Grissom rules
CSI Level Two
The new leader of the team should be Nick.He is more experienced than Greg as a CSI and works in the crime lab for over 11 years while Sara quit her job for a one and a half year.

But the writers brought in LF/Ray to replace Grissom who was the former leader,
First off they didn't bring in Ray to replace Grissom. They brought in LF to replace William Petersen. There is a huge difference here.
As for Greg I don't think he's ready to be the supervisor yet. I think with some time in as assistant supervisor he would some day make a great supervisor. He's got the lab experience and the field experience which in my opinion would make a great leader. Someone who understands both sides. But first Greg needs to be given the chance to show he can lead and the writers haven't given him that chance yet.
Actully, you mentioning Brass, why not have him in charge again? He was before, when the show started, why not again?
Dear all
Thanks for your reponse about this subject. This is best result I've seen of all the polls I've ever made.
Nick Stokes is a good CSI, I've got no doubt that realistically spoken that he'll be assigned to lead. However, is he willing to do this job. So far I experienced Nick Stokes as presented in the TV show.... I believe Nick prefer to be a specialist rather than becoming a leader. Remember Nick's feedback to his promotion as Catherine's assistant leader? He doesn't seem to be too enthousiastic about that position.... It's something like, "well, if I've got to be..." That's why I believe he won't do it... yet.
I think we are having a language barrier issue. I don't get what you mean by Nick's willingness to prove others wrong or be part of a cover-up.You're possibly right about Nick, but with the mysteries around Langstrom... a conflict between Langstrom and the other CSI members.
The relationship between Nick, Sara and Greg are so closely together, that Nick's willing to proof others wrong or cover it up once it's true. What would Langstrom do? What would other team members to convince Langstrom to reconsider his decision? Those kind of issues won't happen, if Nick's leading the team. That would be as traditionally as described earlier. Think about it....
Absolutely. Very good point.Originally Posted by JacOLantern

My vote for team leader goes to Conrad Ecklie! Demote him and bring him down to Graveshift Supervisor. Seriously! It would shake things up and we'd get to see him back on the screen on a regular basis. (I miss him!)
I think it would be great to see what kind of dynamic he would bring to the established team of CSIs. Can't you just imagine the Sara/Ecklie standoffs? Ray would humor him & play nice. Nick would be annoyed, but probably not butt heads too much. We'd get a chance to see how Greg would handle the change in command - would he be a "yes sir" guy, or would he stick up for himself & the rest of the team?
Yeah, I'd love to see Conrad back in charge.
