about his OCD: It would be nice when it would be mentioned more often in the show. It's part of his character, it's the one of the few things we know about him.

about the Natalia date. Hm, I think he liked Natalia and he was a little bit sad in 'Silencer' that Eric asked her out first. I also think that he tried to forget her and then the party thing happened. Maybe Natalia didn't think much about it, maybe it was only a nice talk with Ryan, but Ryan thought she would be interested. A misunderstanding which can happen very often.
I haven't seen Dead Air yet, but I read that it wasn't a very skilled attempt to ask her out.
and he asked Eric to borrow him money. :rolleyes:
Someone wrote somewhere that he only did it to find out if Eric has still some money problem.
This is also my point of view. :lol:

*snaps fingers* That's the other thing I was going to mention! I knew there was something else, but I couldn't think of what, lol. I'm such an air head sometimes. :lol:

I agree with that idea though. He had already started checking into the mole by that point, so that could've been what he was doing. He wouldn't just leave his wallet at home, and Eric should know that, because Eric has actually mentioned his OCD before (After the Fall), so it's not like he doesn't know about it.

About Ryan and his OCD- I've looked up syptoms for OCD before, for a story, and it had a humungous list of peeps/celebs who had it. Anyways, Ryan Wolfe was on it. "Wikipedia" was the site. Just type in wikipedia.org in your browser and you'll probably go to it. (Or a search engine if you don't type the three "w's" first.) But yeah. He's got a mild case of OCD....

And since I don't know who posted about wondering how Erica hooked up with him.... I'll just say this: I'm thinking it was a true Sadie Hawkins moment. :D :lol: :p

I agree ryan has a slight case of ocd, good thing since the TPTB seem to forget he has it all together.

You have cleared that up for me; I guess Eric was referring to himself and not alluding in anyway to what had (or had not) gone on with Boa Vista and Ryan.
I agree that it was courteous of Ryan to ask Eric permission before going ahead but I still think that Ryan asking Eric for money for the date was a bit out of order. It's not like Eric and Ryan are close friends really - there is always this edge between them that makes for some good banter and scenes. I think they do respect each other in the work field though.
I think Ryan was right when he said before that office relationships can be messy! But it's more fun for us to see them played out, that's for sure! :)

Have just read the views about Ryan asking for money to see if Eric still had money problems - I guess it could be true. Am not sure about not forgetting the wallet due to OCD - there maybe would have been better ways to establish this with Eric than the way he did it.

Five US is about to show the first 3 eps of S4 back to back - which I have not seen! So I am settling in for the night for some unseen Ryan footage.........let drooling commence :p :p :D
 
Actually, Ryan asking Eric for money was a sign of Ryan's money problem (as it gets clearer in fifth season).

I think Jonathan is just too hot with a captial T

I don't get how it was a sign of his "money problem". I don't think he has one. He clearly forgot his wallet, and asked for money because of that, or because he was testing Eric to see if he still had money problems. He also said he would pay Delko back. And in the fith season he gambled once cause his friend put in a bet for him. So I don't think he has a problem at all. ;) Just my opinion though. :)
 
I agree Katie, back in the end of season 3 or was it 4 they said that the csi's would be investigated and worries of a mole..they said 1 csi would have money problems be an issue..that was delko paying for his sisters drugs and sickness and 1 csi would have a problem with being a media leak, they were talking about ryan leaking info to the reporter and one would quit their job specialty..calleigh quit ballistics. These would cause problems for the whole team and one may loose their job. I think that was a spoiler for season 4 opener maybe..cause end of season 3 cal quit ballistics and we know delko and ryan had problems in 3 that rolled over to 4. So I don't think Ryan has money problems. He did say he forgot his wallet, which to me is dumb considering his ocd....most ocd wouldn't go a whole day not noticing they don't have their wallet on them or even forget it, but what do I know when it comes to TPTB. He did say he's pay delko back to so it's not like he just asked him to pay for the date. Also can't remember what ep ( nikki come on I know you are there with it) but Ryan told delko about his check bouncing that he gave ryan for some charity..now ryan mentioned he had student loans to pay back and couldnt afford a bounced check but who can. OH the " from the grave" ep when the reporter tells him he owes her $500. for the recorder he says he can't afford that he works for the county but that still doesn't mean he has money problems. OK I think I'm done. Now what was the question?

Twiz - the episode that Ryan talks to Eric about the bounced check is "Under Suspicion" when Horatio is being framed for the murder of a woman by Resdin. I remmeber because after he says something about the bounced check Eric says "Horatio is a suspect in a murder case and you are talking or worried about a bounced check"
And the episode where Erica Sykes is asking for $500 for the tape recorder that HE broke was in the episode "Three Way" when the 3 wives were suspect in the murder of the cabana boy and they did the different 'views' of the case being solved by Calleigh, Eric and Ryan. The one that Ryan notices the rolling papers in Eric's evidence case....

athlov , those caps are fabulous! :D Especially the one of his eye. What a beautiful colour! I just wanted to hug him all the way through Fadeout. Although he didn't have as much time as he should have done. :(

My cats do that too. They think I'm giving attention to something which isn't them, so they have to get in my way. And sometimes they try to walk on the keyboard too. It's not easy ogling Ryan with a cat's tail in the way. :rolleyes:
