Why aren't you learned how to read? I sent you msg and reply comes back as if you never read the one I sent previously.

I put up a post and you keep going your way not even caring to read mine properly and stopped a sec for actually reading it.

I'm sick and tired of ppl who seems to be familiar with English language shows their lack of simple thinking.

I always try to double read and check my language before I submit my posts/msgs.
But that's probably just because I'm not in native level with English.
BUT AT LEAST I DO READ!

And obviously you can't read direct text either.
I said I DON'T want any photoblogs sent but, no, you still keep sending.

I've warned you- one more photoblog from ones who sends most, and I'll clock you without hesitation.

One more time and you'll receive yet another PM telling you to read CAREFULLY which you probably gonna ignore just like every other PM/notice/advice.

 

We cannot even imagine buying something else for dad than Nokia. The first phones were problematic since the green background and my dad is colourblind so that caused trouble but nowadays those are quite bright but still.
Lol, just few days ago he whined how his phone doesn't wake him in right time because his clock is all wrong. I had to set it right, even I told when you turn it on, it will ask date and time and you set those here and not just clicketyclick ok and then be all mad when it's incorrect.

Now dad actually has my old cheap phone, Nokia 7070, which is amazing that he can use, because even I sent incomplete texts, but I guess it's ok since he doesn't text. But numpad is all flat to you easily hit the wrong button. Then we asked if we'd buy him a new one, with bigger numbers (he needs flip phone or the screen will be ruined) and nooo he doesn't want one, so we bought that model for our barn (we have seperate phone there, what we can use to call vet etc. and no one else than family has that number, because I am highly annoyed if someone calls while I am milking the cows. I need my both hands with the machines and... urgh) - so he got all upset how that phone is new and he has to be with old ones. He also wants a phone where he'd get dog's collar GPS maps so he wouldn't need seperate phone for that... and like he'd know how to use that.
And then best thing is - when you try to teach him and he doesn't succeed - he gets upset, yells at your and storms away :lol: :lol:

Yup Ducky they always want things they don't know how to operate.
And then we can never teach them how to use higher end gadgets.

And now when I met that new Nokia N9 without on-screen hardware keys I felt dumb. Had to take double glance at website to actually figure out how to navigate.
First time felt that dumb at shop Usually I'm the master. Though when I laid my nails on other cute smarties my mom started drooling. Which is understandable considering that oldie (gave her my old phone to use for other sim).

Omg now I remember how I first met a cell phone. I think I was already a pro:lol:
I think back then I felt so happy even for that old green-screen piece of plastic. It was so cool to be "the one" at school. And then I got "the most famous" Nokia (with bad battery, I made it to last longer than it was).
Omg felt such a techno-freak, got every "man's gadgets" magazine and literally learned every review.

But now, now every first-grader has at least one smartphone while years ago best thing we got was 'tomaguchi' thingy to shine.

Ahh there technologies. But how we love them

Dear Mother Nature,
Please turn back that termostat to that nice, warm temp that was two months ago. I really hate cold and dark weather. For now i'm happy its not raining. Though bit more sun wouldn't hurt. And also no snow would be appreciated. I'd rather pull through cold and dry winter than warm and wet.

BDS, your English is a lot better than most of the hillbillies that live around here....in the US. I can't understand several things on my FB newsfeed because grammar and spelling is slowly fading. At least in the south it is.

I'm so glad I remembered this thread this morning. I've been wanting to rant about something without someone telling me I shouldn't think about it or whatever.

I just came back to Talk CSI after a couple of years because those two years were so ridiculous. I was in school, working, got a bf, my mom's health was declining, I had a hard time paying the bills, etc etc. My bf (only one I've ever had) started out normal but slowly turned into mega douche. We got engaged but he was never happy about it and couldn't hold a job to save his life.... I wound up always paying for everything and then we just kept arguing and arguing all the time, so we broke up. I quit school, got a full time job, and moved back with my parents. .... And then my mom died. My ex came to the funeral, got me when I was vulnerable, and we got back together. It was absolute HELL. He was verbally and physically abusive, he STILL couldn't hold a job, and he lied about everything. CONSTANTLY. Since he was so sketchy, I looked through his phone and saw where he'd been sleeping with or dating around 20 girls and one DUDE!!!! Me and him never slept together.... Not to mention he lied about being with me and was also dealing drugs.... This is a dude that convinced everyone he was this perfect church boy... And everyone still believes him!! Anyway, I broke up with him about 7 months ago. He keeps trying to contact me and my friends.... So the other day I just let him have it. I cussed him out and called him out on everything. But he still denies everything and pretends to act like a perfect little angel. But in reality he's a sociopath!! He said I was making up stories about seeing that stuff in his phone!!!!! Why would I do that?!?!
But something I'm really upset about is that I looked at a friend's twitter, and they were sending flirty tweets to each other... She KNOWS how low down and skanky he is.... I want to say something but idk how that's going to go down....
It just made me feel sick when I saw it last night..... I mean, should I remind her that he's psychotic??

On another note, my self confidence is at an all time low bc that psycho is the only one to have ever asked me out..... I know I'm not hideous or anything.... But I feel like all guys my age (20s) just want the perky, short blonde type that doesn't think too much. I'm tall with dark brown hair and I would categorize myself as more the intellectual type. I read constantly and I don't jump all over boys or smile from ear to ear constantly. I'm not angry or sad, I just don't have a smile permanently etched on my face. And I'm also from Illinois, so I wouldn't categorize myself as a "southern belle."

