down on. And you're too young to need Creme de la Mer.

Nope. I'm a firm believer in that the earlier you start to take care of your skin the better your skin condition will be once you become 30+. I'll be 21 in June & I feel that if I start now I'll have my youthful glow for a while. I don't want to have to resort to botox to get ride of my wrinkles etc when I'm in my forties :lol:.

Oh crap, where I am I gonna hide all my porn :eek:. allstar, you better have some extra storage in your suitcase 'cause otherwise I'm screwed in more ways then one :devil:.

I agree. I'm 36 and don't think I look it, despite the fact that I've been fake tanning consistently since I was in high school. It's all about taking care of yourself while you're young.

My skin is slightly darker then fair so I have to be really careful ie applying lots of sunscreen & not staying in the sun too long. People go to me, "OMG girl you're soooo pale. Get some tan!" But then I just go them, "Yeah, you may laugh now but we'll see who'll be the one with all the wrinkles in a few years time." It may sound horrible but constant sun exposure 'causes wrinkles & many other things, including skin cancer. I avoid tanning salons too, unless it's a spray on tan. I don't have to be the colour of a caramel bar to look good & a lot of celebs are showing that fair skin is in anyway ;). Look at Eva Green. But anyway, I'm getting way too off topic :lol:.

Oh man, what are the guys at the airport gonna think when they see that my carry on is loaded with XXX films. I'll toy with them & tell them I'm heading to a porn convention :devil:.

I would so be at the airport with you if you didn't check your porn and airport security went through it. I would be laughing my ass off at you and then checking out your stash for future reference. ;)

and way OT, not too young to take care of your skin! I am 31 and I moisturize twice a day, stay out of the sun (what sun?) and don't smoke or use drugs. It has made my skin look good and I hope that I don't look my age! :)

I like to tan. I have a tanning bed but I don't use it year round. Why tan in winter when nobody can see you anyway? I usually start out the first part of April then wrap it up around July but after the first couple weeks, I only tan two or three times a week.

I remember earlier somebody talking about the 110 degree temperatures. Is it humid or dry in LA? Dry heat doesn't bother me but humid heat (which we have where I live) makes me want to melt.

I would sleep with you, but Top tends to get a little jealous and then bad things start happening. I don't wanna diss or anything, but that bitch is crazy.

It's dry in LA, I found. Then again, I'm in Puerto Rico. We're basically mold down here. Everything else in comparison to me is dryer than a nun's nethers.

Its usually pretty dry in LA. I've only experience a few humid days out in LA in the past year in a half I've been there, our summers are notorious for being hot and dry - hence the reason the beach is so AMAZING!!


As for tanning, I got lucky with the whole 'spend a few hours in the sun, burn, and then never burn again for the rest of the year' so when the good surf rolls in around March/April I'll burn pretty darn bad, but then hang on to an awesome tan for the next 6 or 7 months... yay me!

Jorja , can I borrow some of your porn?? lol

It is pretty dry down here. I basically can't leave the house without water, or else I dry up on the drive/walk/whatever. I drink a lot of water here--it's nuts! Bottled water is a religion out here--prepare to worship at the altar.

I love water, I drink enough water to put myself into my own fishtank... lol.

And FYI: Top has enough water in her room to supply every homeless person in Los Angeles for the next few years... ;)
