I found a plot otuline for what looks like the second episode on IMDB. The episode is called Not What It Looks Like.

Plot Outline: A terrorist takes a woman hostage in an apartment as Lindsay is forced to go undercover to prevent the death of an innocent life.

I can't wait to see how NY and NY characters deal with terrorism.

"Not What It Looks Like" -- The CSIs investigate a jewelry store heist where three women dressed as Holly Golightly pull off a major robbery with innocent shoppers hurt in the process, on CSI: NY, Wednesday, Sept. 27 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Duane Clark directed the episode written by Pam Veasey and Peter M. Lenkov, both executive producers on the series.

Scenes from the episode were filmed on location in New York.

Claire Forlani ("Meet Joe Black") guest stars in a recurring role as the CSI team's medical examiner, Dr. Peyton Driscoll, who is also in a relationship with Det. Mac Taylor. Emmanuelle Vaugier ("Two and a Half Men") guest stars in a recurring role as CSI detective Jennifer Angell.

Stella, Flack, Lindsay and Danny can't resolve how, despite the police being tipped off by the store's personnel, the women were able to escape the jewelry store so quickly. Also, Lindsay proves her strength when she puts herself in harm's way to solve the case. Meanwhile, when the mummified body of a city councilman's missing wife is found during a building's demolition, Mac and Peyton have their first professional argument when Mac isn't satisfied with her findings from the autopsy.

Of course the fat guy fell and busted his ass trying to eat chocolate. Every once in a while we'll let one of its cage, for entertainment purposes. Don't worry, though, this only happens around once every other 24 episodes.
 
I have a question....am I missing something or did the original promo for season 3 (on innertube) have a shot of a pregnant women in underwear close to the end? I found it on youtube and downloaded it, and didn't see that shot in the one I downloaded....but why would they just add that one shot?

Wait.

Does this mean that everything I've been told is a lie?

Please, tell me this is not true. I mean, do you have to be taken from the west of America to New York to put some balance of reality in?
 
Yeah, the shot of the pregnant woman is definetly new...it is shown where Mac and Peyton pulling the body out of the drawer thing(hehe forgot the name) was. Does that mean the other promos were altered slightyly?....now that I think about it Grissom looks up from his microscope in one is altered, but thats for a different thread....
 
I saw a promo this past week and it is different from the first one. The van scene where Danny says "She's been made" and the hug scene has been cut. There's other things different but that's what stuck out. Mostly because that was near the end.
 
I finally was able to see a bit of the innertube promo, probably only about the first 10 seconds, and I was multi-tasking - answering phones, filing papers, and trying to write something down about a fire we had the other day, so I half payed attention, but I'm so stoked about this season, its totally going to kick ass!! We're almost down into the single digit days... :) ::jumps up and down on bed::
