Hey, I was just watcing No Mercy 2005 this morning and the Batista/Eddie match was phenominal! Damn it! That excerpt from the Eddie tribute got me sad a little bit.

Speaking of No Mercy, I'e got results:

Unfortunately, Booker retained the World Title. Damn it, when is he ever gonna lose that frickin' title already? Besides, it's not like he's a fan favorite.

Yey! Rey-Rey won! With that, the crap load storyline is finished. Yeah, but word has it that Rey is to undergo knee surgery.

Chris Benoit made his much-awaited return and went one on one with William Regal.

Crap. Booker's still champ? (Booo!!!)

Yey! Rey-Rey won! With that, the crap load storyline is finished. Yeah, but word has it that Rey is to undergo knee surgery.

For real? So, is that why they removed his name in the list of superstars expected to appear here in the SD show in the Philippines?

Yey! Benoit's back!

Tru-lala, 'tol. (Imagine Kurt Angle saying this one): Oh, it's true.

Alrigt, since we're featuring Batista, here's the lyrics to his entrance theme:

WWE Theme Music Lyrics - Batista Unleashed by Saliva

Yeah
I walk alone
I walk for miles inside this pit of danger
A place where no one follows me
I walk alone
Huh
Yeah

I'm sick of all these people talkin' out their heads
I've never understood a damn thing that they said
From words to actions
Never knowing what they're about
I guess I'll have to chew them off and spit them out

And I'll say yeah

I walked for miles inside this pit of danger
I've swallowed down a thousand years of anger
The weight of the world fall below my shoulders
A place where no one follows me
I walk alone

I walk alone
Yeah

I walked for miles inside this pit of danger
I've swallowed down a thousand years of anger
The weight of the world fall below my shoulders
A place where no one follows me
I walk alone

I walk alone

^ totally love that track from Wreckless Intent. First track, right? It was one of my favorites!

I've got more Batista pics!

This one is from his recent tour of Manila:

I can only wish that I was there. Unfortunately, ever since the stampede incident last February that happened in Manila, my 'rents forbid me to go to very crowded places.

The proud Pinoy that he is, he has a tat of the Phil. flag. I think he only had that put in recently, and as a fellow Filipino like him, I am damn proud of him.

I don't mean to make anyone sad... But that is quite comedic and memorable for me. We all miss Eddie, right?

I'm so sick of John Cena, will they strip him of the belt already

Ooh, better watch what you're saying man, some of us here actually like John Cena. But, hey, I'll let you off the hook.

Whoa! Kane lost to Umaga last Monday, right? Well, I think he's making a move to SD...

30-1.jpg

And Benoit regained the US title by making Kennedy tap to the Crossface. HOO-RA!

3479340.jpg

And y'all watch out for an "I Quit" match between Mysterio and Chavo. Biased for me to say, Mysterio will win.
I gotta, say, with the types of matches that come out of this Rey/Chavo storyline, I seem to ignore the craptacular cause of it. You've got two guys who people sympathized because of the Eddie loss. And now, they are at each other's throats and bookers are putting them in types of matches that only big names like Triple H or John Cena (I'm picking random names) and underdogs like Rey and Chavo are names being booked to these things.

Kane? On SmackDown? Whoa! I have got to see that for myself? And An I Quit Match? Wicked!

Sorry, for the shockness, it's just a state. Anyway, I was just rushing that's why.

Yey, Chris Benoit will come to the Philippines as the US Champ. Ye, boy!

BTW, Batista is once again the No. 1 Contender for the title. (Since we are featuring him).

The WWE Raw Family Reunion was awesome. It was nice seeing all three brands together on Raw. Seems like Raw's the place where almost all of them debuted.

And yes, Kane lost to Umaga. If he's moving to SD, I'm going to get into a fit.

Other than that, tanglewood14, you're gonna love this Raw because Rey and Batista were there too. Man, it was a nostalgic moment for me seeing Batista and Beniot on Raw. I miss them on it. Chavo was there too with Vickie and all I gotta say is, can't Vickie wear suitable clothes? I mean, no offense to your wife, Eddie, but, well... I think I should stop there. Oh, and Ashley was there too and some other SD divas.

I know I enjoyed it because I got to see RVD on Raw. He lost to King Booker though. Eugh. I hate King Booker and Queen Sharmell (sp?); esp after they made Cena kiss his feet. I mean, I'm not a fan of Cena, but if you offend the Raw champ, well, it ticks me off. And what's up with the British accent?! I loved it when Cena imitated the way Booker talked.

I loved the way it ended though. The Raw champ prevailed; just the way it should.

Is anybody else sick of the Vicky Guerrero storyline?? The business killed her husband and they use it to boost a storyline. She should be ashamed to still be apart of this garbage.

