I love "Demons"! IMO, EB is one of the fanfic writers who know the show better than than the writer. She is a great writer and a nice person (she beta-reads my story, he he).

BTT, who want to see Ryan interacts with kids? I definitely do, it would be cute.

totally agree with you about EB. There has to be at least a dozen fanfic authors who know the show better than those legal writers :rolleyes:

I'd love to see Ryan interacting with a kid again. When he was with that baby in Shootout and Billy in WISC I just melted :adore:
 
^ One of my favourite episodes, shootout. He was so cute with that baby. And he was sweet with Billy. So yeah, definitely would like to see him interact with some kids again. Bring out his compassionate side, which I always love to see.
 
I haven't read that one yet, but I'm going to have to!!! :)

As for mine, I'll try to update that tonight. I'm SO glad you guys are liking it so far. That means a lot to me!!!

GoonieGirl, you know I'm excited for yours! I love, LOVE your writing style! I hope to co-write with you as well. :D Awesome stuff.

And as for him with kids, well, I think that's simply adorable. He's a natural! I think that's super cute. ;)

I hope we see some results from our FAN write off. What shall we focus on next Sunday?

(BTW: I love seeing Ryan all wet under those sprinklers.... could never get tired of that! hehe)
 
I would like to focus on keeping Ryan in character for our next email feedback.It was criminal what was done to him in several episodes of season 8.Even though the writers eventually got better,I don't want to see a return to that. He's not stupid,lazy or naive.I especially dislike him being made to look bad in order for someone else to look good.
Remind them that Ryan has an eye for detail,is smart,confident,etc.

That bugged me too, making him look stupid just to show us how smart everyone else is.:rolleyes: You would think that the actors would have some say so in their characters development or lack therof. But, it seems to me Jon is so easy going and not confrotational. He appears to be the type that gets along with everyone and goes with the flow. Not saying he is a pushover; he may just choose his battles.:)
 
What?! There was a scene of Ryan with a baby? I must be missed the episode!

EB is absolutely great writer:) love all stories i have read.

also love other writers :)

but i'd say that i'm not even close how good they all are in writing field.
i wish i could finish my two fanfics someday and they'd be awesome too.

but i can admit that i must learn more english grammar.
but as long as i write on my phone I'll be more correct :D

ugh now I'll get ready to take a bus and move my ass to big city for tomorrows funeral. another crapy thing i hate.

i can assume it's gonna be a totally huge trigger for me on new plotlines.

although i already know but still i want you guys to tell me your thoughts about my two fanfics. i put links on this site in fanfic part and also you can find them on link on my signature where you can find my FF.net prof.

don't want to be pushy but i just need something to keep me writing.

And as for the idea to focus on keeping Ryan in character, I'm COMPLETELY for that one. that was my biggest pet peeve last season. I can't stand it when they dumb him down. He may be a lot of things, but DUMB is not one of them!!!

(AND Shootout was my first episode of Miami ever! So, it holds a special place in my heart. Hey, it's where I fell in love! :lol:)

Just finished watching Hostile Takeover...at least Ryan got to say something, but I'm too greedy to be satisfied :lol: I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for the dumbing down ahead...the horror...

--shallow thoughts ahead-- Liked the absense of suits. I mean Ryan looks good in anything, but that shirt and jacket :drool: not too crazy about the short hair though. --Very shallow thought-- Jesse's second eppy and he's already topless? :scream: come on, been waiting five years! Haha, I'm not really that shallow...or am I?
 
well i saw few hours ago one episode from season 6

Ryan was wearing white shirt under bright green sweater and above was cream-coloured jacket.
i was like... hello its miami isn't bit too hot? i mean miami is one hot place, isn't it? shouldn't they wear something lighter? :eek:
