Which season ?
We had 1-4 in Germany so far i think and i´m absolutely sure he wasn´t in it. And as far as i remember his contract with CBS about leaving CSI says that he´s not allowed to do any TV work until 2008.
 
Well, if he goes back to CBS...does that still mean he has to wait til 2008. *sighs* stupid contracts!

Hm...I"ve never watched 24. So I wouldn't know if he was on there or not. But I highly doubt he was on there.