To the people who think it's so weird I'm learning Hebrew.... Get over it. It doesn't mean I'm converting to Judaism, though I am ethnically Jewish. The old testament was written in Hebrew and so many words get lost in translation that many people lose sight of the real meaning of things. I'm wanting to participate in Christian ministry to Jews, so this is one way of completely understanding their language, culture, and religion. I feel like so many people in the south are so IGNORANT about Jews and act like they are just another middle eastern race we shouldn't pay attention to.
And!!!!! Stop looking at me like I've lost it when I tell you I'm ethnically Jewish!!!! I'm not 100% obviously, I'm Irish too.... But so many people give me crazy looks when they see things I've written in Hebrew. I seriously think some people see it and A. Think I've converted, or B. think I'm too interested in middle eastern people. (FYI, the people who caused 9-11 were Muslim EXTREMISTS, nothing close to Jews.

I'm almost done.

There are so many churches that are essentially living by old testament rules that they get caught up in that rather than the NEW testament, which is about love, forgiveness, mercy.... My church is so amazing about showing this and I wish more people could see it.... I get sad every week thinking of people who feel trapped by religion when it shouldn't be about religion at all... It's all about a relationship. I will NEVER EVER force Christianity on someone. That is so redundant and ridiculous. I calmly invite friends to church, but so many of them have been burned by non-biblical churches that they've just sworn it off. I know that one service at my church would change someone (in a good way). But I never ever force or annoy people with it.

Other than my rant... My life is going quite well. I'm starting college back in January at a major university (taking Hebrew!), I'm moving into a much better apartment next month, and my relationship with my dad has improved 1000% in the past year. So I'm doing great. I just had to get a few things off my chest. Love you ALL, (I also love reading your rants!!) and sorry this is so long!!

My English teacher would blush and told she did great job (patting her own shoulder) seeing this. But it's never been her job to improve my skills. It was few basic things (i've been doing since grade 2)- TalkCSI, Fanfiction.net, movies I watched w/o reading subtitles, all the songs in English I listen non-stop PLUS I was learning indeed!!!!
Only teacher who put the basics into my head was elementary's the rest was up to books and random online stuff (or maybe I'm a fast learner or having "good head" for languages since I suck at math)....

I've never had bf myself in my early 20's life but luckily don't feel any need for one. Guess it's not for me anyways.

I don't think learning Hebrew language is something to make such opinions. It's a good thing to learn something about Judaism/Jews and/or other ethnical groups.

Sorry to hear about your mom. Good to hear about dad I wish I could know my father for a little bit at least.

For once I truly got proof you have High Frequency Hearing Loss. It was me who could hear that near dolphin sound our doorbell made when the batteries went out during my try to ring it. I can hear that high pitches b/c I hear that annoying Tinnitus on everyday basis. Yeah I might not be good at low frequencies bc I can mostly feel/hear those low rumbles via my body/bones.

But you mom keep it denying. And I'm TIRED of it. Of course I snapped. Duh!:eyeroll:
Besides you know it very well yourself and are aware of your slight/mild hearing loss due to being too close to speakers at school during party.
I'm pretty educated at these things to point you so just stop pretending you don't know what I'm talking and don't make excuses calling me off any judgement. I KNOW what I'm talking about!

Btw I'm not having Moderate Hearing Loss. 37 pts out of 64 can't tell that exactly. I know I have only Slight HL because I still can hear most sounds and just few of them seems too loud for me. And it's been that way ever since. And I can't be tonedeaf as well since I was at freaking choir for some years ever since grade one when I got selected to classes along several others.
But I'll take the damn test at doctor's office someday when I figure how to do that w/o mom knowing and insurance.

One thing about the Southern US is that there is a culture of ignorance and racism around here. Not ALL people are like that, of course, but it's hard to be an individual in a place like this. :/ I know some great people that are totally cool, but a lot of people I went to high shool with are so racist and prejudiced about everything. :/

And yes, Jon is a Jew part of the reason he is attractive to me. Lol

That's the spirit, punch depression in the face until he leaves. I went through some bad periods awhile ago and, honestly, depression never truly goes away kind of like alcoholics always talk about how they aren't truly cured. I have my bad days, my horrific days, and my great days. Gotta roll with the punches when it comes to mental ailments as my bro says. Stay positive.:thumbsup:

To my fellow cyclists, just because someone is riding a fixie (fixed gear bike, for all of you unfamiliar) doesn't mean he/she is hipster. I ride fixies because I like the exercise and I can personalize a fixie a lot easier than a road bike with gears. That's a lot of work. I wear Levis, American Apparel, and Converse because it's comfortable, not because I'm trying to spread a message of "living off the grid and only eating tofu" (I do like tofu though but that's because it's the only way I can get my protein).

To future parents, stop the trend of naming kids after odd nouns. With a name like Vuitton, you're basically declaring your child's future career as a bookie that's a porn star on the side who's going to art school at night. And before you tell me, "That sounds like an awesome tv show!" do you really want your kid to have the life of a tv show character? A kid has to live with that name for the rest of its life and they don't even have a choice in the matter. At least pick something that isn't going to bring potential torment while still holding some sort of meaning to you or your family.

 

To mom, stop whining! I hate that. And when you need to wake me up just poke me or smth but not just walk around sighing overly loud.
