i'm relieved to hear that:)
but sometimes i see no answer to my questions or comments.

ok i'm starting over:)

i was actually asking how was season premiere (i'm lacking ability to see CSIM new season untill i see whole previous season)
so actually i already asked this question next day (after premiere. i was asleep when it aired anyways)
 
There were parts of the premiere that I thought were great. Jon didn't have as much time as I would have liked,but it was a huge improvement over season eight's premiere.Eva was really good and there was more Frank.Walter was great too. I enjoyed the closing scene of the team playing basket ball,both Natalia and Ryan(or Jon and Eva) have pretty good moves.
I don't think the premiere answered all the questions,I may have to look at it again.

Sorry I don't always get back to you. I have a weird work schedule.Sometimes I work days,other times evenings.I'll be working evenings this week and next week so sometimes I'll post either really early or late.
 
mhm sounds like a good start of new season. somehow i believe this season would be better than previous one:)

just sometimes i feel so far away from everything what happens (blaming my location and local tv channels and lack of internet) so yeah...

ok i lost my point again. got distracted.

well then i'll be waiting for review of premiere episode so i don't have to go to library
 
Thanks for the article Theresa. I found myself only half agreeing with what she was saying: it's true that the season was off to a bad start (with too much focus on new characters and some horrid OOC moments for Ryan) but at about Count me Out- easily one of my most favourites eps that season- things were really starting to return to normal, with Ryan getting more time and Nat even getting her own storyline. IMO Eric returning was what ruined the rest of the season (off topic, but I have always preferred Jesse over him).

I'm hoping to download the premier tomorrow after my laptop's internet is up and running again. Sounds like it's going to be much more Ryan friendly than the Season 8 one, which isn't really a hard thing to achieve :rolleyes: (and did I hear something about a butt shot? :devil:)
 
Wow it seems awhile since I last posted. Anyways; not really impressed with the premiere (vast improvement from last season), not enough Ryan. Although loved the butt shot in the air shaft (I just kept thinking Walter was going to ask him how he fit in there.) :lol: I also loved the little hug between Ryan and Natalia.

What greatfan said about rotating screentime between characters is definitly the way it should be. As much as I would like to see Ryan every single second of every scene; there are others to consider.

  2. Thresea thanks for the article; nice to see someone who considers Ryan/Jon as a regular member of the cast.

I loved the butt shot too. I wonder if the writers/TPTB know that there are fans that like seeing the butt shots,it looks like we are starting to get them every season.It was nice that we got it a lot earlier in the season this time so there is opportunity for more great shots.

DragonFriend i agree ( i prefer Jesse too).
well as i'm watching season 8 i can see that there is more accent on new characters and they are highlighted compared to others. at some point i found it bit annoying but i understand it's necessary if i want to know something about them.
other than that (speaking of episode Bolt Action) i really was taken back when Ryan didn't get 'together' thing. i guess it was first point of his OOC matter. about 'cougar' thing- well i almost expected that he doesn't understand meaning of the word (maybe little misunderstatement i read somewhere before), but i guess he didn't know the meaning of the term (was impressed that Natalia knew so much of that stuff).

but something about Ryan in that episode seemed odd (just a feeling, though. maybe affect of watching other show where i'm learning about details).

ok i know bit late for these ideas but watching it on my own i couldn't stop myself from commenting :) (a side effect from my location)
 
Wait, Ryan crawls through an air shaft? Suddenly I'm hoping that FFF gets better very soon :p I do sincerely hope your infection clears up though :)

I just realised that Ryan/Jon has got the most threads: for a guy that doesn't get a lot of screentime or storylines we can sure talk about him a lot :lol:

That's so funny!!! I can see TPTB; OK Jon bend over we have to get this years butt shot.:guffaw::guffaw:Of course I don't mind it at all; if he won't remove the shirt then I will definitly settle for the rear view.:drool:

Theresa- thanks for the article. It was only now and then that I felt that Walter was overshadowing Ryan. It was Ryan's strange behaviour at the beginning of the series which irked me more. Hopefully there will be no more tinkering this year.

Yes, the air -vent shots were good!!
 
Haven't been here for a little bit. Gosh, do you miss a lot.

First of all I thought "Fallen" could have been better. Too much Eric and not enough Ryan. I am hoping this season doesn't turn into the Eric Delko Show.

I thought I wasn't going to be the only one to catch the air vent-butt shot (we Wolfe Pack members are a sharp bunch:lol:)The man has a fine behind:devil::devil:

Thanks for the article Theresa: glad to see someone remembers Ryan!! Ryan has been on the show for awhile and IS a core cast member even though sometimes I feel tptb forgets that when developing storylines.:(:scream:

Yea, which just proves how many fans he has. I think he's one of the most popular characters on the show when it comes to a fan base. And yet on the show, characters like Eric and Calleigh are way more "major" than he is. It really annoys me. Do the writer's seriously not realize this? I mean I don't know if they go online and look at forums like this. I doubt it, but still. Maybe they should try, so they can see just how loved and unloved some of the characters actually are. :rolleyes: If they saw all the Eric hate happening right now, maybe they'd give Ryan some more screen time. Rather than making some of the fans even more annoyed with Eric, push him to the back for a little bit and give the other characters a chance to shine. I like Eric, but come on. xD
