Well I finally saw "Final Destination" on tv and liked it and then I rented "Final Destination 2" and will probably try to see the thrid one. I like the whole not knowing how they will die but knowing they will at some time. I didn't even mind the actors and thought they were all pretty good.

I also saw "Sleepy Hollow" with Johnny Depp and gotta say that guy can act. I liked him in "Edward Scissorhands" and he is awfully funny in "Pirates of the Caribbean" of which I still need to see the second one.

Oh I love 'Sleepy hollow'. It's really well done. The scenery is amazing , and Johnny Depp is very good as Ichabod Crane. Awkward and funny, but slightly sad at the same time.

Also i can't think of Christopher Walken without imagining him as The Hessian. Very Creepy!

Gary's "Shaw" was certifiably nuts

LOL at the ubiquitous bunnies and at Ian-the-Herd-Leader's lines. The story was pretty lame though.

    Saw III.
    I think it's a very good movie.
I liked the storyline and the ending was great.
I especially loved the part when Lynn was operating John, when you could see the brain.
There's nothing bad I can say about it.
Also, when we went to see it,
my mother, brother and neighbour left the cinema
after about 30 minutes, because they couldn't take it anymore.

I liked the first one. I thought it was original and I enjoyed it. IMHO, The second one was unecessary and defeated the point of the first.

I liked Scarlett in The Prestige.

She was there to look pretty and be distractin', and she filled that role admirably.

Of course, I think that The Prestige is one of the best movies I've seen all year. Hugh Jackman & Christian Bale were both excellant, and it wouldn't surprise me if they both get Oscar nominations. Michael Caine did a great job in his supportin' role.

I think the next movie I head to the theater for will be Casino Royale.

Well, if that was all she had to do then sure, she did her job. But in certain scenes like -

when she decided to side with Christian Bale's character after she was sent to him or when she confronted him at the end, I didn't feel anything for her, which I thought was a pity.

I just feel that in a movie where the rest of the cast were so good, she stuck out like a sore thumb. But that's just me *shrug*

I saw the trailer for The Departed and I think I might go watch that, it looked great.

    Night of the living dead

Well...I saw the original version from 1968. It's uncut. I was kinda bored. Oo Perhaps it's just because I'm used into bloody, splatting, slashing horror movies. I was amused the most time...

^ i think when my dad showed that movie to my brother and i when we were younger (probably 8 and 10) we laughed at him  i wasnt allowed up late enough to see the end, so i never saw them actually eating people, just slowly walking around. the kids in the hall do a great spoof of it :D but i really want to see the remake in 3d!
last night shanghigh noon was on. i think jackie chan and owen wilson together are great

Yesterday I watched 'The Zodiac' a movie about a serial killer with Rex Linn in it. I liked the story very much but the movie itself was very slow and the ending was very very unsatisfying.

Paul Bettany was pretty good in Firewall, but overall, that movie sucked. Saw it at a free screenin' last February, and still felt robbed.

I think I have a miniposter from it around here somewhere, though.
