That sucks. Man, the strike is ruining everything! First my late night talk shows, now this. Lame.
 
Such things, like the strike, makes me happy that I'm not American. We're behind by a couple of eps so I think we'll get right behind you but not so close that they'll have to delay the show here as well.

I feel really sorry for you guys though. D: but at least you have this place for comfort. x3

Its our little Togofilled Oasis and will always bring happiness even when there is no new episodes for weeks and weeks (Grr)

Ryan/Jon #18: Why cant we cap our dreams!? seems to have won with 8 votes. :) Also, 'Internal Affairs' will be airing on Monday. I bumped the thread if anyone decides to check it out. :)

Oh and Twiz, I'm glad I changed my mind too! I think this show would be very dull for me if I was still mad over Ryan. He makes the show watchable. >.<

Thanks for the caps ladies, wowee last week's episode sure had some eye candy. By the way, that scene where Ryan takes off his gloves in disgust toward the suspect was a really great moment. Plus, he always seems so relaxed and comfortable in interrogation and without effort.

And for once it wasn't H-man ahead of the credits. It was nice to see Ryan in the teaser. :D

I have a questiong for all of you. If Jon got to style himself for an episode, what style would he chose?
I think he wont choose the sweatervests because that would be totally random and silly since he has changed so much.
I think he would wear a simple tshirt (which we of course wouldn't mind) that is his color. And his hair would be pretty much the same as usual except a little more spikes.
What do you think?

I liked that scene, he showed so much emotion.

Jon is around 5'9 or 5'10 right? In the episode two weeks ago when he was talking to that guy that wanted to cross the tape, he looked like 4 inches shorter than him. I couldnt help but laugh at how cute he was in that scene.

That we do. Trust me, I love comeing here, so it will be perfect for the duration of the strike (Not that I'll stop coming once we get new episodes, but you know what I mean).

Was that in Miami Confidential? I still haven't had a chance to watch that one...

As for styling, I think he'd go with the same idea you had, ILJT (hope the abbreviation is ok). Or if not the t-shirt, perhaps a blazer that we're used to seeing (a la Nailed or Three Way).
 
I think Togo would definately go for a plain T shirt and jeans. IN most of the candid pics I have that's what he's wearing. He does seem to wear a lot of polo shirts too w/ a T shirt under it.

I have always felt sorry for peeps in other countries that have to wait forever to see an ep, now I really know how bad it sucks to wait on new ep's. Good news for you guys that you'll be caught up to us. YAY!!
 
Oh, I guess I read the question wrong. I was thinking of Ryan, not Jon himself. Now that you mention it though, Jon is usually wearing a tee and jeans in candids I've seen, so maybe he would look pretty similar to the t-shirt wearing Ryan we've seen on the show.
 
Kat told me the poll would be up for a week...she only put it up on the 18th.

I agree on the t-shirt and jeans, perfect combonation to run around crime scenes. Those three piece suits are a bit much, not to mention they aren't for Miami weather.

Definitely. The suits he wears would probably work better on CSI:NY (especially this time of year), but not so much in Miami's humidity.

I like the new thread name! I was pulling more for the Shrinking T-Shirt Society one, but I did vote for the dream screencaps idea, too. It works, and it sure applies to all of us!

I agree with the rest of you - most likely a T-shirt and jeans. He's like that, simple and comfortable. And handsome.

I don't think I voted for the cap-title, but I do like it. You guys just came up with too many good ones. :)
I was for the T-shirt society as well.

Yes it definitely hasn't been a week already. But Im satisfied with the winning title (I should be, I suggested it :lol:).

I agree with you guys, sometimes I can't believe how often they dress Ryan/Jon in those suits. He must practicly die from the heat (I know they film mostly in California but its still really hot there!)

Since we all mostly agree he would pick a t-shirt, what color do you think he would choose? I really like orange and pink on him :p
 
Orange and pink always seem to be among the winners whenever we all discuss this. Yellow is good, too (as seen in the newest episode). I think the general consensus is that a)Ryan looks best in bright colors and b)it doesn't really matter what he wears, because we all love him no matter what.
 
^^ Hm my bad, I didn't realize the poll hadn't ended yet. ILuvJonathanTogo mentioned it wasn't up anymore and I already voted so I can't see whether or not votes are still accepted. The more votes the merrier. :cool:
