Question: what episode of season 4 does Calleigh come back to ballistics??? Is it Free Fall? I say Free fall 'cause I watched it last week and the way she fired the gun was very strange like she was there for the first time in her life.

When I watched the first 4 seasons of Miami, it was purely for pleasure and I really didn't retain any episode content. Now - different story. I'm trying to play catch up. One question I have that I don't want to wait to find the answer for is when did the Stetler/Yelina abuse storyline get resolved? The last episode I saw (forgive me, I don't know the titles of any of them) was when she was hit and H warned Stetler. Did Stetler ever raise his hand to her again?

The Stetler and Yelina story has never been revisited. The last time they were together was season 3's 'Crime Wave'. That was when Stetler hit Yelina, and where Horatio proceeded to tell Stetler that if he ever touched her again, he'd kill him.
It is not known if Stetler ever did hurt Yelina again, but as was stated, the storyline was never resolved.

Well...but you can infer things from 3x23 "Whacked," where Horatio gets a call from Ray Jr. (who presumably sounds upset, though we only hear Horatio's side of the conversation.) "Is your mother there? Wait-wait-wait, slow down - Ray. Did he hurt her? ... Okay, just stay there, I'll be right over." He arrives at the house just in time to see Stetler leaving with a black eye of his own.

H: Better be okay in there.
S: It'd take a magician, don't worry. She can take care of herself.
H: Walk, Rick, and don't come back.
