I wouldn't want Julia to get killed off. It would be too hard on Kyle and H too, 'cause they did have a thing once.

But you know that every woman Horatio sleeps with ends up dead. Julia's lived a lot longer than most of them. Her time should be near according to H's curse. Why should Julia be immune when Marisol wasn't? Marisol never did a bad thing in her life except buying pot, but then she did have her heart in the right place with that. Julia's always been a shady character.

As for Ron/Julia/Kyle, I could seriously do without Ron. Not gonna lie, that guy annoys me. I think Julia's a good villian, but I think at some point, Kyle's going to realize that she's not the best mother, and he's gonna run away to live with Horatio.

Or, at least I hope he will. I felt bad for H when Kyle chose Julia over him. I think Kyle should go run to Daddy H. :)

You read my mind. How cute would it be if Kyle showed up at Horatio's door and was like, "Can I live with you?"

I'm not sure I see the neccesity of Kyle having a mother present in his life. I definetly think he needs to have one, but he doesn't necessarily need to live with one. Daddy H. can take care of him

Episode 702 is about a gas theft ring. somone is using women as distractions to steal gas from the stations' storage tanks estimated worth $7,000 but the team soon figures out that the women who are distracting the gas station attendants are part of a human trafficing ring. and a young man is killed in a fiery blaze b/c of what he knew/knows.

Also going on in the episode, while in persuit of a suspect Calleigh gets into a car accident. The guy is a real jerk and threatens to sue her and the department.

As I learn more...I will tell you. No mention of Yelina or Jake or Valera.

Although I love the action, don't you guys think that is a little repeated. I mean Calleigh already was on a car accident in season 5; she is not that bad of a driver, is she? Is she going to actually get hurt on this car accident because that would be a little improvement.

Anyways, can't wait, and thanks for the spoilers delkolover!!

The accident has nothing to do with her skills as a driver....it is just something that happens and it turns out not to be her fault. The situation is actually a common one...the police are in pursuit and someone and someone totall unrelated to the pursuit, who either doesn't care or can't stop in time ends up hitting either the suspect or the cop....a cop on Long Island died a few years ago that way. There was also an instance where the police in pursuit hit an innocent car and the person died....it happens a lot.

^^Haha, thanks for clearing that up.

Do you know if Calleigh is hurt in the car accident at all??

Still, no matter how common it is, it's still pretty repetitive for the Calleigh character. This is what, the 3rd? vehicular incident for her in recent seasons? Might have easily worked with Tripp or Ryan. But maybe the whole ordeal will cause a breaking point in Calleigh.

Ah, yes, a gas-guzzling storyine. Somehow I knew that would be presented on one of the three CSIs. The plot seems original enough though so it might make for an interesting episode. :)

Thanks so much for the spoilers, delkolover. It's much appreciated. :)

new spoilers. ah ! i cant wait for the 22nd i already have the x's on the calender. the question that i have is for delkolover do you think there gonna add some new pictures to the opening credits like when the characters are introduced. some of the pictures are like from s4 it would be nice to see some new pictures . keep the song thou its an awesome song the who is my favorite band

I'm sick of Calliegh getting the big story lines. Can't Ryan get a good story line for once?
I concur!

The whole Calleigh-in-another-car-accident thing is old now. Calleigh's gone through enough, as has Horatio. Let the other cast members have some storylines, please. The only way I'd like this is if it somehow pushes Calleigh over the edge, and she ends up having a break down or something over it. Then at least something else will have happened besides her getting another pointless storyline where she's perfectly fine after it.

I'm also bothered by the repetitiveness of the episodes. Haven't we had two episodes already where their were women who were victims of human trafficking? I just feel like it's going to turn into another opportunity for Horatio to show how caring he is. Hopefully they do something unique with it.

Your post really cracked me up. Poor innocent Marisol. Well, she was. And shady Julia. Will she be a victim of H's curse? Even though she's not exactly a good infuence on Kyle, she's still his mother and there's still the chance that she could leave her shady ways behind with H's help. So I don't want her to become a victim of H's curse.

Someone said something about Saris being annoying. I agree, but I think that's what cracks me up about the guy. Yeah, Saris kinda cracks me up because he's so nastily irritating in an almost cartoon-like way! Saris and his big box of bad bullets. And he'll be lucky to survive the darker H. He probably wont.

About the second episode title. I'm sorry, but I think it's dumb!!!! And Calleigh getting in another incident with a car??? Well, I try to suspend disbelief. And I know these situations happen in police chases, but I wonder why they picked Calleigh as the one that it happens to.

People were/are posting about Ryan not getting enough attention. I think he will get more attention this next season.

For those who didn't read it on the main CSI files page.

He's down but not out.
CSI: Miami's sixth season went out with a bang. Horatio stood on the airstrip next to a plane, waiting to send his son Kyle (Evan Ellingson) and Kyle's mother Julia (Elizabeth Berkley) to safety. Suddenly, Horatio crumpled to the ground, blood pooling around his body from a gunshot wound.

According to CSI Files sources, the seventh season premiere of CSI: Miami will be called "Resurrection". The episode follows up with the dire situation presented in the finale. Fortunately, Horatio does not die; however, the team must figure out who is responsible for the shooting.

Mixed in the pool of blood around Horatio's body is a trace of foreign DNA. The blood traces back to a man in prison. Whoever left that extra drop of blood is a former inmate, and he couldn't have been out of jail long. The team locates Miguel Diaz. Diaz is a known associate of Juan Ortega (Jose Zuniga) gang member with a grudge against Horatio.

Diaz denies shooting Horatio. Instead, he insists that he was at the airstrip to catch a plane when he heard the gunshot. Seeing Horatio's body on the ground, he took a picture with his cell phone so he could take credit for the murder. Calleigh and Eric aren't impressed. They send Diaz back to jail and keep his phone.

In addition to solving the mystery of who is responsible for shooting Horatio, the team has a bigger problem to deal with. Two attacks are carried out, one against an armored car and the other against a bulletproof celebrity car--bullets shouldn't be able to penetrate these vehicles, and the damage and death that occur can only mean one thing: fused alloy bullets are in play.

Whoever has the bullets is distributing them to gang members. An eyewitness puts the perpetrators escaping on motorcycles, but this doesn't fit Ortega's gang--clearly, more than one gang is part of this. Ryan is escorting Juan Ortega in his car when one of the attacks takes place, and Ryan has to let the man get away because a woman's life is in danger. Ortega is on the loose, and fused alloy bullets are flying on the streets of Miami--but how do malfunctioning traffic lights and Jake Berkeley (Johnny Whitworth) play into the story?

Please note that the above plot details have not been confirmed by CBS, Alliance Atlantis or Bruckheimer Films, and until such time you should treat this information as you would any other rumour. The above information comes from early script drafts and the details of the episodes are liable to change before the episodes are shown. "Resurrection" is expected to air September 22 on CBS.
Oh wow. So he really is injured. Everyone (including me) has been talking about his faking it as if it's a done deal! Here's my thought. He gets to the hospital but tells everyone to pretend that he's died there. Or, he really did die, but the doctors are able to resesitate him.