Kane already is on SD. Aight for me, honestly. I'm about to head to the wwe site to check it out.

 With Vickie (this is a bad ass "joke"), she's probably got no job so she's out there acting as Chavo's "Business Manager". What a joke.

See? I'm not the only one who's got a problem with Booker.. I'm really waiting for the day he loses the World Title.

Our bad-ass favorites, DX!

^ Goodbye Raw, Hello SmackDown!

And look who have an alliance. Orton's having revenge for the Evolution Betrayal 2 years ago and Edge for DX screwing him in the Steel Cage match.

See that? We all think the whole think is BS. Exit_8A said the same thing. And we all agree.

*squee* Orton looks so cut being all confused.

I loved the whole DX-Public-Apology thang. It had me LMAO. Even my mom thought I was nuts. :D

Speaking of Ashley's appearance:

18-1.jpg

 Yey for Torrie. Beat the ho (I still remember what she did to Batista late last year), Melina.

10-2.jpg

^ The Diva with attitude.

Hey, we're not yet done featuring Batista, right?

The Vicki Guerrero storyline is still going on?!? That, along with leprechauns, Power Rangers, and whatever else comes out of the damaged brain of Stephanie McMahon makes me glad I don't watch SmackDown anymore.

As for Raw, DX is getting really old, with the same old thing of two grown men acting like 12 year olds. Although I like this feud that is coming up with Edge and Orton, as Edge and Orton give actually believable reasons for not liking DX (which kind of mimics the backstage workings of Michaels and Trips).

Honestly, out of the three right now, I like ECW the best, because they are using inferior talent (compared to the other two shows) and getting the most out of them. Three weeks ago, the RVD-Hardcore Holly match in which Holly shoot-bled from his back, yet still continued the match was the best match I had seen in a long while, and then that was topped by a spectacular match the next week between RVD and Test. They are actually starting to show good wrestling on that show without all the useless filler (with the exception of last weeks show's Extreme Strip Poker, which might give the Guerrero storyline a run for the Gooker Award). Now if they would only let CM Punk use his Pepsi Plunge finisher.

Oh, it's true. It's still an on going crapload. Speaking of ECW, I can only wish there are other airing times her in the Philippines. Yeah, we have it. But no to the point that it's a daily thing.

Ya know, evev if WWE's filled with crappy storylines, I only watch to see the in-ring action. Now, y'all may think it's all choreographed and crappy and what-not, but I honestly appreciate it.

Okay, here's something new with our Superstar features:

Answer this question: Why is Batista a good WWE Superstar or why do you like Batista?

I'll answer first:

I am a fan of The Animal because, first of all, he's Filipino-- okay, so not pure Filipino... you get the point! For me, there's a place in my heart for famous Filipinos, especially the internationally famous. To name a few, Jasmine Trias from American Idol season 3, Apl.De.Ap from The Black Eyed Peas (Filipino! Filipino! Filipino! Bebot-Be-Bebot-Be.. Ikaw ang aking... :D), Nicole from PCD, and a whole lot more. And to have a Fil-Am in Sports Entertainment is unique! I have first heard of Batista in a kids' magazine and they did a feature on him. It had me in awe that only was he a Flipino, but he was the World Heavyweight Champion at that time. I have to say, I am so damn proud of David Michael Bautista.

I like his wrestling ability. Though, he may not be technical like, let's say, Kurt Angle, Batista's still decent. At least, he does more than 5 Moves of Doom. Know what I mean? Like, everytime he's in the ring, he just doesn't do, you know, arm drags, clotheslines, and what-nots. There's more to Batista than that.

And despite imperfections and messed up faults and mistakes in his personal life, but when it's down to business, Batista is one of the superstars that carries the company because he is a fans' favorite and when you're like that, people are gonna pay good money to watch you live, or buy DVDs of the PPVs you've headlined and buy your merchandise (Like I did :D).

IMO, Batista's gonna stay long in the WWE. But that's just me, I dunno about you...

Okay, my turn to answer that :)lol: I think fast, :D):

Reasons why I like Batista

1- He delivers the most awesome Spinebusters I have ever seen
2- He has a good entrance theme and the way he walks out the curtain and down the ring--- yeah, the fire works-- it's so cool!
3- He has a tattoo of the Philippine flag on his left arm.
4- He's got a nice body (Don't get any ideas)
5- The Batista Bomb!
6- The fact that he's a Fil-Am (as mentioned by tanglewood14

That enough for you?

I don't watch enough SD to answer this, but I'll try anyway.

I like Batista because he just oozes star power. Whenever I see him, I can't help but be all "Phoar!" when I see him walking down the ring.

There. That has got to be, like, the shortest answer ever
