What did you do today??

After several days of misery at work, being expected to do the job of three people, I cornered my boss and demanded he do something. I wasn't rude.....I just casually told him that I don't earn enough to pay for hospitalization from a nervous breakdown. I also mentioned that my sister found a house that would be perfect for me, out of state.

Moral of the story, boss is finding some replacements for the people I've been covering for. Life should be better now! I'm thinking I might have flowers on my desk tomorrow, lol.
 
I did my first case as a scrub nurse, it was a dislocated bone in the forearm and they had to put some metal on it. ORIF (open reduction internal fixation)...our shift was 6-2 , but the case started around 1pm and the last suture was 4:45 pm...my classmates went home, so my clinical instructor and I stayed longer...so I was really standing the whole time and I got to sitdown when they did the second x-ray (after 1 hr I got to sitdown.) I was really ...really nervous at first...I I felt at ease afterwards...it was a cool experience....
 
at school was so fun! :D one of our class guys put a little piece of branch in classrooms door locker! so when teacher went to lesson to let us in, she couldn't unlock the door! So she was pissed off and she said, before we will not open this door we can't go anywhere :p our bags and school stuff were in there so...yeah...we were trying to broke the locker, punch out door with whole body, beating with legs and so on! nothing worked.. :lol: finally came specialist and opened the door! of course lesson(math) didn't happen and 9b class(we) are in huuge trouble! :lol:
now i am at home and soon i will visit my dentist again... ahh how i hate it :rolleyes:
 
well yesterday... i had class and then i came home and i realized that i FINALLY got food...yes it was very exciting!! and then i started to feel really super sick so i layed down. and well...i almost lost my lunch :(
 
Well, I woke up, made me some breakfast, drank some coffee, went to school, and had fun over there. :D Got back home, did something on a assignment me and my friend have to do, tried to cook some veggie meatballs, they were nasty :lol: :p. I can't cook. I'm on my computer now, but I still have to do homework.
 
ok, I went to school and was at home at 3pm. I did my homework and learnt for the French test :(. But after it, I had a delicious pizza :) and now I try focusing on the French book...
 
I went to school after getting less than 4 hours of sleep. :( I had one of the longest, most exhausting days. I could hardly stay awake.
 
ok, today I went to school. In the first lesson we had a breakfast, the next 3 lessons I wrote a test in French and the last two lessons we worked "very hard" on the "Handmaid's Tale".
Right now, the people who built/installed our new cupboard have finished their work. So I can start filling the huge thing with my clothes.
After that, I'll prepare some things for my trip to Italy. I have to check if I have everything important on my list.
Later a friend will come and we'll go together to a party of a friend who celebrates her 20th birthday.
 
I woke up, got myself some coffee, made breakfast and ate it, got on my computer, went to school, found out we had a short day, cause a teacher wasn't at school, so my friend and I went to town. We fit loads of clothes and took pictures, and now, I'm over here, watching ER.
 
I just slept for a long time and after that i went do some shopping and take the cat out of walk in the grass on the otherside of the house, she had a lot of fun after that a went back to bed and after 2 hours of sleep i looked in here and felt disponned and sad and watch some tv and now im going to watch a horror movie in my bed with my little cat the only friends who is there every day even if i cry...
 
well i didnt do much! i woke up at about 10:00 am and then i watched some t.v. umm then i went to my moms to help her clean. right now i am on the computer listening to the red hot chili peppers. funn funn funn.
 
I didn't do much, did some schoolwork, checked on my horses, watched TV, cooked dinner and ate it, and now I'm here.
 
Same old, same old... got up, went to school, came home, got on the computer and stayed there most of the rest of the night. Such a timewaster computers are...
 
Uhm, well, I woke up at 10.30, got something to eat, took a shower and found out I'm ill. Well, kind of. So, I sleep half of the time.
