So anyway... :shifty:

So we get a new one this week, thank god. Just one week and I was missing the show miserably. :( Heh, yeah, I'm pathetic. lol

So, I'm wondering if they'll need Castiel to get them out of this one, since it looks like a pretty serious issue for Dean... ? Incidentally, this is the one I saw them filming, so I'm pretty psyched to see the scene I watched.
I'll be waiting to see Bobby having a personal meltdown in his chair, shouting something about the apocalypse coming and him being useless. Also, keep an eye out for the actor playing Dean (Chad Everett in the commercial I saw)- he is totally bowlegged like Dean, it's trippy!

We could use some more Castiel again. I like his additional "straightman" position alongside Sam for Dean's jokes and shenanigans. It's pretty hilarious, since Mischa Collins seems to be pretty freaking wacky and hilarious judging by his Twitter page. I guess that means he's an excellent actor! :)

Oh hush! :p

I know just what you mean. I'd forgotten that there was a rerun last week. I was home in time to catch the show and when it wasn't a new episode I was SO freaking disappointed. But still a good episode. Laughed SO HARD at the Becky part.

Is Castiel still powerful enough to get them out of this? I mean, as I understand it, he came back demoted (yet still had the ability to smote his fellow angels in the premiere).

Someone else is playing Dean? Uh... what?

Hehe, Cas is the ultimate straightman (actually I've started thinking of him as Spock-like.). And you're right, it's pretty weird in contrast to his actual personality. I follow his Twitter... he IS freaking wacky. :D

Hey, no hushing :p
(primarily because it makes me think of my own screenname )

Dean's gonna age tremendously in the next epi, leaving him looking like an old man. Obviously, Jensen Ackles can't play a 70 year old, so they're bringing in a new actor. :p

No worries, I'm sure Jensen will show up again after this epi ::lol:

I finally watched the last episode online I loved it, my favorite part was with the joy buzzer. OMG Sam's face when Dean zapped him with it was frickin hilarious :guffaw: and his reaction after they left the house was funny to  When the woman through salt on them was pretty funny too actually. I'm easily amused. :p The kid kinda creeped me out a bit though that's just me though. I except kids to be evil on this show I've gotten so used to through out the seasons. After all nothing is creepier then evil kids (Lilth comes to mind)

What, you don't want me talking about you? ;)

Ooooooooooooh THAT'S what we're talking about. I thought someone else was gonna be playing Dean as he is now... which makes no sense to me... but now I know what y'all mean.

The guy they chose really does seem like an older Jensen, at least I think so. I'm just glad that this is a one episode thing... I'd hate to be deprived of Jensen's pretteh, pretteh face!

Lilith was really creepy ... seems weird that I'm typing that

Oh and you can't forget those kids from the episode "The Kids are Alright" from season 3. They seriously were creepy

but my favorite part from that episode :D

Dean: Do you want me to go—

Ben: No! Don’t go over there. Only b**ches send a grown-up.

Dean: You’re not wrong.

Ben: And I’m not a b**ch.

Dean: Is that Humphrey? The one who needs to lay off the burgers?

OMG i almost totally forgot about Ben, season 3 seems so long ago. I really hope they do something with him this season.

I never remembered the kids name. I just called him mini-Dean  I thought it was so cute how Ben was basically like a kid version of Dean :) Those changling kid things were really really creepy first time I saw ones face I jumped . You have just got to love the effects and time they put into this show to make it so awesome.

So I've watched a few more episodes of the first season with my friend... and I really love how Sammy is the gentle, sensitive one with the people they deal with. Low, sincere voice, honest, caring eyes, sympathy and compassion positively radiating off of him. Hard to imagine that this is the guy who's supposed to be Satan's vessel.

I liked Dean's softer side in Dead In The Water. He was really good with that kid. I also liked Dean's I'm-so-scared-I'm-gonna-pee-my-pants side in Phantom Traveler. Dean clinging to the walls, screaming like a little girl + Sam totally keeping his sh*t together, exorcising the demon as the plane took a high speed nose dive = brilliant SPN moment!

Also, LOVE the gorgeous establishing shots. The muted colors, the clouds, the scenery, Metallicar shining in the sunsets... they don't seem to do that anymore in seasons 4 & 5.

Oh, oh, and I finally saw the infamous pen-mouth shot!

The pen is luckier than the sword! :D

I loved Dean's facial expression when the plane was going down it made me laugh :guffaw: and my sisters looked at me like I was completly nuts. :shifty: I loved when Dean said he loved kids and Sam responed "Name three kids you even know." And Dean just stayed silent .

Yep, finally a new episode! OMG it's tonight! I've been doing stuff on and off all day... I actually forgot that the new episode airs tonight! Bad SPN fan, BAD!

Though... without giving too much away, I'm sorry to report that this episode is going to have a lack of Jensen Ackles. :(

... or a lack of Castiel, guess he's still on the hunt.

I might be the only one who didn't mind. Not that looking at 'John McCain' was nice   (and this has nothing to do with being a Sam girl either) but I was really happy to see Bobby a major part of an episode for a change!

I for one love how some episodes have both of the boys, some episodes are more about Sam, some episodes are more about Dean. I hate it when I read that fans are complaining (mostly on Livejournal) that one of the actors got more screen time than the other ... wait come again? This is a show that involves two talented actors and a lot of talented supporting actors. You don't see me going all psycho and screaming when Dean gets more screen time than Sam, I like both of the characters and I like how they split the filming up so that each episode seems different than the last.
