You're right. In fact, I believe Beckham can testify about fouling someone from a prone position aka his being sent off in World Cup 1998 over kicking out at Diego Simeone. It was a really stupid thing to have done but of course it didn't help that Simeone was trying to get him sent off as well but once Beckham took the "bait", there was no other choice for the ref.

Amazing display by France. What a come back. But very hard on a Spanish team that has been scintillating. Perhaps a question of peaking too early in the group stages. Still on the whole, the Spanish and Ghanians have given a wonderful account of themselves in these Finals.

awwww France won i was for Spain, but if i have to be honest France play very well this match. the good news is that they will meet Brazilian in 1/4 final

With the game we 've shown yesterday I really think we're able to beat Brasil (they won all their matches but their game wasn't that amazing).
