I really don't care to wonder what's going to happen all summer long.

Me either and if it's about Langston, I really probably won't be wondering that much. I'm not familiar enough with the character to care one way or the other yet. The only thing that would shock me at this point is if they come out and say that Langston is Warrick's bio-dad or something like that.

Your so welcome speedystokesgirl It does sound like a cliff hanger doesn't it, I'm curious to see this quiet, charming man, and his possible dark past, and don't fret Nick fans, he's in it too, I'm a fan of his too... what will you do if George leaves CSI? not that he's going to, but would you be sad? That's the way the Billy Petersen fans feel now:( I just think we, [CSI fans] are so lucky to have this stellar staff of writers, that always keep us guessing, as to what's up next:confused:

I don't think I can handle another Ray centered episode. We've already had like three or four where he's been the center of the episode or one of the main concerns in it. What they should do is make an episode for Greg. He really hasn't had much of a storyline since Fannysmackin'. He's also been kind of ignored all season.

I really hope there isn't a cliffhanger finale again. I'm so sick of all the rumors that go around all summer that I just want the episode to air instead of being really excited about what's going to happen next. Oh well, I guess that's how cliffhanger episodes are. Does anyone else think it would be nice to have a normal finale, and then start the new season off?

And as a huge George Eads/Nick fan, Iwould be so angry if he ever left the show. All the Billy Peterson/Grissom fans have my sympathy. It's no fun seeing an actor or actress you love leave the show.

Just FYI - it wasn't ever supposed to be a Nick episode. That was a fake spoiler.

I'm looking forward to it. I know they're not going to have a cliff-hanger - they've already said that, but episodes like "Strip Strangler" didn't have cliff-hangers and they were still all kinds of awesome.

Besides, I'd like to see a bit more about Ray's past. I feel like we see him working, but don't always get a lot of explanation into him as a character. It could be interesting.

I like Ray's character. I really do. And I am not mad at the actor or the character for it. I'm more upset with TPTB. They are great in many ways, and without them there is no way CSI would be on it's ninth season. But at the same time, without the actors and characters that are still on the show, CSI wouldn't be at it's ninth season either.

I don't think TPTB truly understand what they are doing. It's two seperate extremes; Either they are blindly forcing Ray on us, or they are doing it purposely and not caring. Niether is appreciated by fans, but at least in one extreme they can claim ignorance.

They way I see it is, when they signed LF, we all should have known that this was going to happen sooner or later, and TPTB obvisouly preferred sooner. Part of the reason the brough LF on was for ratings and to add a different element to the show. But at the expense of the other actors and characters? Come on now. It's not right and it's not fair.

We on this board, represent a small number of fans who actually go on message boards and rant and rave about how we feel. Maybe we're in the minority and that is why TPTB are doing what they are doing. All I know is that, there are three other Thursday night shows that I can watch other than CSI, and I think TPTB should start considering that.

I was an original advocate for Ray. I like(d) him and am still fascinated by him even now. But I feel that the quality of the other characters is lacking.

I like Ray too, don't get me wrong. I just hate that they are placing so much focus on his character and almost ignoring others that have been there all 9 seasons (Greg).

I really hope the team effort on solving the case in the season finale episode is true and it is only the ending of the episode that is really Ray focused. However, after seeing yet more Ray focused spoiler pics, I have my doubts about the episode really being a team episode.

If they do make a Greg centric ep somewhere along the lines, I hope they don't pull the same civil-suit stuff like they did in fannysmackin.

^ Serisously, because that was horribly done. Plus, regardless of what some people say, that story did NOT come full circle. IMO, it was an arc left open for anything. It was really the only Greg centered storyline since "Playing With Fire". I wonder if the actors ever get frustrated with this stuff.

That would just be wierd. But nothing would surprise me anymore lol. I don't know, do we know if Ray is a Vegas guy?

I get this nauseating feeling that we are going to see a whole lot of Ray in the next two episodes. I almost wish the season was over. It has been a rather depressing season. Usually I get all excited, but given the spoilers and hte way things have been going I too have no excitement for the summer. I will look forward to see George healthy again but that is about it.

I have nothing against the character but for a CSI 1 he sure knows more than everybody else and that really does bother me for some reason.

What could upset the solidified team? I am guessing we will see Ray promoted to either supervisor or assistant supervisor. He has to have the power title and I am sure our acting undersheriff will give it to him just to show the CSI's he can do whatever he wants to do with the team. I would bet money on it, we would never see it coming, well that is what they think at least!

Hodges gets hurt it looks like.

Nick runs his hand over his head. I wonder if he misses his hair? :guffaw:

They showed Mandy in the preview. Shocker! I don't think they've ever done that.

I want Bobby to come back darnit.

The spoiler says something from Ray's past will upset the solidfied team. So, I doubt it has anything to do with him getting a promotion. They also say its something we won't see coming. I think everyone has feared he could get a promotion and suddenly be boss, so I don't think that would fall into the category of something we would never see coming.

Mandy in the preview..my good god!!!!

Interesting his past will come up..maybe he's a vampire..

A little tension is good for the show.

And poor Cath, someone's in her face too! What the heck.

Can't wait for this one. It's Brass heavy, which will be great.
